I recently ordered from KFC through DoorDash, and I have to say it was one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. My order arrived, but half of the food was missing! When I tried to reach out for help, their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. It's frustrating to spend money and receive such poor service. If they can't resolve basic complaints, I can't trust them to deliver a good experience. I won't be returning anytime soon. read more

Please look around on this site to find out photo they separate the photos from your comments. KFC used to be a great and well-known product. Now there are ex-cons at the window with tattoos all over their bodies, ans 90 percent of the workers there don't speak English. read more
