I usually don't eat chick fil a but on Saturday some sauces were forgotten in my order which was no big deal but one of your amazing employees helped us out he brought us sauces made sure we had everything we needed what a great person he has great energy for the morning and he was also very kind just wanted to leave a review for his amazing work his name was Aaron would come eat here again! read more

I took my kids here for lunch during winter break. We got there in the late afternoon but they actually were not busy. We parked in the parking lot so we could eat inside. All my kids got a kids meal and they can decide whether they want a toy or ice cream. I love that they offer this option. The restaurant was clean and the bathroom was fully stocked with everything you might need. It's such a nice gesture. I also love that they offer kids eating mats. read more

I've been to Chick-fil-A locations all across the state, including Los Angeles and San Diego, and this was by far the worst and dirtiest indoor playground I've seen. It was only 8:30 in the morning, so there's really no excuse for it to be in that condition. On top of that, the door was broken as well. read more

Food is always extra greasy and overcooked. Tried numerous times but never lived up to all the Chick-fil-A meals I've had in my life

Spent $50+ here, part of which was a Spicy Chicken Deluxe. My favorite sandwich and one I was looking forward to for hours. We get home, and lo and behold they gave me the wrong sandwich. Not the first time this has happened. Simple listening skills could prevent this. Perhaps it's on me for not painstakingly going through the entire two bags of food to verify my order was correct, but then they get upset about you "holding up the line". SMH. read more

It was a good visit to chic fil a. The crowd was there and the energy was high. Tables were dirty so that made finding a place to sit pretty tough. The food came out hot and on time. Great start to a new year. read more

Having worked in the restaurant industry I know it's irritating when customers show up within a half hour of closing. Not one employee gave us any feeling of irritation when we came in at 9:30 Quite the contrary. Luke interrupted his cleaning duties to happily tend to my drink refill. He also gladly took our trays and garbage when we were done. Such a genuine person. He is who more people need to be like, on the job or not. Thank you. read more

I usually love CFA but this experience was pretty revolting. I addressed them about this, to let them know and to hopefully prevent them from ever letting this happen again, and I didn't really expect anything else out of that interaction, but I do feel like they could've at least offered an apologetic credit for a sandwich? Or fry? Lol. Not sure, I'm not a greedy impractical customer, I've dealt with those, but I feel like the simple, "We're really sorry" didn't do justice for how sick I felt on their behalf. I bought a sandwich and an ice water, ate the sandwich, and went into a doctor appointment. A few hours later I came back to my hot car where all the ice had melted and when I went to drink the rest of the water I saw black flakes in my water? Upon actually taking a full look at my water, I found a DIRTY HUMAN FINGERNAIL TIP. First thinking it somehow was mine, I checked to see all my fingernails, intact (which I also showed to CFA when I spoke to them and gave them the cup) that water had indeed been given to me that way. After gagging for 10 mins, I felt sick for the rest of the day. Luckily no real illness or infection came of that. But it was a violating experience. I guess the only reason I'm posting this after already speaking to them about it is to let everyone know to possibly be aware and maybe check your food and drink from this place. read more

I'm a big Chick-fil-a fan but the ball was really dropped today. Went thru the drive thru and ordered the Southwest Chicken salad with the Creamy salsa dressing. I really like the salad but.....there was no chicken on my salad and I received the avocado Lime Dressing. Not a happy experience, was really looking forward to the salad. I guess I'm a vegetarian tonight. read more

Terrible drive thru service. Three kids meals ordered, two with Mac n cheese. Had other meals as well. They assured it was correct. Should have checked! Tons and tons of fries. No Mac n cheese. Waited a long time at the pick up for them to get it right. Still got it wrong with a smile and total assurance. read more

I hate to leave this review but this really is the worst Chick Fil A I've been too. Im not sure what changed but this past month all of their food has tasted like it's expired, the fries have been bad, and the sauce does have some sort of taste issue. I thought maybe it was just ChickFilA had changed their fries so that's the reason but I went to a different location and it was completely fine. It really is just this specific location. I'm not sure if the fryer grease needs to be changed or something but if you have a choice don't go to this location. read more

The staff is always friendly and nice! Their food is delicious and fresh. I'm not the biggest fan of their waffle fries (they just don't do it for me) so I really love that I can substitute them for their new Mac N Cheese for an additional cost. I may have an obsession with their new Mac N Cheese! It's so good! Their Chic-Fil-A sauce is delicious and a new favorite of mine is their frosted lemonades! My only complaint would be that the drive-thru line is pretty much always busy and during the peak lunch and dinner rush; expect to have to wait. But...that's a good sign because it means their food is delicious! We need a Chic-Fil-A in Saratoga Springs and that will alleviate the crowds at the AF location. How can we make this happen? :) read more

LET ME TELL YOU WHEN I SAY THEY PUT THEIR WHOLE CHICK-FIL-A-USSY INTO IT I MEAN IT! I was having the worst day ever in my life. And then a lightbulb in my mind went off go to Chick-fil-A, I swear it was the spirit telling me to go. So I go and get my usual and they must've hidden some pixie dust in there I STARTED FLOATING. Thank you chickfila I'm excited to have my next mental breakdown so I can see you again!! read more

This Chick-Fil-A location is always our go-to. We always have a good experience and our orders have always been right. Curbside pick up at this chick-fil-a is a game changer during this quarantine! We needed something quick and I literally ordered from my phone as my husband pulled in the parking lot. He parked and I submitted our order 4 sandwiches and 2 fries for the family and within five minutes they had our order brought out to our car. SO much faster than the drive through and next to no personal contact to keep our family safe while still supporting restaurants! Pro Tip: if you haven't tried the honey roasted BBQ go and try it ASAP. I'm convinced there is no better sauce to put on a chicken sandwich. They don't advertise this sauce at most locations :) read more

Chick-fil-A, need I say more?! They have the hands down best customer service ever. I never feel like I am a burden to them and they always serve with a smile. This location is very busy but maintains the lobby and restrooms and your food is out prompt and fresh. The female restroom has hand sanitizer and mouthwash, though they seem to always be out of cups and they have a changing table. It is well kept and more homey feeling rather than a public restroom. Play area is big and not as well kept as the rest of the store. It could use a deep cleaning. If you go during peak rush hours, expect a long line both Inside and drive-thru. They do get you moving fairly quick. Did you know, they have amazing Mac and Cheese? How about a delicious Frosted Lemonade? These two items are worth stopping by just for them. You will not be disappointed. read more

Never a bad experience at the good ol' trusty Chicken Fil A in American fork, UT! Seriously, this is a location that you can always count on. What is it with Chick-fil-A and their pickles? I ask for extra pickles every single time that I come here and every single time this is what I get my chicken sandwich and five pickles! I don't like their sauces, so I like to have a little extra pickle, but they are so freaking stingy you think they were made of gold! come on Chick-fil-A do a gal favor and just put some rextra pickles on my sandwich sandwich for real. You know super chic is just across the parking lot and I don't ever have to fight for pickles there. read more

Avoid avoid avoid! This location is the worst. They ALWAYS get the order wrong. And weirdly, they never include something you didn't order. No, there are always items missing, whether it's full menu items that you paid for or forgetting about all of the 12 sauces we ordered. Their chicken is so flaccid, the sauce is the only saving it, as you can see in the picture where they tell you to dip. But psych! No sauce to dip it in. At least we got the chicken this time, which is not always the case! read more

Of all fast food joints, Chick-fil-a has one of the fastest drive thru systems. The Orem location even expanded the drive through to two lanes which merges when you round the corner. For how quick they get people through, I'm always amazed at the efficiency and accuracy on the orders. I ordered a cobb salad and side of chicken nuggets with honey mustard. My son ordered the spicy chicken sandwich which is comparable to all other locations. read more

Oh how I love Chick Fil A! Yesterday my children were grouchy, angry creatures who didn't want to be disturbed and awake from their car nap to walk into a store. To my delight, I had some chicken nuggets and chicken fil a sauce waiting for them that I had so easily purchased on the ap before hand. Before embarking on our adventure into the store, I filled their bellies with the delectablenness that is Chick Fil A. In a jiffy, they quickly turned their frowns upside down and smiled all the way into our next errand. Oh how grateful I am for chick fil A!!! The speedy service, the kind people, the perfectly balanced sweet and sour Lemonade! It's the best read more

Chick-fil-A is already one of my favorite fast food places in existence. The quality of food blurs the line between fast food and full-service restaurants. This particular location has some of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever tasted from a Chick-fil-A. The staff is exceptionally courteous. The grounds and building are spotless. The playground is one of the bigger ones I've seen. It's Chick-fil-A the way I wish all locations were. My only caution is that it can get very busy on Fridays and Saturdays! Come early on those days. read more

It's their pleasure! This place makes great Chicken, and it's refreshing to see a business that actually trains their employees in customer service. Mind boggling that it doesn't happen at more businesses! Try the frozen lemonade. Even the splenda version is fantastic! Their breakfast is just OK, and I'm not sure why. I try various breakfast items, and never crave them like I do their chicken sandwiches. This location is always clean and well staffed. Lines move quick, and employees are all over to help you with whatever you need! They're actually good at their pickup service, as well! read more

The staff at the American Fork Chick-fil-A is the worst. They did not give me my whole order, my bad, I should've looked, they told me to come back and get the rest of my order and to go inside, so I did, the kid at the said I needed a receipt, I said I didn't have a receipt. They didn't give me one, but here's my app. I ordered it on the app. I also called and spoke to someone on the phone. He said no sorry you have to have a receipt. I said, never mind forget about it and started to leave. The kid next to him started laughing his head off as did a bunch of the other kids. Seriously the worst customer service. I don't know why I waste my time at this location. So glad I wasted my time and money. read more

Unpopular opinion: I think Chick-fil-A is over-hyped. I don't love their chicken. HOWEVER, I had to give this location 5 stars because of their incredible service during the COVID-19 pandemic. My husband and I sat in an incredibly long drive thru line to get some waffle fries the other day. (Side note: their waffle fries are fantastic. I crave them all the time...especially dipped in their chick-fil-a sauce!!!) There were about 3 or 4 employees outside in the 90+ degree weather taking orders and organizing the flow of cars through the drive thru line. We probably only spent 10 minutes in line, even though there were at least 20 cars in front of us. We were so impressed by how well they perfected their system and by how hard their employees were working. Also, even though I don't like their chicken as much as the whole world seems to, I do love their waffle fries, chick-fil-a sauce, and lemonade. The fries and great customer service are enough to keep me coming back! read more

Best service, was eating outside and was offered drink refills, they cleaned my trey, and offered to do basically everything for me. I could have asked them to pull my car to the curb so I didn't have to walk 100 feet to it, and they probably would have. Amazing read more

Sadly I have to give a bad review because I am so tired of getting the wrong food and missing items. Again tonight we got the wrong sandwich and missing a side salad and Mac n cheese. We have a busy life with disabled twins and don't have time to drive back EVERY SINGLE TIME we order! Tonight the Mac n cheese was for my son who is finally starting to be allowed to taste food at 3 years old. Thanks for nothing:( Food is always good if you actually get it. read more

This used to be the absolute BEST Chick-fil-a - but management must have changed because it has taken a nose dive. I see many of the excellent employees at the Lehi restaurant now - which may be a big part of the problem. Customer service has dropped, speed and efficiency have dropped, quality of food has dropped. Used to be my "go to" but I will have to make the longer drive to Lehi for the experience I was accustomed too. read more

Fire the guy who is working drive through right now, he wasn't very nice. Food was good though!

We love Chick-fil-a. My 4 yr old asked to go here for her birthday dinner. She absolutely loves the chicken nuggets and the fact that you can turn in your kids meal prize for an ice cream cone makes everything awesome. The owner of this franchise is awesome as well. We love coming here read more

Chick-fil-A - Birthday girl eating her fruit cup and nuggets - Fast Food Near Me - American Fork, Utah

We both got salads that we ordered through the app. They were typical good salads. The problem came with our in app purchase of coffee. Apparently this was not something they were prepared for because it took them over 30 minutes to make it, then they forgot the cream, then they didn't know if they had cream! Unbelievable and as a top off they don't do refills on coffee!! The cup was the smallest cup they have and it was $2, and they don't do refills?!? Unbelievable! And it had a ton of grounds in the cup. Yuck! It was busy and nobody seemed to be in charge or really know what was going on. Really disappointed by this chick fila read more
