Staff is always nice and we love the food and ice cream! It is always kind of loud with so many people in there talking and having a great time! Overall a great experience and will be coming back

Service was quick and ambiance was casual. I wish they had outdoor seating options as indoor seating was limited and only accessible by stairs (no good with a stroller). We were the only ones in there, so we were able to take our time sampling a few different things before deciding. I tried a few flavors and liked all of them. I want to go back and get the banana flavor, but this time I went with the cake batter on a waffle cone. It is a yellow cake batter and sooo yummy. Really good texture and creaminess as well. The waffle cone was good too. My husband got the chocolate peanut butter brownie and said it was good but had a lot going on. Our friend got the taro and horchata flavors and really liked both of them. I also got a Diet Coke. I was happy to see the fridge of cans. This location is at the valley fair mall, and there is a cute little seating area outside. The tables were a little dirty, but we still enjoyed sitting out there eating ice cream and catching up. I would recommend checking out Handel's ice cream for sure. It is a little bit on the pricier side, but it's worth it in my opinion!!

An older gentleman took my order and was very rude and invalidating. Obviously everyone has their own stuff going on day by day but it sounds like others on here have had issues with this same guy. My shake's mix-in was incorrect, and I felt too intimidated by the employee that took my order to ask for it to be fixed. Luckily I don't have a peanut allergy, but the mix in that I got instead of cookie dough had peanut butter in it. Which is extremely dangerous if someone has a peanut allergy! The younger people that I saw working today were very kind and diligent, and I noticed helping customers that were waiting on food. I hope they are recognized for this! Food wait time was weirdly long for a fast food place, too. Lots of people waiting on food

The staff was super nice! But definitely ran by high school students which gave it a Chik-fil-a vibe. But the food from ordering and into my hands was pretty fast! My only complaint is how loud the blenders are, they don't have covers for them to dull out the sounds. The food was good. I got an açaí bowl and my friend got toast. The açaí bowl in my opinion was pretty mid even though it was marked "customer favorite". I do like the amount you get for the price! You can also split the bowl for only $1.50. I was amazed by how many types of toast they had! The toast my friend got was smothered in a jalapeño hummus and was to die for. But my favorite part was a lot of the menu items were named after things from Utah giving it that local feel and fun aesthetic! Overall I liked this place. I'd recommend giving it a try!
