I love coming here to get food during the day time the employees are very kind and have very good costumer service. coming here at night time tho is a different story... it seems like they're always out of all kinds of food but idk if it's bc they're too lazy to cook it because they want to get off sooner or if it's a supply issue. either way they need to fix it. read more

It's a good thing I wasn't starving! Stopped here tonight for a 2 piece combo, just a light snack before bed. When I arrived home 5 minutes later, I opened the box & saw 2 MICRO pieces of chicken. I'm talking small thigh & tiny leg. This chicken must've been the runt of the litter. Frustrating is an understatement! I paid $9 for barely a meal! Prices are sky high all around & I really want my moneys worth. This was not it. Grrr!! read more

This is the worst experience I have had at any restaurant. The food was truly gross and disgusting. There was nothing good about it -- the chicken, the potatoes, coleslaw, the biscuits -- none of it. read more

KFC is an old stand-by that has not changed much over the years. Once thing that has changed, however, is the variety of meal options there are. What once was a place just for fried chicken now also offers pot pies, grilled chicken, and sandwiches. There's something there for everyone. My family likes the five dollar fill up. It's just the right size for one person and the price is excellent. This location seems fairly new-fun decor with a theme centered around Colonel Sanders. It's fun and new compared to the decor of older stores. read more

Fast service consistently good food. Very nice staff willing to modify my order. Will go back.

We love KFC, but this location is absolutely terrible. Not only did we not get the correct style of chicken, but it tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a couple days. Go to KFC, just not this one. read more

KFC - Colonel's Homestyle Brownie, pumpkin latte swirl cake, chocolate chip cake - Chicken Shop Near Me - Herriman, Utah

Literally never open when they are supposed to be and they mess up every single order. I've worked fast food before and I understand that things get crazy and busy. But when people are spending their hard earned money the least you could do is try to get it right. But everything is half assed, always forgetting things, or the foods ice cold. Don't waste your money going here because it's a waste every single time. The employees all seem like they are on something it's ridiculous. read more

Everytime we come here which isn't that often but they're always out of extra crispy chicken doesn't matter what time of the day it is! I mean it's 7:15 pm and no crispy chicken??? I would understand if it's 9:00 pm and they didn't have it. I used to work at KFC years ago and this would never fly during the "rush" hour this place needs to get their sh* t together! Colonel Sanders would be rolling in his grave if he know how the KFC's are being ran! read more

First time at this place today at 9:20 pm and the place closes at 10:00 pm. The Venezuelan lady told us to go to the other AW KFC. We told her we would eat there and she asked us to keep the table clean because she had cleaned it 5 times because other customers dirty the place and she was going to close at 10:00 pm. Then she told us we could only order wings and drums because she wasn't going to cook anything else because she would be closing in 40 minutes; she only sold us one chicken little when we ordered 2 without telling us and just add it into our order bag. Sadly, the chicken was too dry and hard and we couldn't eat it; waste of our money. KFC, if you allow your employees to continue with this attitude, you're going to end up like BK or other restaurants that have going to bankruptcy because of their employees bad service. read more

On Memorial Day, May 29, at 7pm after an 8 Hour drive home from out of town, I decided to stop by KFC in Herriman, Utah. Went through the drive-through, and the gal taking my order was so unprofessional and condescending. She seemed perturbed that I asked if they had anything else in diet besides Pepsi. My husband likes diet Mountain Dew. Then, when I got up to the window, I decided to add one (1) side order of mac & cheese to my order. I could hear her talking in a foreign language to her coworkers, or to the cook in the back 'yelling' to take out the mashed potatoes/gravy, and add mac & cheese to both boxed meals. I then told her that I still wanted the mashed potatoes/gravy in both boxes, and I wanted to add "just one" (1) side order of mac & cheese to my order. Long story short, I ordered 1 two-piece meal, and 1 three-piece meal, (which both meals now come with ONLY mashed potatoes and gravy). However, I didn't get the three-piece. Instead they gave me 2 two-piece meals and added TWO sides of mac & cheese in BOTH of them. To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered that one of the meals was all dark meat instead of all white meat that I had requested for the three-piece that I did not get but paid for! Not to mention the chicken at KFC is about the size of a golf ball. Not really. I'm just exaggerating, but literally not much bigger. It's very disappointing. A total waste of $24! I will not be eating there again! read more

I went to this location and made sure it was open. I pulled up to the screen to order and waiting about 10 minutes and nobody answered so then i pulled up to the window and waited another 10 minutes and it even had an open sign! read more

Really wish you guys would stop screwing up orders... Been coming here since you've opened and every time I'm missing an item. The first year I can understand, but come on, get it together. read more

Sad, sad, sad! Online orders do NOT save time at this location. I waited over 30 minutes for a bucket of chicken, chicken pot pie, and popcorn chicken. Employees had no hustle and were in no rush to provide quality service. There is an extra layer of frustration because the food has already been paid for. No incentive? My heart went out to the guy next to me that arrived before I did, and was still waiting when I left. I counted the number of items before leaving, but I should've checked the contents--my side items were not what I ordered. Popeyes, anyone? read more

First of all I ordered the 5 piece Nashville hot tenders, I asked for extra sauce on the side "no we can't do that" get my order there's no sauce on the tenders which actually makes them Nashville hot .... Wow, Herriman is a really nice place & it's like they pulled this place out of the hood how it is ran. Something is alway broken. Sometimes they aren't even open because they have hiring problems. They say your meal is free if you don't get a recipe but have a sign that says the recipe machine is broken so don't expect a recipe. This is the last chance they get. I really like the fries here at KFC. However this time I went ordered from the drive through & luckily I can't help myself I had you eat some fries before I got home. Glad I did because they gave me rock hard over cooked old cold fries. If I would have gotten home I would have been more than pissed. Like how stupid are you as an employee to not look at what you are giving a client? KFC should make the franchise owner shut this shithole down. Absolute trash. Oh I didn't even get to the crappy workers here. Seriously the worst experience! read more

I pulled up to the drive thru at about 7 on a Saturday and asked for a 3 piece and she asked what I wanted in it. I said a breast. She said they were out. I then said a thigh. She said they were out. I then said leg and she again said they were out. So I asked what they DID have and she said wings only. They said it would be 20 minutes until any other chicken was ready. This is a chicken place! I couldn't believe it. Also, would really have been useful to tell me they only had wings at the beginning. No wonder I never go there! read more

Sooooooo slow!! I sat in the drive through for around 30 minutes waiting for my food. There was plenty of staff because they kept walking by the window. This place should be called slow food, not fast food! Ridiculous place to go if you're in a hurry! Don't waste your time. read more

Kinda of disappointed. We've been to this location before and things have been fine. Today however I went through the drive through and when I got home I found that Lexi hadn't put the gravy in the bag. I called and spoke to her and she insisted that she did. Trust me she didn't. She did offer to let me drive all the way back for the gravy. That was nice . No sincerity in her interaction and no effort to make it right. Food is fine, service suffers read more

order was completely wrong. Ordered a 16 tender family meal and asked for an additional white chicken breast. They said they didn't have any white meat. I said ok then just the 16 count meal. was given 5 chicken tenders, 2 breast??? no biscuits, no cookies?? Went inside and the employees still totally confused and all looked like they were "dazed and confused" not sure they are doing at work but this is the 2nd time the drive through and completely gotten my order wrong. read more

We went inside to order a bucket of chicken so we could feed the missionaries from our church. when we got there they had several signs on the doors. One sign said that the lobby was closed and is only open for carry out orders. We had to wait for 20min for extra crispy since they only had 4 pieces available, the lobby was very dirty with the tables very dirty and the floors were filled with dirt, food etc and not mopped. Half the lobby was closed off. Behind the counter you could see a water puddle by the drive way window. The employees were swearing, uniforms were hanging out with their shirts, no, no hair was being pulled back. Their was a soda can on the front counter that an employee left behind. The front doors were dirty with marks all over them. The sign with buying a meal and you would get a free thing of soda. The shift supervisor said that was over weeks ago. They kept saying that they didn't have a manager and the one manager was calling in around 17 times saying he was not coming in. read more

Jesus how do you show up for chicken at 6:30 pm and they don't have any ready and you have to wait for them to cook it. The service is less than stellar and they folks working there try so hard but the management should be fired! It took literally 25 mins walking in to get 2 two piece meals. Like I said the only thing they have going for them is the staff is awesome and are embarrassed by the crappy management. read more

Not good customer service. We were able to place an order with ease using coupons but they were in a rush to get us out the drive through...even though we were the only customers in the drive through...not sure what the big rush was.... I realize people are doing their best but these guys certainly could stand to try a little harder. The prices were outrageous! When I saw how little I got for $10 and change, I thought they had Mia charged me. 3.59 each for about 1/4 c of coleslaw and 1/4 c of potatoes. The chicken was tiny and looked old, tasted old too. I will never go to KFC again. read more

This is the fourth time I have been here in a month and am told they have no chicken and will be a 30 minute wait, but was not informed until after I paid. Same excuse every time understaffed. Plenty of other options don't waste your time waiting on "chicken". Would not recommend them. read more

Got a spicy chicken sandwich and it was pretty good. Also got the kfc famous bowl, spicy. And the majority of the chicken was actually just the breading fried and added. I love my fried chicken crispy. But I also like there to be chicken. Just dissatisfied. Been there a few times before and had nothing but good food and good service. This time just the service was spot on. Seriously order from better sources, not the cheapest source. read more

Went to Herriman location to order food in drive through, right away given attitude and loud "sighs" from person taking order, was then taken over by other employee.
