I stopped by tonight for drinks with some friends and was happy with our experience. The nice lady who took care of us was bubbly and cheerful and she checked on us appropriately. I noticed there was a paint night activity going on-it looked like fun! There were several people at the bar enjoying themselves and everyone was behaving nicely. It's not a rowdy bar, much more of an after-work or business traveler crowd. In addition to a drink, I snagged an order of fries since I was starving. Don't judge. Excellent food not so great drinks So I want to specify that we went on a weekday night so there was 0 ambiance and hardly any people. There wasn't even music playing in the background. I and my husband ordered 2 very different drinks but they came out taking and looking the same . Essentially mine was vodka and orange juice which was nowhere close to its description. The highlight was the food . We ordered chicken wings with the spicy honey mustard that was excellent and the best wings I have had in a long time. Very unique flavor and nice and crispy. I wouldn't recommend this place for drinks and ambiance but the food is worth a try. read more

Never had a bad time at this place. Food and drinks are on point, service is great, and the owner himself is often here to ensure all hands are on deck. Love the patio in summer and winter, and love when I am here to relax and a several dozen new people to meet walk in. Favorite spot to stop after a ski day. Ok, to start - they have no coffee! How does a bar not have coffee?! So they can't make me an Irish Coffee. The bartender said they got rid of their coffee pot 2-3 months ago... why??? I offered to grab coffee from my hotel next door and bring it over, so they could make me an Irish Coffee. They would not allow that. Their drinks are outstanding, the bartenders know what they're doing, even in a place where liquor restrictions can be so paralyzing. Chantell and Jazzy are the stars of this place. With over 30 years experience in customer service and restaurants I know peeps that care the moment I walk through the door this place cares about your experience The drinks are equally as great. I am a big fan of my neighborhood martini bar. They have a full bar and a great specialty cocktail menu. I love the dirty martinis with blue cheese stuffed olives. You can also order food from Trio next door and the friendly staff will serve you. (The brussel sprouts at Trio are the best). The staff is very attentive and will make sure you don't go thirsty. The place is clean and comfortable, with some sofas for relaxing. It is a great place to meet up with friends or even have a special occasion. I had my birthday party here and we were allowed to bring our own food. There is a great DJ there on Saturday nights. "MC" will play requests and get the dancing started. They also have a different DJ on Friday nights with some 80's or 90s music. This place is located in a somewhat hidden location. It is hard to find since it is set back from the street and attached to Trio restaurant. Part of me wants this place to remain nice and chill and my own secret Martini bar, but it would be nice if there were some more people to liven it up a little. Very personable, not just there to throw a drink in your your lap. Talked with all of them. We didn't just have one server, we had five . They make sure me and my wife are well taken care of . I don't know if it's a good thing or a sign that I maybe drink too much, but my girlfriend and I come here as our regular after-work drink spot, and they know our name and dessert choice by heart. I only discovered this place a few months back and I've come to really like it. The main reason I like it here is the friendly staff. They may not always be as attentive as I'd like, but they always seem to genuinely be in a good mood (a rarity in the service industry nowadays for some reason). Cocktails are not exactly of the "craft" quality that one might hope for, but the standards (Martinis, Old Fashioned, Gin and Tonic, etc) are done well. The fact that the food comes in from Trio next door is nice in that it allows for a diverse offering that is generally of good to great quality. My main concern is the pricing. Both food and drinks are priced at a level that makes it just that much too prohibitive to make this a regular hangout. Would love to see an upscale "Craft Cocktail" program get going here! read more

Thank you Andrew! Chicago takeover! With all of our out-of-town wedding guests staying at a nearby hotel, Elixer was within walking distance for everyone to meet up. Elixer and their staff was able to handle our large group of loud mouthed crazy drinkers with no problems at all. (We had experienced slower than normal service and inadequacy at previous bars due to the group size and Utah?s drinking restrictions). Elixer followed all the rules and still accommodated everyone just as if we were at home. Not only that but post wedding day they invited us back, set up a Bloody Mary and mimosa bar, hired a DJ for the day and decorated!! They have not only great lunch items but good breakfast as well.
