My husband said his tots also did not seem fresh. Boths burgers we ordered were wrong. Despite the ordering on app prompting customizations -- I don't think they read it at all. They put lettuce on both which we asked for none. They put bacon on my single burger and none on the other, double burger we wanted it on. Also pickles and mustard on mine which I hate. Place looks closed. Sign on the door said to go to the patio entrance but, the patio isn't lit. Walked around and found the patio entrance in the dark. I'm guessing they've had issues in the past...? We had 8 people so we sat at a large picnic table. The server was great! She was friendly and attentive. The drinks came out slowly - not our server's fault - but not sure why as the place was pretty empty. Food was just so so. The nacho's had toppings, but just that... toppings. This is by far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings in the State of Utah. They need a complete revamp! Service is extremely slow, waitstaff seem like they hate their jobs. After waiting for 45 min , We had to ask for our food in order for them to even bring it . It had been sitting under the Warmer for god only knows how long. When we arrived there were empty tables seemed like they are understaffed or something. It's fine but then the service should be exceptional, unfortunately it's not. Walked in and half the tables were empty but not bussed and they told us a 30 min wait. Hostess acted annoyed we were even there.

We ordered chips and queso to start us off and it was delicious, I felt that they could have filled up the queso a little bit more because we had a bunch of chips left over! Both the wings were very good just a little bit cold you can tell they were sitting for a little bit. I didn't catch our waiters name but he was very quick at everything including seeing him help his other tables. How far can Buffalo Wild wings fall before they finally close and do everyone a favor. Their food is good (usually) but every time they have new rules that are absolutely ridiculous. Now I have to show if at the door Ang get a wristband before I even decide if I am going to drink. Another time they would not take cash or credit and insisted on text pay. Even worse when a manager comes over and asks what's wrong after they gave us double the wing and charged us extra. He said he is just out of training and there was nothing he could do. We ordered the 20 boneless+ 20 traditional wings+ fries Togo special We we're greeted quickly and sat just as fast but we didn't get service/drinks for at least 15-20mins. The servers and host were really nice even though they were really understaffed. The server was very behind on their tables and forget our lemonades so we left without drinks after we got our Togo order. Unfortunately our food wasn't great at all. The fries tasted like they've been sitting for hours and were hard...very unappetizing. The boneless wings looked old and dry. The traditional wings were very fresh, hot and delicious! Our drinks took forever from the bar; after waiting quite patiently, we had to let our server know that the beer had been ready for quite some time. I have been here numerous times, and decided I just did not like their wings. No matter what flavor I chose. This time I got some ultimate nachos with chicken. And they were so good! Their chips are really thin and super crispy! And with all the other toppings and queso, etc. they are just delicious! I came again today with my son because he loves the boneless chicken wings. We had a great experience Tuesday evening. Our waitress was spot on, I didn't get her name but she was African American with the sweetest disposition. This restaurant has great deals on Thursdays on the boneless wings. We were able to get a deal on Tuesday on the bone in wings. My onion wings and nachos with brisket were good. We asked for a booth and sat in one that would sit 7-8 people. It's so nice to get what you ask for. Thanks to a wonderful hostess. She didn't make us wait until our other 3 guest arrived. So it was the weekend and I was headed to Salt Lake City to attend my cousins wedding. It was fantastic and we all Celebrated rather hard at the wedding. Next thing I know it was night and I was heading back to the hotel. Of course I was starving and on the search for close by restaurants. Lucky me across the street from my hotel was a Bdubs! Personally, I love Bdubs and you can always count on the food. I was with my wife, father and his partner. They actually have never had Bdubs so it was a good experience. We pretty much all got boneless wings with different sauces. I would recommend mango habenero to anyone who loves the spice, Thai Curry for those in-betweeners and Classic Medium for an entry level heat. The wings were pretty darn good and the celery and carrots are a nice add on to help eliminate some heat. It was the first time I've ordered nachos at Bdubs and I don't regret it, they were delicious!!! Of course we had a couple beers also (to be honest I had probably drank enough at this point since the wedding). The waitress was incredibley nice and the service time was speedy. Worst experience ever! I've never been so horrified and offended. This manager didn't like that we complained. He told us very offensive things including political harassment. He cursed us all the way out the restaurant. I've never heard this language in my life. Other people overheard, so I'm not making this up. This is by far the worst location in the country. I travel often and have been to many locations throughout the us and this one needs a serious overhaul of the management. Service is slow if you can get a table, went in on Saturday night Oct 14th 6 tables had customers and over 30 people waiting to be seated. The host just said it's a 30-45 min wait. Two managers were "working" in the 45 minutes I waited to sit in the empty bar area neither manager helped a single customer, cleaned a table, took out food or did a single thing. Doordashed wings from here last night... I had bone-in & my husband & daughter ordered boneless. Diarrhea began within an hour (for all of us) and today both my husband and daughter are violently ill. They can't get out of bed except to use the restroom. I'm disappointed in seeing how this location acts toward its customers. The hostess doesn't even acknowledge you but look at you to see how many people and walks away for you to follow. She stands as manager does everything and is on her way to phone and drinking her Starbucks not wanting to be bother. Her and several employees talking about the customers laughing and being disrespectful as we wait to be helped. Other employees that are off and sitting hanging out with employees that should be working. Customers have to go up to pay their bill. This place has seriously gone down hill from what they used to be. We've been so unimpressed probably the last 10 times we've been.
