Layout and design of the store - 1/5 The interior space available isn't small by any means, but there are so many walls it just feels cramped inside. The pathway to order is so skinny, you can't hardly turn around. The wall should really be cut in half They give you these nice quality boxes when you order a salad, but the boxes don't fit into the garbage can lids, without more effort than I'd think I need. I just find this as odd design choice Quality of Service - 2/5 We were a few minutes late for breakfast, but we figured we'd at least ask. The woman at the register was quite rude about it. She simply could have just said no. Food - 4/5 We got the seasonal mixed berry salad, a gypsy burgerX and sweet potato fries. Everything was very good and certainly worth coming back for, though admittedly a bit pricey

Very delicious the burger had a lot of grease. But what's a good burger if it's not juicy and greasy right? This was my first time ever at Cubby's and it was very satisfying. I am a west coast In-n-out burger kind of girl so the fries being kinda similar hit the spot.

Cubby's is famous for their hamburgers and salads. The food is high-quality, fresh and reasonably priced. Be sure to check out the tri tip steak sandwich, it is an incredible combination of flavors. It has bacon, tri-tip steak and the perfect amount of barbecue sauce. They have different barbecue sauces to choose from I think the spicy is the best. You can't go wrong with Cubby's.

I might be burned at the stake for saying this, but I did not enjoy Cubby's breakfast items. There seems to be a bit of a Cubby's Breakfast cult following, but I will not be joining that congregation anytime soon. Here's what we ordered: Breakfast Burrito: Ask for it without the beans to try and salvage some flavor. The only thing we tasted were the unseasoned black beans. The bacon also had a funky texture. It was overly chewy and hard. We kept thinking bits of plastic had found their way into our meal. Sadly, most of our burrito ended up in the trash. Brioche French Toast: This dish was much better than the burrito, but still disappointing. It was very very dry. Without that glaze (and a big ole glass of Coffee/water/juice), it's difficult to enjoy this dish as much as you want to. I wish they would've provided some syrup for added moisture... I love Cubby's regular menu, so this won't taint my view of the establishment as a whole. But I would skip the breakfast line if I was you. Stick with the burgers, fries, and shakes. That's what Cubby's does best!

    Tri-tip el Caliente

My wife and I were in one of those situations where we were running errands and got hungry and started sort of aimlessly looking for a place to get some quick food. We pulled into the shopping center where this Cubby's is located with the intention of going through the Panda Express drive through but switched it up and decided to give Cubby's a try. I got the Tri-Tip with spicy BBQ, el Caliente style and Rosemary Fries. We got the food and headed straight home and ate. My food was not very warm. I'm going to blame that on the short drive home, but the Tri-Tip Sandwich would certainly have been better hot. I'll take the blame on that. It was okay. Strips of meat were cooked well done, were slightly tough and was not very flavorful. I suppose they rely on the BBQ to give the sandwich flavor. Their spicy BBQ was mildly spicy and if it had been me I would have used a good bit more on my sandwich. The el Caliente helped a bit, but it was also kind of unimpressive. They gave me a huge bag of fries. An order of fries would easily be enough for two if not three people. I didn't eat much. I could smell the rosemary but couldn't really taste it. These were thin cut fries (similar to In&Out), a little soggy and not very enjoyable In a world with more and more of these small semi-fancy burger chains Cubby's doesn't really stand out for me. As I look at their menu while writing this I don't see anything that would compel me to go back for another try, thus 2 stars vs 3 as what I got from them is not something I'd want again.

One of the best burgers I've ever had. The meat they use is amazing and delicious! Fries were excellent as well!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Love everything I've ever tried here. Their gypsy burger is one of my favorite in the valley, and it goes fantastic with their rosemary fries or their sweet potato fries. We went this weekend and decided to try the tri tip sandwich, cockadoodledoo, and their lemon chicken parm salad. Everything was very tasty and very fresh. One of the things I love most about cubby's is the freshness of their ingredients. Their wild rice and kale salad is probably my favorite salad from a restaurant, I could eat it three times a day, especially with the dressing that comes with it. The only bad thing is their fry sauce, not a big fan it's very sweet and that's not my style fry sauce. Otherwise great restaurant! Highly highly recommend this place!

My kids and I love this place! My daughter requested this for her birthday meal. Kinda expensive but so filling I didn't need dinner that night. The orders of fries are huge and can easily be shared. My 6 year old loved her kids meal and ate about half. She also got a whoopie pie which she said was super tasty. The cock-a-doodle-doo chicken sandwich was pretty good- the chicken was soft and juicy and I loved the avocado spread (I licked the extra off the wrapper ) and they have a nice gluten free bun. I'm obsessed with the maple fries- the sauce is so good drizzled on top- much better than as a dip. My son got the Le squish and raves about it. He also got the rosemary fries without rosemary which they easily did for him. And he got a vanilla shake and let me try a bit- yum! The order-taker was super nice and helpful and complimented my kids on their ordering abilities.

It's a great place for a date night or a nicer meal without feeling overly formal. Here we were, a merry fellowship -- my husband Trace, daughter Haven and her boyfriend Michael,…read moredaughter McKenna and her fiancé Tanner -- setting out last Friday on what we thought was simply a birthday dinner to celebrate Tanner's 25th year. Little did we know, we were embarking on a full-blown Hobbit-level quest for my precious at Wild Fin. None of us had been before. We had no idea the treat that awaited us. Our journey began, as all good quests should, with bread -- specifically the rosemary potato bread recommended by our server, Elana (wise guide, that one). She did not steer us wrong. We found ourselves utterly divided, and equally obsessed, over which treasure was greater: the savory garlic butter or the fig butter. In the end, we surrendered and declared both worthy artifacts, perfectly whetting our appetites for what can only be described as a pure culinary holiday of epic proportions. Now, Trace is on a lifelong quest -- nay, a calling -- to discover the world's best calamari. So naturally, we pressed onward. And friends... if you have never ordered a second round of appetizers, let this be the night you start. This calamari is so good that even those of us who once thought this quest a bit eccentric quickly became devoted pilgrims. The destination? Reached on the first trip. Undoubtedly, unquestionably, the best calamari you will ever experience. Stop looking. Just go to Wild Fin. But was that the end of our foraging adventure? Oh, you sweet summer Hobbit -- no. From the seared ahi tuna, to the scallops and prawns, to the surf-and-turf salmon and filet, every dish felt like another jeweled prize pulled from a dragon's hoard. Even the humble burger shone: Michael stared at it in reverent silence, declared it too pretty to eat, and then promptly announced it was the best burger he'd ever had. Drinks were spot-on, plates returned empty, and every last morsel whispered, stay... linger... order more. By the end, we wished we were Hobbits -- specifically the kind who eat second dinner like Trace, in lieu of any breakfast at all. So let it be known: this Riverton gem is Karen-approved. Our fellowship will absolutely return, hearts full, appetites ready, and always in pursuit of my precious.

I ordered the pulled pork sandwich ($20) with a side of turkey chili, and it was excellent. The pork was tender and flavorful, and the chili was hearty and tasted homemade. The portions were very generous, and from what I saw around the table, that seemed to be the case with all the dishes. We also shared an order of nachos ($12), which was plenty big enough for several people. The atmosphere was one of the highlights of the visit. The décor has a unique brewery and industrial vibe with lots of character, making it a fun place to relax and enjoy a meal. The service was friendly and welcoming, and our server did a great job keeping up with a large group. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that the prices are a little on the high side, and the automatic 22% large-party gratuity can make the bill climb quickly. That said, the quality of the food, generous portions, and great atmosphere made it a worthwhile stop. I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in the Lehi area and would happily order that pulled pork sandwich again.

I didn't try the gyro burger because it was very raw on the inside. It was lamb and wagyu but I prefer my burger meats to be cooked all the way through. My friends said it was sweet and it's probably because they glazed the bun. The fat bastard oysters were too big for my liking. There's also gelato on top which was weird because it made the oyster taste like it was partially frozen. I don't recommend this. The rolls tasted like biscuits. It was crumbly and it wasn't expected for a nice restaurant. The heirloom tomato pastry was my favorite dish of the night. The half sashimi trout was more like a stew in sweet sauce. The baby yellow potatoes were just added without any seasonings. Assuming it should soak in the sweet juices? I didn't care for it.
