Even though I selected light ice, it felt like the cup was mostly ice with not much drink. The space is cute and clean, and the ordering process was simple. You can order either at a self-order kiosk or directly with a staff member, which I appreciated. That said, the wait was pretty long. It took about 20 minutes for one drink. There were only two employees working, with one person making all the drinks and the other handling orders, so it seemed more like a staffing issue than anything else. Overall, great flavor and a nice space, but they could definitely benefit from an extra team member during busy times.

Kind of is a bummer too because as soon as we get home, we've finished our boba lol. I always order their Jasmine Milk Tea here with black boba. The jasmine milk tea has the right amount of tea and to offset it, has the right amount of milk. To complement it as well, the boba is definitely soft and tender. Their boba is consistent and doesn't have a hard middle to it, leaving you wanting for more. Their boba does have the brown sugar/caramel flavor to it as well. My wife on the other hand always orders their taro milk tea. It is pretty good! Has a great milky taste to it too. I would definitely recommend this boba spot to anyone. Their milk teas and boba are always consistent. There are a lot of there boba shops around here that aren't always consistent in terms of their milks teas and boba which is a bummer but this place is great! We always come back to this place no matter how far it is lol.

Service is always very polite and quick, even when they are busy. There are games inside you can play while you wait or enjoy your beverages. I will say the place could probably use a good thorough cleaning. The Valentine decorations have been up since February (it's September). There are smudges and fingerprints all over the windows and doors. It just doesn't feel super clean; I don't really want to touch anything. They also are consistently out of several ingredients like a coffee foam and a few others. All that aside, we will continue to come because we love their boba and their prices. I typically get a coconut milk tea with pearls to avoid caffeine, and an extra side of boba to add milk to at home for my son. I've also gotten a mango milk tea, a brown sugar milk tea, and a monster bobo. All of my drinks have been really good! They have a point/reward system too that you can redeem for toppings or discounts. Definitely recommend trying it out if you love boba.

Now that I have your attention and I've given you an ear worm, I'll share a story. My friends and I spent a Saturday on ísbíltúr, which is an Icelandic tradition of taking an ice cream road trip. We hit five different places around the Salt Lake valley and lived to tell about it; with only a slight stomachache. This one is a drive through with a small walk-up window and seating outside. It happened to be our last stop on our journey and was the perfect ending to our adventure! We ordered our cones at the window and then sat on the patio in the warm evening air, enjoying our final treats of the day. The patio is situated between two drive through lines, so the setting is a little unusual, but still good vibes. Blue Moo offers Blue Bell ice cream (IYKYK) and is generous in their portion sizes. There's a lovely blue cow photo op adjacent to the drive thru (logistics can be a little tricky if there are cars queuing up).
