This is such a fun treat and date activity! For $10 you can get dessert and a show! I ordered the Sundae Fundae and my husband got the Mint to Be. We were both happy with the flavors and the taste. The service was also fairly quick. They make everything to order so it does take a few minutes if they are busy. But you can watch them make your order right in front of you. They use nitrogen and fresh cream to make each ice cream quickly. The taco is a waffle cone shell. They were also able to accommodate my friend who is gluten free. This place was very overpriced and not even good. The portions are small. It took 30 mins to get our ice cream. The girls that work there work very slowly. We told them about an allergy and asked them to leave that ingredient out and they did not. And when we told them about it they had a really hard time understanding why the order was wrong. Also they charged us for a bottle of water and then didn't give it to us. When we asked why they said they are out of water? So why did they charge us for something that they didn't even have? Glad to see another location thriving! The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. There is a self order kiosk you can use if it's busy, and they also have a lot of seating inside and outside. We got the strawberry cheesecake and pistachio rolled ice cream. Pistachio was an absolute hit with a generous amount of pistachio toppings. The strawberry cheesecake was good, but they didn't add the pocky sticks and only put a couple of cheesecake bites on top. The strawberry drizzle underneath the ice cream was so sweet. A little bit definitely would go a long way. We're glad to have this location closer to us though and can't wait to return. read more

He asked how my son liked his roll and asked him a question about his shirt, which made his day. The store itself was nice and bright with a good amount of seating for the size of the store. I Can definitely see how it would fill up fast on busy days but liked the inclusion of wall seating to try to give as many people the opportunity to sit as possible. The homemade honeycomb on the HIC is unreal, the blend of that with the vanilla ice cream, honey drizzle, etc. is just everything I didn't know I needed. This was a genuinely terrible experience! The girls behind the counter were whipping their gloves around impatiently, waiting for us to order, even though we were literally the only people in there. And we only took all of one minute to decide. I asked the girls about the taco shells and if they were all dyed and they said that the taco shells are all dyed, so since I am all allergic to food coloring, I ordered the monster shake which had chocolate chip ice cream so I thought it was safe. There wasn't a picture of the milkshake or any indication it would be colored. It turned out to be an ungodly shade of bright blue. At the cash register when I asked about the taco shells, I had mentioned I was allergic to food dye. Instead of informing me that the shake would be blue, the two teenage girls said nothing. She was very emotionless during the whole transaction and did not acknowledge their excitement. After receiving our order, one of my sons accidentally dropped his ice cream on the floor before even having a taste. My son was distraught. I informed the girl at the counter that we had accidentally made a mess on the floor. Her response was just a simple "ok." I proceeded to clean up all the large pieces I could and throw them in the trash. The girl then came out and mopped up the remaining mess. I understand it's not the restaurants responsibility to replace the ice cream because my son dropped it but I thought the employees would be much more empathetic and caring.
