I brought a family member who loves cats and he enjoyed it. We booked a time slot online, checked in at the cafe counter, and were let into the cat area at our time. The tough part was that there were only about 6 cats (some sleeping), and at least 10 guests in the room. It seemed like too many people for such a small space and the cat/person ratio. However, we had a great time playing and petting the cats who were there, especially the two kittens. They have games, books, and coloring materials too. We didn't try the food/drinks, but some of the drinks have fun cat-related names, and they also have gear like cat shirts and bow ties.

I totally get that the cats shouldn't have to socialize all day... but there has to be a way to rotate them throughout the day or something to give breaks. It just ended up being awkward as there is very little seating and places to go in the cat room if there are more than 2 people in there.

I didn't try the coffee but if they ever show up in Boise metro area, I would check them out to see if they match up with SLC.

Customer service was amazing! We had met the owner and was going above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. There were students studying with lofi music playing from the store, it was very comfy and welcoming as is. We had gotten macaroons, chicken bake, frozen yogurt and a mojito. Everything was amazing and the food presentation was super cute! They had stickers, keychains, plushies and coffee for sale. Such a wonderful find! I was caught in a snow storm today and stumbled upon this cafe. Amazing staff and such a kind, passionate owner. I ended up spending almost 2 hours doing work and drinking tea (I have heard great things about the coffee, as well).
