I ordered on DoorDash so I can't say anything about the vibe of the store or anything, but I've…read moreonly heard good things. Now my coffee however, very disappointed. I ordered the snickers in hopes it would be sweet but not overpowering. Maybe that was my mistake. I saw it and I was already nervous. The entire drink was dark brown. It looked like chocolate milk. Which idk, maybe that's what it's supposed to look like, but oh my goodness I couldn't even taste the extra shot of espresso I ordered. Literally straight hersheys syrup. So I poured half of it out, added some almond milk and it's still pretty concentrated. Idk I'm not the kind of person to veto a place for making one bad drink, but I like my coffee to taste like coffee lol. Hopefully next time I go it does! In other news, the raspberry muffin was yummy!

Immediately I liked the vibe-it's an edgy, totally local and co-created space with folks from the area. There is a bulletin board in the vestibule with fliers and posters about current events and services-totally haphazard and chaotic. Inside, there's art all over the place, unique decor and a calendar of events that look to be different support groups that meet here. How cool. This isn't a polished, bougie or uptight place. This is for real folks with real personalities and a bit of grit. And I like it. The coffee's pretty good too. ;-)

I liked the atmosphere of it all. It's definitely fits your typical healthy whole food scene! I…read morewent on a Saturday afternoon and it was decently busy but no wait and a table or two left. The staff was super nice! But definitely ran by high school students which gave it a Chik-fil-a vibe. But the food from ordering and into my hands was pretty fast! My only complaint is how loud the blenders are, they don't have covers for them to dull out the sounds. The food was good. I got an açaí bowl and my friend got toast. The açaí bowl in my opinion was pretty mid even though it was marked "customer favorite". I do like the amount you get for the price! You can also split the bowl for only $1.50. I was amazed by how many types of toast they had! The toast my friend got was smothered in a jalapeño hummus and was to die for. But my favorite part was a lot of the menu items were named after things from Utah giving it that local feel and fun aesthetic! Overall I liked this place. I'd recommend giving it a try!

Currently, this is the only place I go for açaí bowls, and way too often. I always get the Rio,…read morebecause I'm basic af, but for me, it's perfectly balanced in flavor and texture; granola crunch feels light and airy, açaí recipe is mellow, balanced and delicious, and blueberries, strawberries and bananas are always fresh/tasty. Açaí bowls I've tried outside of Protein Foundry have been overly sweet (like sugary açaí popsicles), overly frozen or gooey, with hard/overly sweet granola straight from a Nature Valley granola cereal box. Tragic. Service is always great. I've seldom, if ever, had a long wait. Ambiance is clean and modern.
