Not to mention, I drove for 30 minutes and then ate the sandwich after 30 minutes so I didn't eat it necessarily right away and it was still a fire in the bread was still crunchy and soft at the same time. Visited last Saturday night , the place was super busy . They gave our order to the wrong table so we sat there for almost 20 minutes . The guy who took orders out didn't really seem to care what happened so we ended up waiting even longer . He never came back ,when we were going to ask for a refund . One of the employees working in the lobby overheard our frustrations and she offered help. She got our order to us in less than 5 minutes . We could tell she really cared and wanted to make things right . She even offered us sauces refills , we were really taken care of. The table that received our order but had begun eating, ended up being taken care of same time as us . Everyone got taken care of immediately , we asked for her name and another girl said it was Britaney, (hopefully that's the right name ) If not she had long dark hair we were very impressed how she handled the situation and tolerated our hot temper .(we were very upset that our food took so long. )4 stars because the seating area should be much larger , i'm not sure they were expecting it to be so busy other than that very impressed with the food and service ! The two young ladies working the ice cream area during lunch today were so sweet and very fast ! The one wearing a hat and pink lipstick let me add hot fudge and sprinkles to my ice cream I wanted to leave her a tip but didn't see a tip jar around . I was also very impressed that they have bilingual staff here as a former missionary I know this makes places feel friendly and more welcoming to a wide variety of people than places that are only english language friendly. Also love how family friendly it is I loved seeing all the kiddos running around with sunglasses and hats . Really reminded me of yhe good ole days back when i was a younger girl!
