I really wanted to like this place. I've seen the Tik Tok videos with the super spicy chicken and while I don't want anything THAT hot, I do enjoy great chicken tenders and sandwiches. Here's the good part. The fries were great, the pieces of chicken were big and moist, and I loved the kale slaw and pickles. I got a mild tender and a mild slider. The Mister did the same but got hot. Both of my pieces of chicken had funky bits. If you are someone who gets icked out by weird grisly bits on your chicken breast, both my pieces of chicken had that. I didn't think the flavor of the mild was great and once I hit weird bits on the chicken, I was done. I AM going to try again. My husband liked the hot better than my mild. This place easily has one of the best chicken sandwiches you can get. Not only is it cooked just right with amount of crispiness as well as keeping it juicy. You can choose what kind of spice level you like it. Medium was just the right amount of flavor and heat for me. If you get the tenders, you can choose different levels of heat per tender if you want try different levels. And the frozen lemonades made it much better. Their house sauce if very good. A friend told me about this place with the warning that everything is oddly sweet, which I found to be true. I ordered an original chicken sandwich with a lemon pepper rub. At first bite, you can taste the lemon pepper flavoring but after about getting half way through the sandwich, it was too strong. The fries were rather odd because they tasted sweet. It tasted as if the fries were coated with sugar and another seasoning. The orange dipping sauce provided (which might be their take on fry sauce) was also sweet. Too much sweetness. My husband ordered the original sandwich medium spice level and he thought it was good. Nothing to write home about. Spice level was good for him, but the sauce they put on it is sweet and was overpowering at times. Overall service was quick and we received our food in about 5 minutes. This location wasn't too busy for dinner on a Tuesday evening. Knocked off two stars because 1) oddly sweet and 2) expensive. I asked what the house sauce was, to which I got the explanation it was "like fry sauce, but with Sriracha". Perfect, I love spicy and I love sriracha! I also ordered a side of ranch which was $1.00. On their menu screens, it looks like the ranch was house made based on the photo, so I was stoked to try it. To be fair, I should've asked if it was house made but didn't because most places like this that I've been to make their own sauces. My assumption was unfortunately wrong and for the $1.00 extra we paid for the ranch it was a super tiny prepackaged thing. A little disappointing but not a big deal, not worth mentioning usually. But then, the food. My husband and I both ordered the original spicy chicken sandwich medium with fries. I can't tell you how many chicken sandwiches I've had, but I can tell you that I've never had one that tasted like literal sugar. I'm not sure if it was the batter or the sauce on the sandwich, but it was so sweet and overpowering. I couldn't even finish half of it without feeling super gross. The sandwich was spicy like it advertised but so overly sweet that the spiciness just didn't hit like it should. Went there yesterday for the first time. The ambience was nice and trendy, service was friendly. The food was not good, we ordered the House Favorite ($14.99) and a mild chicken sandwich ($8.99). One of the sandwiches was the Liftoff which was super spicy, the second was the mild. I tried both and was disappointed, they were dry and bland, although the liftoff was extremely spicy it lacked flavor the mild lacked flavor too, it wasnt a true fried piece of chicken, it was as if they just coated a thin piece of breast in spicesx the fries tasted like they had sugar. It didn't come with any sauces either, I was told we would get the house sauce but didn't and I didn't realize until I got home.
