Came in on a Thursday evening, around 5:30. We were in the area, drove around Jordan landing and spotted this place. They have several tables on the inside if you decide to dine-in. They have large screens showing their menu items, ranging from breakfast sandwiches, churros and savory/sweet crepes. I ordered the egg/ham croissant bfast sandwich. They were nice enough to make even during dinner. I like how generous they are with the eggs and ham. It included fresh avocado on the side. Overall, it was pretty good. The eggs were nice n fluffy. The thing that made the experience here less than stellar was a lack of...words? Customer service? Etc. The gentleman at the register taking our order looked at us like he didn't want to be there. He said "what do you want" and nothing else the entire encounter. He didn't ask "is that all?" "Would you like a drink?"? - the things you expect from every other place. The young woman who brought us our order said less than that, actually nothing. Not even a smile or hello or your welcome, after we said thank you. I then asked her for a box and she looked at me without saying anything and turned around and got one, hesitantly. LESSON LEARNED - I tipped them upfront when I ordered and paid. Now I learned my lesson to not tip up front, and make the restaurant ***earn*** their tip. I no longer tolerate bad customer service - especially when the restaurant is clearly not busy.

This review is based off my experience at the Saratoga Springs location. I've lived in Saratoga Springs for almost 15 years, back when there was absolutely nothing here, so I've been really excited to watch all the new development in this city. Seeing new businesses open up is something I genuinely look forward to. I was especially excited when I heard about this new place opening next to Fat Cats because I absolutely love crêpes and churros. I was born and raised in, California, grew up in the 70's & 80s, and I know what authentic churros are supposed to taste like soft, hot, fresh, coated in cinnamon and sugar, and full of flavor. Having traveled quite a bit and experienced many different foods, I can usually tell right away when a restaurant is hitting the mark. When I walked in, the place was beautiful the ambience was very nice, and the staff were friendly. It seemed like a nice family business, and I really wanted to love it. But I also noticed how quiet it was, and sometimes that can be a sign that customers aren't fully satisfied. I was hesitant to try the churros because many places outside of California don't quite get them right. Unfortunately, my instincts were correct. The churros were very disappointing. They were overly fried, hard, and tasted mostly like oil. There was barely any cinnamon or sugar, and the texture was crunchy instead of soft and fluffy inside. It just didn't resemble the authentic Mexican-style churros I grew up with in California or the ones you'd find at Disneyland. To be fair, the ambience and customer service were good, and the space itself is very nice. But when it comes to the food especially churros this place missed the mark for me. If you're used to authentic California-style churros, this probably won't meet your expectations. Personally, I would pass on this place and wait until I'm back in California to get the real thing. Overall rating: 2 out of 5 stars - one star for the ambience and customer service.

Turkey Bacon Avocado Crepe

I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon to grab some lunch and this restaurant did not disappoint. The food was delicious, the employees were kind, and there were plenty of clean tables to sit at. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Avocado which consisted of turkey, mozzarella, bacon, avocado, spinach, cherry tomato, arugula, and a fried egg. It was $16, but the portions are huge! I only finished half and had to take the other half home. I really want to come back and try a shake with a churro. They looked soooo good, but I didn't have time to get one. I'm already planning my next visit though!

When I saw that a crepe place showed up in Jordan landing I was pumped. Finally got the chance to come here and it was a solid 3.5 stars (at least based on the crepes). My family and I got a turkey bacon avocado, ham and cheese, and Nutella and strawberry. The quality of the actual crepes varied from crepe to crepe. The sweet crepe was thick and spongy (which I'm not a fan of), the ham and cheese was a little less spongy, and the turkey bacon was nice and thin. They were all okay. However while the turkey bacon one was truly HUGE and pretty good, I feel it could have really benefit from more sauce as it was quite dry. The service was good. The food was made fairly quickly and the couple team members I interacted with were nice. It was quite pricey, $42 for three crepes and a drink. If I'm going to spend that much on crepes I'd prefer to go to the king of crepes, Dali crepes, but none the less, I wouldn't be opposed to coming here again to check out some of the other items in their menu

Awesome service, and the crêpe I had--the Berry Cream Crêpe--was delicious. In fact, it was the best crêpe that I've ever tasted! My one complaint (and reason for the -1 star) was with the whipped cream that came on the side, as I thought it was tasteless, Other than that, this place was great, and I'll definitely be back:)

After dinner nearby, my wife and I were looking for a quick dessert. Franco's Churro House stood out and beckoned us in. I was surprised that it was not just dessert-they also had savory crepes on the menu, which I'd like to return and try another time. As for the churros, they are ok. I'd prefer just one large churro, but the menu only had baskets options. I think there is too much of a big thing, resulting in overload and fatigue. The churros are really greasy and not as much flavor as I prefer. However, I did get the plain cinnamon & sugar ones-maybe with some toppings, they would be better. I also think that just one or two would have been good rather than a basket of so many.

They did have good churros, but the price was pretty steep in my opinion. I also thought it was weird the regular and large sizes were not consistent with how many came in the order. We liked the ones we got, but they are sweet and a lot so I recommend the smallest size even if sharing with 2 or 3 people. Because of the prices we will probably not go back. The staff was nice and the decorations were cute and fitting. I loved the different neon signs they had.

I love how bright and clean it is. They have plenty of seating even for a busy Saturday night. They played music from the early 2000's and I was definitely jamming when Nina Sky and Mark Morrison came on! You can order the churros in a medium or large size. We ordered a medium in the Nutella Lover (4 pieces) and a side of vanilla ice cream, and the Oreo Crumble Crepe. The crepe was so good! They are very generous with the fillings and toppings but it wasn't too sweet. The churros weren't hot or soft, but the Nutella and ice cream helped soften them. I know Nutella is sweet in general, but man these were so sweet. I'm glad we went with the medium because we wouldn't have been able to finish them all. Their savory menu looked amazing so we'd come back for sure to try those and order and other crepes.

Strawberry Delight - 8 Pieces

My girls and I ordered a large Strawberry Delight, and split it three ways. Absolutely delicious! Even with the three of us, we couldn't finish it! We will absolutely be coming back, my kids have declared it our new place. Service was fast and polite, and despite being a counter order, brought out to our table. Good music too!

Yummy place to stop for a small or not so small dessert! I've been here twice now and both times were great! I love the options available and recommend this location to anyone. Service is great as well. I went with a very picky friend and the staff were accommodating. It's also just cute overall.

This is the Creamy Bombshell and is amazing!

As someone who does not drink coffee much, I think I know whether I have a full shot of espresso or half a shot. Because the espresso truly makes a difference. Sure, you don't have a way to measure it. I get that. But if that's the case, then every location should be declining tpart of when I order my drink. I've watched them pour it into they're little measuring spoons and dump it in. Even just eyeballin it will work. Sure, it'll be off, either too less or slightly more, but I'll tell you this. Less than half a short or a little more than half a shot is better than a full shot for someone who is only asking for half. & I would be perfectly fine with just being told you can't do it, but going back and forth with me on it when I know what it tastes like is crazy.

There were not many options even open on a Sunday morning in the area of Day Break where we were located. We almost didn't even go in here because, from the street, this location looked closed. The crisp cold temps kept everyone indoors so I am really glad we double checked the front door, because we would have missed out on a hidden gem of a spot! We got there early enough that there was only one person working, which initially wasn't an issue, but as our visit went on, a line formed, and I even put back, on the shelf, an intended purchase of coffee beans because I wanted to visit more than I wanted to stand in a line. I ordered an iced Americano with sugar free Hazelnut and a splash of half and half to drink and a Pesto Grilled Cheese on Sourdough to eat. I knew it would be an easy food item to take any leftovers on the plane. Although the indoor space had enough seats for this particular morning visit, I am not sure how well it seats everyone on a typical morning rush. The outdoor space would be my preferred seating location but only when it is warmer temps so I definitely plan to come back and stay longer. The vibe is super chill, the flavor of the coffee was strong and rich, nothing bitter or burnt and we all found something we loved to both eat and drink. Dogs are definitely welcome too and I can see this coffee house becoming a neighborhood favorite very quickly! I wish I had stuck it out and waited in line as I'd love to make a batch of cold brew coffee from their beans now that I am back home in California! Maybe next time!

So over priced and coffee tastes mid. Also no option to order online. It's 2025? Get it together.read more

I think their coffee is decent and they have a lot of options for flavored drinks. It's awesome that you can try a full flight with different flavors, but I'm not sure if the value is fantastic for the price, especially for 4 half sized drinks. I might just order 4 drinks and just bring an extra friend to help me finish them. The shop is clean with a fun design, it has a lot of natural elements with out feeling forced and an awesome mural on the wall. The staff is friendly and fast for sending out orders and happy to help with any questions that you have. They do utilize a kiosk or QR code for ordering, which takes some of the personality out of the transaction, but it goes smoothly over all and gives you extra time to choose. I would defintely come back. Lots of options and a fun environment. Great spot to meet up with friends, have a coffee and something to snack on.
