There was a fair amount of jelly, and the sweetness was well-balanced. I liked that the drink wasn't overly sugary, and the red beans added a nice earthy flavor. It's definitely a unique combo if you're into traditional-style toppings. The shop is right next to Chinatown and has a cozy vibe. Staff were friendly and helpful, and they walk you through the menu if you're unsure what to get. You can customize sweetness and ice levels. Overall, I think this is a boba spot worth trying. The pricing is reasonable. It's also convenient to get a drink here and then walk around Chinatown.

It's one of the most reliable shops for not having over cooked boba, and the flavors are great. My favorite drink is earl grey milk tea with cheese foam, which makes an incredible combination. The staff here is nice, and kick out drinks pretty quickly. They have consistently worked to make drinks correctly and do a great job with the consistency. The shop itself is clean, and offers a few board games and has music playing to entertain people that want to hang out for a little bit. This shop is just south of Chinatown, so you don't have to go into one of the busiest parking lots in the valley just to get a drink. If you are at chinatown already, it's a short walk over to visit.

The food looked gorgeous upon being served but I found the bingsoo to be lackluster. As someone who has had bingsoo multiple times, I found this bingsoo to be poorly shaven - the texture isn't as soft as many other bingsoos - and I found it to be missing the condensed milk throughout. The fruit flavors were great and I did enjoy the fruit as well. The egg waffle was lacking flavor, even for the original flavor. However it was well cooked, crispy-ish on the outside (a nice crust) and a soft and sponge-like inside !

We waited for over 20 minutes and there were at most 3 tables in the dessert area. In the 20 minutes before ours came out, they prepared 2 others -- so a total of 3 in that time period. Be prepared to wait...they share space and staff with the Malatang space next door, and they appeared to be moving slowly, understaffed and uninterested. 2. I waited patiently expecting to be blown away assuming they must have been spending the time meticulously preparing this dessert. I was wrong. It wasn't bad, but it was a few pieces of soft, delicious mochi along with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce atop a bowl of slushed ice, reminiscent of what I made out of my Snoopy snow cone machine as a kid and not the fresh, fluffy snow-like shaved ice one would expect with this order. Imagine hitting the slopes and skiing on ice-like granules instead of powdery snow. It's just not the same experience.

They make the best brown sugar boba with pudding. It's the pudding that gets me hooked each time! On this particular visit, I tried the taro pudding boba. It was good, but not as great as my usual drink. This is one instance where it's good to stick with what you love! This is one of those grab and go shops where there are no seating spots. It's located inside the plaza next to the Chinatown supermarket.

So we made our way into the supermarket portion of the strip. I really wanted a fruit tea before we headed to our Airbnb. I was initially going to go to 85 degree bakery. I went to one in Houston, TX last year and had a really good frozen coffee. My daughter saw this joint right before it so we decided to try this joint out since I have never had it. This was quite the menu! I haven't seen these tea options before and honestly I was intrigued! Back home, our tea options are pretty basic. Tea with some sort of fruit option. Or regular milk tea with brown sugar boba pearls. I wish I would have known about this joint sooner! I could have done my research and tried something I have never had. I'm here for a few more weeks and I'm definitely trying a drink off their milk series. I did order the peach green tea with peach pieces and tea jelly. The gal that was helping me today was mehhhh. She was there. She took my order and that was pretty much it. Not real interaction of any sort. Not a "hey, how are you today?" She asked the basic drink questions that were needed to make my drink and got to making it. My tea was fantastic! You can taste the earthiness of the green tea. It was sweet from the peach. The tea jelly pieces were soft. I enjoyed the chunky pieces of peach in every sip. It was just what I needed after my meal. I'm always down to try boba tea joints. It was great running into this place while we were roaming around. Pho Salt Lake is in this same venue as this joint. I'm planning on eating there while I'm in town so I will be making my way back to Tiger Sugar to get me a drink off their milk series. I'm looking forward to it!
