I love Ding Tea! They are great about fast service, excellent quality of drinks and delicious flavors! I love the Monster boba because it has brown sugar syrup, milk and boba. It is so delicious! I love their decorations as well. So good!

New bubble tea place in sugar House to satisfy your boba tea cravings. They have an extensive selection of drinks and toppings. The place is new and clean but not much in terms of decor and some music would be welcoming. Service was quick and friendly. Just wish they had more non sweet drink options and the fruit flavors are not from fresh fruit but a fruit jam. I like that you can customize the sweetness but most already have some sugar if you want the fruit flavor. My Jasmine Green milk tea with aloe vera was refreshing and a great after lunch treat.

There was a fair amount of jelly, and the sweetness was well-balanced. I liked that the drink wasn't overly sugary, and the red beans added a nice earthy flavor. It's definitely a unique combo if you're into traditional-style toppings. The shop is right next to Chinatown and has a cozy vibe. Staff were friendly and helpful, and they walk you through the menu if you're unsure what to get. You can customize sweetness and ice levels. Overall, I think this is a boba spot worth trying. The pricing is reasonable. It's also convenient to get a drink here and then walk around Chinatown.

It's one of the most reliable shops for not having over cooked boba, and the flavors are great. My favorite drink is earl grey milk tea with cheese foam, which makes an incredible combination. The staff here is nice, and kick out drinks pretty quickly. They have consistently worked to make drinks correctly and do a great job with the consistency. The shop itself is clean, and offers a few board games and has music playing to entertain people that want to hang out for a little bit. This shop is just south of Chinatown, so you don't have to go into one of the busiest parking lots in the valley just to get a drink. If you are at chinatown already, it's a short walk over to visit.

The food looked gorgeous upon being served but I found the bingsoo to be lackluster. As someone who has had bingsoo multiple times, I found this bingsoo to be poorly shaven - the texture isn't as soft as many other bingsoos - and I found it to be missing the condensed milk throughout. The fruit flavors were great and I did enjoy the fruit as well. The egg waffle was lacking flavor, even for the original flavor. However it was well cooked, crispy-ish on the outside (a nice crust) and a soft and sponge-like inside !

We waited for over 20 minutes and there were at most 3 tables in the dessert area. In the 20 minutes before ours came out, they prepared 2 others -- so a total of 3 in that time period. Be prepared to wait...they share space and staff with the Malatang space next door, and they appeared to be moving slowly, understaffed and uninterested. 2. I waited patiently expecting to be blown away assuming they must have been spending the time meticulously preparing this dessert. I was wrong. It wasn't bad, but it was a few pieces of soft, delicious mochi along with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce atop a bowl of slushed ice, reminiscent of what I made out of my Snoopy snow cone machine as a kid and not the fresh, fluffy snow-like shaved ice one would expect with this order. Imagine hitting the slopes and skiing on ice-like granules instead of powdery snow. It's just not the same experience.
