Ordered a #10 All-American Club via the app for to-go pickup. Only changes from the default sandwich were swapped cheddar for pepperjack and added regular mustard. What I received had no cheese, no bacon, and so much mustard (I kid you not, at least 6 Tablespoons) that it was inedible. Too bad the Subway in Pleasant Grove closed. Guess I'll have to try the one in Lindon, as the American Fork one only serves mustard sandwiches lacking key ingredients like bacon and cheese. I love Subway sandwiches, but the service at the location inside the Super Walmart in Lindon has been infuriatingly rotten here for me on at least three occasions including tonight. I've turned the other cheek the previous two times and not filed a review, but tonight I'm just completely fed up with the rude behavior. There was only one person in line in front of me, with two employees at the counter. Waited 15 minutes with both employees carefully avoiding making eye contact, and clustering at the register end of the counter. One employee was spending all their time looking at their phone, texting, and keeping his back to customers. Both were completely ignoring me. When I finally get the "texting" employee to come down the order end of the counter, he rubs his hands together and tells me, he'd LOVE to make my sandwich, but he has no idea when systems are going to be back up. So basically I was ignored and allowed to wait and wait and wait and wait without being told this basic information. The previous time I was treated just as rudely, after waiting forever I was then told that they had no time to make me a sandwich because they had an online order to make. It's just ridiculous. The location is a nice location, easy to get in and out of, ample sized, but the training and manners of several employees, especially the evening shift, is terrible and the owner ought to be ashamed. If it were not inside the Walmart generating foot traffic, mark my words, they'd be bankrupt. read more

I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have any high chairs. We went as a family tonight and our 2 year old was all over the place because we couldn't contain him. Hopefully they can get some for future patrons! The service wasn't the best either; just some high schoolers that were being slow and kept saying, "sorry, I'm really tired..." as they were making our sandwiches. Kinda weird. read more

We really enjoy Subway sandwiches, my wife and I and recently we had the store closest to us close. We started going to the subway in the super Walmart. In Lindon, Utah #5270. Now on 2 different occasions, when we've got there and it's just before noon, we found that they are out of certain breads, there's a single person at the counter taking walk-in orders, taking phone orders and taking online orders. I am not sure what the reasoning for this is, but it looks almost night. Someone is not getting there early enough to get the store prepped and ready for the day.And that they're extremely shorthanded when it comes to taking care of the customers. I frequent a lot of fast food restaurants in the area and by far this is the least favorite of all the places that I go simply because of the customer service. I give it two stars because I do enjoy the sandwiches, but the customer service has a long way to go.j read more

This is probably the worst subway I have ever eaten and I am a fan of subway. I had a ham and turkey club on Honey Oat from drive up window. The lettuce was not very fresh and the Honey Oat bread was so dry that is wouldn't even compress. Difficult to even chew the bread and so dry I nearly had to drink with each bite to wash it down. I couldn't even finish and only ate about half. Really Poor Quality Product. I have had below average sandwiches from here before but I have learned my lesson now. I won't return. read more

my 90 year old grandmother LOVES subway, she barely gets up but she was beyond exited for the family to get together so we went to this subway. apparently the workers weren't kind to her at all, rushing her, not listening to her being mean spirited and even walking away from her. the food wasn't good at all, smashed together , they didn't even fully cut the sandwich and the bread was ripped. I won't be going yo this location ever again, train your staff on how to treat people .I would understand more of it was busy but it was pretty dead. read more

This is the slowest Subway I've ever been to in my entire life. It took over 45 minutes to get our order. They were out of mayonnaise, she gave me the wrong chips and was just generally awful. Go to literally any other subway. read more

I ordered food online and picked it up. When I got home I noticed that they had messed up on both sandwiches. I ordered extra meat and did not get it. On my other sandwich was a veggie patty sandwich. They didn't add the veggie patty. So I went back to their store and the service I received was so disappointing. I told them what was missing and they told me they don't carry veggie patties at subway and the veggie patty sandwich they had only had veggies on it. Even after looking at my receipt that said veggie patty they still told me I was wrong. I had to go onto their app and show them the patty for them to even look to see if they had any. I had two employees fighting with me saying they didn't mess up and they ended up having the veggie patties. They ended up fixing one of my sandwiches by putting the veggie patty and guacamole on it but I paid for extra meat on my second sandwich and never got it. read more

Apparently their to incompetent to complete three orders of sandwiches. They can't even seem to get the order right and the girls there at night are extremely bitchy and apparently they want to get fired. Worst location ever. I love subway but this one is absolutely horrible. the last three times ive came they have had one employee working. She is slow and has no sandwich making skills. Top anti sanitary conditions. The workers don't change gloves and use the same pair to touch the food and then do charges, touch the cash register, handle cash, touch surfaces, which is followed by preparing sandwiches for the next customers. Same pair for the whole day for EVERYTHING!!! read more

I didn't know where to get lunch today, so I just started driving (I do that sometimes). As I passed Subway, my mind had thoughts of toasted sandwiches and fresh toppings... I flipped a U-turn and pulled into their parking lot. I decided to get this months's $5 footlong, the turkey and black forest ham. It was yummy and hit the spot! This Subway location is really close to work, which adds to its appeal, plus the guy that made my sandwich was pretty cute, so how could I complain? Of course, this is Subway, so it's far from gourmet. I was content with what I ate, though, so they get 3 stars! read more

This review would be lower, but the problems have mostly been fired away, or moved on. In other words, the workers here have been quite anal over the amount of veggies you can have on your sandwich when you are the one laying down the money, while the commercials say to "have it your way." As of late though, no problems and tasty food, so tentative rating, hopefully stays or improves with time. read more

Subway is great, but this location is the WORST! They have a drive- through, but not enough staff to service both in store and outside traffic. After waiting inside for 20 minutes, we waited longer because just before our turn a car drove up to the drive through with a big order and the employee took their order first. Frustrating. They were doing the best they could but they don't have an efficient or fair system there. Overall, we waited 35 minutes for our order. Yikes! Beware this location! read more

Food was good but sanitation needed a lot of help specifically a major water leakage on floor from drink fridge and a plenitude of fruit flies on the drink fountain mostly by the Coca Cola tap additionally the garbage can was out in the public and no one really seemed to care to put it back. If sanititation was better would think about maybe eating there again in the future. read more
