I'm here in the northern parts of Utah visiting Devi and Angel desserts named after my favorite person and it's not the devil...! All I can say is wow this place is amazing. The vibes in here are so vibrant and appealing to the eye first glance at any of the menus, whether it's the chicken combos or the cream lattes or corn dogs or special fruits smoothies or refreshers everything looks top-tier deliciousness!! Food 5/5 everything was extremely delicious as well as visually and aesthetically pleasing! I got the Raspberry cream doughnut, and two uniquely designed mochi donuts, with the Sunset Galaxy drink (Mango jelly,Pina colada, Red guava, Blue curacao, Dragonfruit water, Lemonade). Service 5/5 the person who served me his name was Will and he was extremely polite and very greeting once I came in to the establishment. I told him it was my first time being here, and he was extremely enthusiastic full of energy and gave me the breakdown of everything that I had eye candy for! These are the type of people I love engaging with it makes the experience so much more loving, and engaging.. Ambience 5/5 Everything is neatly organized and has a high energy presence. The displays are lit brightly, and the signs display the confidence of the establishment here all the customers seem to be in very high spirit and have huge smiles on their faces once they receive their order, especially their drinks.. So many options to choose from! What was supposed to just be an after dinner snack ended up being a full on meal! I ordered the hot Cheeto k-corn dog; half sausage and half cheese. I didn't take videos of the cheese pull but it's quite dramatic! There's a few different sauces to choose from too but they are pretty good without them. The hot Cheeto coating was enough heat and flavoring! I ordered the mango yogurt drink too and that was pretty good with boba. I asked for something a little tart and that's what the staff suggested. I was a little weary about it, but glad I took their advice because it wasn't too sweet! The candied fruit is amazing! I'd prefer it to be a little thinner coating, but that's just me. My DIL saw this cute dessert spot on TikTok so we stopped by after she picked me up from the airport. It was a great afternoon pickmeup after my flight - Yummy drinks, great service, and excellent mochi nuts! They have quite a large drinks menu and tons of cute donuts and mochi nuts to choose from. For our drinks I got the Iced Dubai Chocolate Latte and my DIL got the Black Sugar Fresh Milk with boba. Portions are generous and the flavors are excellent - not too sweet which I love - a rich creamy treat! Their boba pearls are decent too - typical texture and not overly sweet. For our mochi nuts we got an ube, s'mores, and biscoff and took home to share with my son. All excellent flavors here as well - and their mochi textures were the perfect balance of that fantastic mochi chewiness with a little softness on the inside as well as a thin crispy outer layer from the glaze. We loved them all! And they lasted several days - kept their freshness surprisingly well. The decor is funky chic Korean vibes with several photo walls for the gram and they even have a cute Photo Booth with tons of add-on costume pieces haha! The Photo Booth is $10 extra for a session. I've wanted to come here for a while but didn't get to get out to Riverton. Service is quick and the place look very chic and K-pop core. Menu is very overwhelming with different varieties of drinks, desserts and fried foods. I tried their mochi donut, sugar crème brulee boba and chocolate strawberry smoothie. Not the best boba... the consistency was a little off but not bad nonetheless. The mochi donut was good. My husband didn't want to get the shaved ice because he thinks it wouldn't taste as good as the ones in Taiwan, so I'm coming back another time to try it. After a delicious dinner at Seoul Meat Co., my friends and I decided to stroll over to Devil and Angel Desserts--and let me just say, wow! It was my first time visiting, and my friends were raving about their incredible selection of bingsu, boba teas, smoothies, and mochi donuts. We walked in and were instantly overwhelmed--in the best way--by all the amazing options. Safe to say, our eyes were definitely bigger than our stomachs because we left with plenty of leftovers! We ordered the mango bingsu, and it was not only absolutely gorgeous, but also one of the most delicious desserts I've ever had. The drinks are delicious and exactly what you would expect for a typical boba tea spot with lots of variety. The tanghulu was good as well. The shave ice was shaved ice cream and definitely tastes like a crappy artificially flavored strawberry, so would not recommend that. The main issue with this spot is that it's WAY overpriced. First time here! Absolutely loved the place! As soon as I walked in, they greeted us with a smile on their face. As we walked up to take a look at the menu, the girl at the cash register was very helpful on guiding us through the different options they have available. We had seen so many videos on this place and had been dying to try it and we're glad we finally did, we got the strawberry & grape tanghulu and the s'more mochi donut. I recommend both but beware of the tanghulu it can and will cute the inside of your mouth so eat it cautiously. My husband and I drove here from Northern UT to try these amazing looking foods, we were so excited. But we didn't even get a chance to order because of the man at the front providing service to customers. We witnessed the man snap at customers waiting for their food. When the customers didn't hear him call their order, he proceeded to repeatedly say "hey guys. Hey guys. HEY!" And clap his hands as if he couldn't have either walked it over or ask for a name to call after their order was done. Just very unprofessional and we weren't okay with spending our money somewhere that has someone who believes it's okay to treat people that way. We spoke with the woman who it was directed towards. The worst part was she mentioned she is a regular and she truly likes the other workers there, but when that specific employee? Owner? Is working, she knows he's going to be rude. That's not okay. Too cool! This is definitely a trendy spot, but it is not just style over substance. I tried three items on my initial visit to Devil & Angel Desserts. Grape and Strawberry Tanghulu: Solid! This was a new food experience for me, and while it is super sweet, it is definitely worth trying (8/10). Cracking Dubai Pistachio Frappe: I would pass on this one. The pistachio was just too much in a drink form. It was at its best when I could get some chocolate, but there just was not a ton of it. (5/10) Affogato Soft Serve: This was my favorite thing. The ice cream was very sweet which was perfect for the pairing of the coffee. I would definitely get this one again. (9/10). This place has really good korean shaved ice as well as the Tanghulu, the Tanghulu was a bit pricey but still pretty good. Me and my friend tried the korean corn dog is was super good, the cheese is fresh and hot, as well the outside layer was crispey and fresh. TANGHULU has arrived in utah people!!!! I have been craving it and was so excited to see that they were serving it here. We make the trip to riverton and not only do they make tanghulu (we got a strawberry and mixed fruit with strawberry and grape but they also serve oranges & pineapple), but they also have soft chewy mochi donuts (with cute designs like the cookie monster), smoothies, soft serve, milk teas, refreshers, and korean hotdogs. Service it a little slow but given all the variety i didnt mind too much as this new business is figuring out all the kinks. I ordered their potato/fries corn dog, mixed fruit Tanghulu & their strawberry Matcha smoothie with taro boba. It was good. I was surprised no one was there. The prices are pretty high for the hotdogs but there aren't too many locations that sell these options of hotdogs and the variety options. I did enjoy my selections and I came back again for more so while the prices are a bit on the high end I do think you'll enjoy it.
