Best carne asada fries ever. As simple as that. We visited the AF location on a Saturday afternoon. The dining room is fairly small and pretty quiet. I imagine this place is popping at night. Food was delicious! Fries: crispy. Carne asada: well cooked, not chewy at all, not tough fatty pieces whatsoever--an actual miracle when it comes to carne asada fries. Also, first time ever having refried beans in carne asada fries and it's a life changer. The sauces at Aribertos were super fresh and delicious. I have only been here once and it was for breakfast. This has the possibility of being 5 star in my opinion for quality and value. It is hard to give a five on a single experience. My burrito was amazing. It was hot, mixed well and full of flavor. I had what they call the Mixed breakfast burrito with potatoes, egg, ham, bacon and cheese. The hash-browns were crisp and nicely seasoned. I will definitely make a stop here for breakfast any time I am passing through. read more

This is a fairly undiscovered gem in AF. We've enjoyed everything we've tried. I had a breakfast burrito today for the first time and it was delicioso. BIG and fresh. I recommend the taquitos as a tasty snack, and the enchiladas are yummy. It's set back a little from State and I think the sign could be larger and clearer. This is great Mexican. They have a salsa bar that ranges from mild to really hot. All the ingredients were very fresh. The asada is seasoned wonderfully and cooked perfectly tender. Trying to find good Mexican food in Utah can be difficult. 1 chili Rellanos were good but dry 2 fish taco was not even edible. More like a dried leather. 3 Carne Asada tacos not very good either. 4 Salsa isn't bad at least it is somewhat spicy. Will keep my search for a better place. Please don't eat the fish tacos. Ok so I went here on a whim after seeing this place in the local Facebook page. I kept it simple with the shredded beef and chicken hard shell tacos. I got 5 of them and it ran me on average of $3 a taco. $3 a taco was just right for what I got. They are good sized tacos and full. Super crispy shell even after I got them home. I will be trying their breakfast burritos next. They also do Taco Tuesday and other special days, but I'm not sure. That's perfect. I will be back and y'all should go check it out. read more

I grew up in Vegas going to Roberto's or Don Tortacos so when I moved I was on a mission to find a similar spot. It took awhile but I swear this place is even better. The quality of the tortillas for their burritos is amazing, the salsa is actually spicy, and the menudo doesn't disappoint either. My favorite is the chile relleno burrito add carne asada . In a single word: bland. For my first visit here I decided to order the California burrito with beans and rice on the side. Every part of the burrito was fairly tasteless. The asada should be the main event here, and it seems like there was no attention paid to making it taste like anything but plain beef. I know there were other ingredients as well, but nothing really popped out to me, and I had to rely on the salsas to add any flavor at all. As for the beans and rice, they fell in line right with the burrito - not that good, but not that bad. The salsas were the best part, and they weren't particularly good either. One bright spot of my visit was how clean the restaurant was. You could tell that the staff stay on top of keeping the place clean and smelling nice. If I had to visit again I would, but given any other options, I'd go elsewhere. read more

I am very glad the introduced a very spicy sauce. Sauce is one of the most important things I want in a mexican food place. Hasnt been open long but they are by far the best fast mexican eat in this area. Maybe because its new and they make their food better to attract more customers. Their super nachos are delicious. Quality tasting and fresh ingredients. The carne is good. Not the grisly mystery meat other places try and get away with. The chips are also fantastic. Light and crispy. Food always comes out hot and freshly made. The drive thru is very efficient. Lastly, the staff have all been very friendly and helpful.
