It's one of the best place for boba. The prices are very reasonable with the quality.

My son and I have been coming here a few times a month all summer. It is close to our house and super reasonably priced (especially compared to places like Kung Fu Tea or Preso Tea). Service is always very polite and quick, even when they are busy. There are games inside you can play while you wait or enjoy your beverages. I will say the place could probably use a good thorough cleaning. The Valentine decorations have been up since February (it's September). There are smudges and fingerprints all over the windows and doors. It just doesn't feel super clean; I don't really want to touch anything. They also are consistently out of several ingredients like a coffee foam and a few others. All that aside, we will continue to come because we love their boba and their prices. I typically get a coconut milk tea with pearls to avoid caffeine, and an extra side of boba to add milk to at home for my son. I've also gotten a mango milk tea, a brown sugar milk tea, and a monster bobo. All of my drinks have been really good! They have a point/reward system too that you can redeem for toppings or discounts. Definitely recommend trying it out if you love boba. read more

Made a random stop on the way home after dinner. The place has lots of options but the menu is quite simple. I got the taro milk tea and added red beans, less sugar but felt like it was full sugar (so not sure if that customization makes any difference). Not bad read more

I've gotten boba from this location many times, but this is the first time I've gotten their food. They just recently added food to their menu and I'm so glad they did! My sister and I went on a Wednesday night and we each ordered their beef bowl combo. The beef bowl came with white rice, sautéed onions, cucumbers, and a fried egg. It also comes with any milk tea or fruit tea drink. All for a very reasonable price. Let me tell you, this meal hit the spot especially after a workout. The egg was nicely fried and the yolk perfectly runny. The beef was really tasty but it did have some gristle. I got the brown sugar milk tea with boba and my sister got the aloe Vera drink that comes with aloe Vera jelly. It was super refreshing! Their staff is fast and efficient and I can't wait to go try their other dishes. read more

Great chocolate milk tea service is pretty quick and also the brown sugar milk tea with boba my girl loves it would recommend and they have a few board games you can play while you enjoy your drink great ambiance and chill read more

I thought the brown Sugar Tea wasn't anything too special, it didn't have much flavor, it's on the lighter note. They don't offer sugar level customization here, which isn't too bad because the drinks aren't too sweet. The staff were nice, but music was too loud. read more

Menus are super hard to read but the staff is friendly the location is clean. They share a wall with the hot pot place so you smell good the whole time. I think if the menus were easier to read this would be a better experience. Brought someone who's never had boba and the menu was really confusing for them. I think there's better locations of this chain. But it's fine enough to come back to if I'm in the shopping area read more

Our fave boba shop! Although there are different locations, the Taylorsville shop is the best. We won't go anywhere else! Everyone at the counter was super sweet & helpful with requests. Shop was clean & music was vibing. I had a fresh mango smoothie, cousin had aloe Vera peach juice, & it was all so good! This is always our go to! read more

We love this place and most of their drinks! Super friendly owner but sometimes their staffs are too cool to talk to us. It felt like they don't want anyone there. Drinks are mostly good. They use syrup so sometimes when you adjust the sugar level, the drink get really bland. They added some street food options. They are pretty decent just have to wait for awhile. Pretty cool spot, great for quick gatherings. read more

I usually have Hokkaido Milk Tea with Sea Foam and original Boba. It's one of my favorites they make here and I usually don't stray from it. I'm trying to "stimulate yo mind Craig" (iykyk), by stepping out of my go-to & trying new flavors. I tried their Dalgona Coffee milk tea yesterday. It tasted a bit off to me, but after thinking about it. I may have messed with the flavors by adding boba to the drink. I'll have to try the Dalgona again without the boba next time. This location has definitely gotten busier since they first opened their doors. They have also added several more new items to an already expansive menu. There is a new KPot that looks to be attached to this Ding Tea location. Not sure how that works because there only seemed to be two tables set up. I'll have to inquire about that more thoroughly on my next visit. What's your go-to Ding Tea? I'm on a quest to try new flavors! read more

Good thai milk tea! Establishment is clean. I also really like the spicy popcorn chicken. My only complaint, and the reason for reduced stars is that sometimes the staff is playing loud ghetto music with a lot of cuss words. You walk in and theres loud, vulgar music playing and it really ruins the vibe and makes the place feel low class. read more

Definitely one of the best boba places I've been to. They were busy but still managed to get the drinks out in a fair amount of time. Flavor is incredible. I got the tarp milk tea with black boba. So so good. Doesn't taste overly sweet or fake. Boba is cooked perfectly. Price wasn't too bad. $4 for a small after tax. Honestly new favorite place and will be back. read more

Well I just like the vibes of this place. Not only do they have tea, they also have snacks. I feel like they do a good job. I've also been wanting to try their pho and it's actually good. I got to taste the soup and it was enough for me to eat all of it. Well for anyone that's interested with their pho. Got some pics for y'all to see. I ideally would stick to their boba tea and popcorn chicken. Overall a good place to hangout. read more

Ding ding ding! This is the spot to be! When I heard that Ding Tea was coming to Utah, I was very excited. When I found out it was going to be in Taylorsville, I wasn't too excited. Then I found out that it is super close to me cause it's by the shopping areas in Taylorsville...well super happy. What a rollercoaster of emotions! My first time here, I got their signature milk tea with boba. I wasn't sure what I was expecting, since I wasn't sure if they would be the same as their other branches in California. It was pretty much the same. The boba was cooked perfectly with great sweetness. My Milk tea was to the sweetness ratio. The only thing that was a bit off was the amount of ice they gave me. I asked for light ice, but they still gave a lot of ice. The second time, I decided to branch out a bit. I got one of their suggested drinks on the poster. I did substitute it with oolong milk tea instead but got the caramelized top. It was really good. The burnt sugar taste made it super yummy and added a new flavor to my milk tea. Highly recommend Ding tea and honestly, I will be coming here more often with how close it is. read more

Been here 3x so far and really love it! Great customer service and they are quite organized. Ding Tea!! One of our very favorite Taiwanese Tea shops here in the US. We first tried Ding Tea during our travels in Taiwan. When we were in San Fransisco, we went out of our way to make sure we could snag a winter melon tea before going home. And now we just discovered that we have our very own Ding Tea here in Utah! We stopped by today and it was just as delicious as the first time. We got the winter melon tea without boba. It was a perfect tea to sugar ratio and so flavorful. We loved it. Will be coming back soon. read more

Absolutely love getting boba tea from Ding Tea, it's easily become one of my favorite places! I love getting the Hazelnut Milk Tea with Coffee Jelly and it's delicious! I appreciate that they give a generous amount of either boba or jelly. They provide a variety of different teas, juices, lattes, coffee etc.. they also have a great variety of toppings for when you feel adventurous to try something new. Every time I go it's extremely busy but you would never guest as they still manage to get orders out fairly quickly. Love this place! read more

Utah definitely needs more boba places, but this one by far reaches my Californian boba expectations. Being a Taiwanese franchise, I promise you're getting an authentic quality boba experience! They service is fast, they're open late. Large selection of drinks. Boba cooked to perfection. Can't wait to try their cheese foam and other flavors. WORTH THE DRIVE, every single time. read more

First time coming to this new boba place! I enjoyed it for the most part. I did not like that everything was iced only because I love blended and sometimes I feel like places dump tons of ice in your drink! I got the Taro milk tea. It was good not too sweet. The boba was okay. It was soft and chewy did not get hard. But it was sort of bland. I usually like my boba a little sweeter taste but that's just me. So if you don't like too much sweet this is your place! I tried the Thai tea as well. I felt like it was a little bit more tea flavor and not as milky. It was good over all. The workers were great quick and easy service. Prices were good will definitely come here again! read more

Fave boba place! Boba is always fresh and I love that they have milk alternatives since I can only tolerate small amounts of dairy. I usually get the monster boba with egg pudding and sea salt cream but lately I've been obsessed with Taro Smash with brûléed cream. I substitute the milk with oat milk. I love coming here with my son, we play board games for a bit as our quality time together. It does get busy at times but the service is fast. read more

They have online ordering which is very convenient to use, minimizing contact and wait time. I really like their blueberry milk green tea, kumquat tea, and kiwi green tea with golden boba! This is cute tea place is very refreshing! The place inside is not to big but not to small either. I went in and the gal at the counter was very helpful in helping me choose the drinks I would and should try. I ordered the passion fruit flavor green tea, I absolutely loved it not just because i love anything passion fruit. My second choice was to try the monster bobo latte, so this drink reminds me of just milk with sugar and the boba. I'm not a fan of the type of boba I got in the drink until I was told after that there are different flavored bobas that I could have asked for .... huh? I never knew. All in all this place is cute, nice atmosphere, awesome counter gals and a nice place to hang out n drink tea. The prices where reasonable and the parking is absolutely wonder and y'all know I always check out the parking space when it comes to places I go lol. read more

Another quality bubble tea franchise from Taiwan that has opened in Salt Lake area. I was at the other Ding Tea location (West Valley) last week and decided to give this location a try. This location although further away from where I live, have won my heart. It has more variety, and the staffs are nice and friendly, they were also wearing their masks the ENTIRE time I was there which makes me feel less anxious. I ordered Jasmine green tea with boba. And the boba is the best that I have tasted here in Salt Lake. They have the perfect texture of chewiness without being too soft, and they are sweet compared to some of the tasteless bobas I have had. This is similar to Kung Fu tea place where you get to adjust your sugar level, ice level. In my opinion, I would definitely rank my best boba tea places as 1) Ding Tea 2) Kung Fu tea 3) Quickly. read more

Totally echo the other reviewers' reviews in regards to service. The last 4 times we have used their online ordering system, they have failed to get the order when we arrived at the store. Rather than making the missed order after we showed them proof of receipt and payment, they stared at us blankly and said they didn't get the order in the system. If it happens every time, that's a pretty good indication your system is broken!!! They don't even to proceed to make the order until their manager comes out and tells them to. Lack of customer service much? Good, consistent drinks but not worth the heartache of dealing with robotic workers who don't know customer service. read more
