Worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I came at 8:30 to get my food and the kitchen was completely shut down. After I ordered, no one started making the order until I said something. 20 minutes later, I watched the lady use her cleaning gloves she just wiped the floors with, and put my chicken in the bag. I then caught her and she was surprised to see me watching. She said she would remake the food (which would have been another 20 min) so I asked for a refund. Instead of a refund, she charged me AGAIN and couldn't figure out how to process a refund. After 45 minutes, I was charged $40 and left with NO FOOD! I will never go back. Not to mention, the guy mopping the floors literally mopped over my feet when I was standing there? Complete joke. read more

Man I love chicken in any form, when I heard this spot was opening down the street from where I live I couldn't wait for it to open, let me tell you It was worth the wait. Opened on Memorial Day I've been there 4 out of the 5 days they've been open. The tenders are so good hand breaded hot and fresh every time, they're chick-fil-a esque But so much better than fil-a, and these have a lot more flavor than Canes (and I love canes). Chicken sandwiches easily the best ones from, better than crack shack Popeyes, and chick-Fil-a. The filet they use is massive always fresh and the Nashville hot is just the right type of spice. Their fresh hand cut fries too it all off rosemary pepper and Cajun are my top seasoning for them. Oh man the salads are bomb too, I never leave long ass reviews like this, but I really loved this place and I've tried nearly everything on the menu every time it's been great and delicious. The staff who works there are always friendly and they keep their sauce bar properly stocked. Love super chix dirty bird stands no chance. I recommend this spot read more

Usually have good experiences, but tonight was the worst. Ordered one sandwich, a kids meal, and loaded fries. Both with custard cups. Waited 25 minutes for food. They put our custard on the trays when we order and we saw them sitting out for 20 minutes before they gave it to us. Melted by the time we got them. We asked for fresh ones and they said they didn't have any. Our fries were plain fries, not loaded. The kids meal was supposed to come with fries, but it came with maybe two fries and crumbs. When I tried to tell someone we didn't get what we ordered she left to get someone who spoke English. The other girl she got didn't really speak English either so it was hard to communicate that we just wanted what we ordered. read more

A little spendy at $48+ for two of us, but after all this is Biden's America. I ordered this online, for pickup. They don't have a drive-thru, or dedicated pickup parking. They are fairly busy, and paired in the same small building with a Chipotle Grill in an outdoor mall (not sure what the best term is, but there seem to be a lot of them in SLC.) So I had to park one building away, at 8:05 PM on a Wednesday evening. The dishes were interesting and fairly inventive. We haven't tried the full gamut by any means; the wife (I mean, the Love of my Life, hereinafter tLomL) is NOT a culinary adventuress. I had the Oriental Salad, which was tasty; a little different with the cashews (I didn't opt for the peppers, whatever locale they came from; figured tLOmL wouldn't like them.) The amount of dressing was a little deficient. (I'll go through the trash and try to see how much is in the ToGo dressing cups.) Suggestion to customers: apply the dressing after moving the chicken aside. Suggestion to mgmt: increase the size of your dressing and sauce cups. I got the breaded chicken strips for tLomL; she liked them. I had one of the four for myself; it was good, flavorful, well-cooked, and crunchy. The sauces were good, but again, maybe slightly deficient in quantity. Hint: the more Chicken Tenders you order, the more Sauces you can get. I ordered one small fries for me, with white queso, bacon and onion sauce. On the website, it was shown appetizingly with the sauce applied to the fries. In its ToGo form, it was supplied as dry fries with a slightly larger container of queso sauce. As another reviewer has noted, a smaller amount of fries with a lower price would be appropriate. The fries themselves were good, well-seasoned with rosemary pepper and probably a little salt; they were about 1/4" in cross-section, too bendy to dip in the queso sauce, so I bent them double then dipped. I could have avoided ordering fries for tLomL, with salt only; they were good, but not THAT different from the Rosemary variety. tLomL specified Mint Chocolate Chip for the custard; I had a strawberry custard shake. Both very tasty. I'm going to show this review to tLomL; I hope she's got the sense of humor I THINK she has. I have been to the Spanish Fork and American Fork locations of Super Chix and my wife and I love the food. We are so please that they finally brought one closer to home. The sandwiches, salads and just the tenders are delicious and the custard is to die for...especially the Egg Nog custard they had around Christmas time. Came here to try out their chicken sandwich and fries. Ordered the simple chicken sandwich with pickles and the rosemary fries. So good!! Their sandwiches are an elevated version of Chick-Fil-A, but their rosemary fries are a game changer. Service is great because the food comes out relatively fast and the food is always delicious. Was very underwhelmed and disappointed by the standard of food here. We love trying new places to eat out every week and support local but we will definitely not be back here. The salad was all bad lettuce pieces soggy and wilted no toppings to add flavor ended up throwing away it all. The hot honey sandwich was soggy from the sauce even when they brought it out fresh and the cheese was not good either. The fries had raw pieces throughout, overall not worth the price of $30+ for meals we ended up throwing out and having to go spend more money somewhere else that we shouldn't have had to. read more

Being that I'm a huge fan of Chick-fil-A and this place is right next door to CFA, I was apprehensive risking an already good thing. But decided to give this place a try. I'm impressed. I got the Nashville hot sandwich (breaded) and it was incredible. My wife for the Bacavo (grilled). That was also incredible. My girls loved the chicken tenders and grilled cheese. The girls loved it as well. The fries are also incredible and the portions are definitely massive. The sauce bar is also amazing with Korean BBQ, Nashville hot, Ranch, and other flavors. The price is high for chicken sandwiches, but definitely worthwhile. If they can find a way to cut cost and keep the quality, this place would be a regular. Was looking forward to trying a Nashville hot chicken sandwich and instead got a Buffalo chicken sandwich. Chicken managed to be dry yet soggy. Guess that was in part due to being take out. Maybe it would've tasted better fresh. The fried pickles had a sweet tasting breading. Not my cup of tea. The fried avocado was good, but probably not worth a trip back. I love Super Chix! However, the fries at this location have been super hit and miss since they opened. I guess everything is personal preference but they will either have super soggy fries are way too crunchy fries like they've over cooked them. So just be aware- maybe you can ask for specific cooked fries when ordering. read more

This hurts to say because we have been to the American Fork location and we're excited to have one closer. My husband got the Buffalo Ranch Salad and it wasn't worth eating. The lettuce was cut too big to eat and it was las the harder white part of the lettuce, and other than the grilled chicken drenched in too much buffalo sauce and a drizzle of ranch dressing there was nothing else in the salad. I got the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich, there was no ranch on it and the buffalo sauce was all over the outside of the bun so I couldn't eat it without getting it all over. On a POSITIVE note my daughters got the Bacavo Ranch and the Korean BBQ sandwiches and they were both delicious. This place seems like the place to eat as it was packed when I had lunch around 11am on a Saturday. The menus when deciding on what to eat were extremely high and angled. To get a good look you had to stand as far back as possible or else it would feel like sitting in the front row at the movies. The music was so loud that the tv's that were on couldn't be heard. No CC on the tv's either. The area where the drink machine and sauce bar were seemed cramped as when it became noon my seat (right next to this area) was hard to get out. I had 2 "Giant" chicken fingers; which were disappointing as I could get bigger chicken fingers at a grocery store and be 1/4 the price. And "loaded" fries (regular size) which were soggy & floppy. I guess loaded means a tiny bit of cheese, 1/8 cup of bacon, and a tiny bit of green onion. My meal was around $17 which seems really pricey for the amount, quality, and quantity of food I received.
