There were only two on staff at the time. I bring this up because the condiment station needed attention. Sauce dripped onto the counter but other than that the dining area was clean. The sandwich was very good. IYKYK... for those that have not had the sandwich it's a fried chicken breast, on a brioche bun. The deluxe has lettuce, tomato and pickles. You can add your own condiment from ranch, Korean BBQ, Fry Sauce, house sauce, Houston Hot, Buffalo and Honey Mustard... I like the Houston Hot. Perfectly spicy but not crazy. For my regular fries I asked for the rosemary pepper seasoning. About 7 minutes later my to go order was delivered and I took it home, about 4 miles away. I was first introduced to Super Chix in American Fork many months ago and really enjoyed my meal there, so when another location opened close to home, I was excited to check it out. Along with darn near everyone in the area-it's always packed! Busy as it may be, they do a remarkable job at getting orders out quickly and providing pleasant customer service. It's also clean, which is appreciated-it can't be easy to maintain cleanliness with the volume of people that are always here. I ordered a large order of fries to share with two other people and we barely made a dent. I appreciate the generosity, but was disappointed that so much went to waste. I've been to the Super Chix in American Fork for years but didn't realize they got a second location in Mountain View Village--how exciting! I was meeting up with a friend over in Herriman and decided to stop here for lunch before heading over to her house. First thing's first: wtf is this parking lot? Seriously, there is no parking for Chipotle and Super Chix. There is a drive through, but absolutely no markings of what drive through it is or how any of this works. If there was a contest for worst parking lot I have ever seen in my life, this is the clear winner. So I head into the store after having a meltdown about the parking lot. Ignorance is bliss and I am glad I forgot about Super Chix's menu for a little bit. Their prices are a la carte and STEEP. The price of their sandwiches alone isn't *that* bad but any drink or fry that you want to go with it is also very pricey. I was quite shocked. I mean, the perk is that you get unlimited sauce...but the sauce also was not as good as I remember. Their ranch is okay but not nearly as out of this world as I thought it was. This is probably due to the fact that it sits out all day without being refrigerated. The other sauces were just as good and I think I like their honey mustard the most actually. The fries are pretty good but I am really not sure if it justifies the price, especially when you're buying a sandwich. I am just really floored that there is not a combo. I got the grilled chicken sandwich simple without tomato. It was also decent but nothing I can't live without, especially for the price points. It's not even so much about being on a budget or anything of that sort. I just think the price needs to match the quality of the food and the quality of the restaurant. When it comes to Super Chix being a fast casual restaurant with very basic food, I am not sure it is worth as much as they charge. I wasn't a huge fan of the cheese they use, I was expecting a regular slice of Swiss cheese but this cheese was almost like a Velveeta cheese. It was really gooey and almost had that fake cheese texture which I wasn't a huge fan of. The honey mustard that comes on the sandwich was a little heavy for me, I think next time I would ask for it off and just put the sauce on myself, but over all it was a good sandwich. They had really good breading and the tenders were a really good size too. They were juicy and a slight sweetness to either the brine or the breading. I really liked it. They had a wide range of sauces as well, some better than others. The fry sauce was my least favorite. It tasted odd. The signature is delicious but familiar. It tastes like chic fil a copy cat. Nashville spicy chicken sandwich - chicken breast was marinated with a nice crunchy batter dipped in sauce it was amazing on soft potato bread with pickles 10/10 Black and Cajun chicken sandwich with tomatoes lettuce and provolone cheese - 7/10 this was solid tasted like a good sandwich quality but the flavor wasn't spicy or really pronounced. Skip this. Cheese fries seasoned with rosemary pepper - 1/10 we hated the fries they were cut too thin that most of the pieces were overcooked and greasy. Couldn't really taste any seasoning. White sauce hardened fast and was like Velveeta not real cheese. Grilled chicken tenders - 10/10 Great quality flavor moist not over cooked so perfect my toddler ate them all. Got the BBQ cheese chicken and a cordon bleu and we ordered a large fry as I had not read other reviews. My wife said her cordon bleu was good and loved the potato bun. Mine had 2 slices of cheese that had been thrown on and not melted and 2 cold onion rings. I dumped the bum and just ate the chicken. That was good. My comment also is on the fries. A large is enough to feed 5 people so only order one for the group. They were also out of the famous sauce so that was disappointing. Rosemary Pepper was fine. We got the sugar out of curiosity. It was a sal-gar that they put on the fries. Three part sugar to one part salt. Overall very weird. Any place that offers only Pepsi product automatically gets knocked down a star from me. Their choice of dipping sauces and the look of other food secured another star for me. The Rosemary Black Pepper fries were good, but they're the shoestring size that are eaten by the bunch and don't travel well, must be eaten hot. I'm a big critic of most coleslaw, but there's was crispy and had a great bite to it. All the side sauces were tasty and not too sweet. Custard was decent, a little bit of ice grain in it, but mostly real creamy. Overall, I'd eat it again, but $25 for a sandwich, fries, and shake is a bit steep. They have a variety of sauces to choose from which I love! We tasted all of them. My favorites were the house sauce and the Korean. The reason why I can't rate this place higher is the lack of cleanliness. Between diners, the workers did not clean off the tables, wipe down surfaces, etc. It was difficult to find a clean table and wasn't really a great sight to see when eating at an establishment.
