Came on a Sunday night and there was no other customers in the entire restaurant. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I got 2 signature chicken meals using a BOGO deal from the starving student card. Overall the food was decent. Although I ordered the spicy chicken on one of them it wasn't spicy at all. Chicken was tender, juicy and crispy but the sides were quite lacking. My fries were really hard and the mashed potatoes lacked flavor.

I've been a Popeye's fan since the Thanksgiving Point location opened, and while this location is closer I've always felt like this location has been a hit and miss, and the last couple years it really went down hill. They either can't keep up with the menue items, or the chicken was overcooked or taste stale from the old oil. However after I walked away from a brand new fried chicken restaurant that just opened from across the street due to them being way overpriced, I decided to give this location another try, and I was pleasantly surprised. The fried chicken was super fresh, and they were light and crispy and very juicy inside, the sides were good, and the service was excellent. I have to say, this location definitely has win me back for my future fried chicken cravings.

Welcome to some yummy ass chicken!!! For a chain restaurant they have some of the best around!! This place is really nice and the service is on spot. They are very quick and reliable also. Very friendly which is always nice. It is for regulars, not a fancy place but relaxing feeling. I enjoy the quality of the food, atmosphere, and the food!!! The spicy chicken is the best I love it. Fried to perfection. Come on over and get some finger licking chicken!!!! See you there soon.

This blackened chicken sandwich was so poor quality. I never leave reviews but it was bad enough to write one! The bread was like jerky and the chicken was so dry and chewy like rubber. So disappointing for how pricey it was! Not looking to eat here again. I wanted to drive back to get a refund.

With all of the hype of the Popeye's chicken sandwich I had to try it out myself, for science of course. It definitely lived up to everything I have heard! It is far superior to other popular fast food restaurant's chicken sandwiches. If I had only tried their chicken and nothing else this would be a five star review. I have been to this location 3 times and each time I have received cold fries and a flat soda. Not even warm fries! Cold and hard as though they have been sitting out over night. At least they're consistent I guess, but this is the only restaurant I have gotten fries out the window cold. I'd rather burn my hand and do the hahh ah ahh routine with them than get them cold. I will also say that my kids love their chicken tenders! They are awesome as well, as earlier mentioned the chicken is really well made. I also had heard about their biscuits that without a drink offer a slim line between life and death, but with some butter and honey they were perfect to me. So my conclusion is only get chicken and biscuits and find somewhere else for sides and drinks.

Like all locations the staff is undertrained and it always takes 20 plus minutes for your order. Some businesses just never get it.

Love popeyes. Flavor texture and prices are the best for fried chicken in Utah. Wish they had a location closer to me though.

They scan ID's upon entering. We took a seat at the bar and had our ID'd scanned yet again. We also had to wear a red wristband. Never experienced that before. We ordered some drinks, then a 30 order of boneless wings and wedge fries. For NOT being busy ... 40 minutes of waiting for some wings was ridiculous! The bartender was pretty non existent and we had to wait till she came back to reorder drinks, after our food was delivered by another server, we had to eat off napkins until the bartender came back and we could ask for plates. They gave us plastic silverware which I thought was odd for a restaurant. The wing sauce we ordered was Original Buffalo, Honey Garlic & Parmesan Garlic. The original Buffalo made my lips and mouth be fire! My favorite was the Honey Garlic, followed by the Parmesan Garlic. I had a hard time telling the difference between the Bleu Cheese and Ranch Dips. The Potato Wedges were good. We paid extra for the beer cheese and it was awfully runny. It hardly stayed on the potato wedge. As far as service goes, I don't know if I'd come back. The bartender was by far from friendly and didn't really seem in a good mood or on top of orders. She did correct a pricing error on drinks thankfully. They do have plenty of tv's with everything from basketball, to horse racing, to old baseball games, and we were able to get the football game on when asked.

Clearly no attempt to improve the service, the food, the terrible experiences people are consistently having. If you're *that* apathetic to your guest experiences, just sell the place and move on. I went in last night. 7pm. As you walk in there's a stand where a front-of-house person normally would be, seating people, directing traffic etc. Not a soul there tho. Waited there awkwardly for a good 5 mins before someone showed up. Clearly understaffed, I noticed the same girl later in the evening running drinks, serving tables and doing the seating etc. I told her I needed a table for 6. Looking at the restaurant, there were *multiple* tables to accommodate 6 but she made me wait and told me a story about some guy who's sitting alone and he should be done shortly but I need to wait for his table..uhh what? There's 4-6 tables cleaned and empty near him. So I wait.. 15 mins. In a relatively empty place. I don't get it. Eventually got seated and the Waitress disappears. She didn't return for another 15 mins. This was a theme. We barely saw her the entire time we were there. The food was in a word: Terrible. Shrinkflation has hit BWW hard. Some of our parties food was laughably small. ie) Cheesesteak? It came on the smallest bun and was dry beyond belief (it was meant to be covered in melted cheese sauce). It was insultingly small. That guest was MAD. And the Wings? Had to have been yesterdays leftovers. DRY! Both the bone-in and boneless were clearly old / precooked, re-sauced and served..barely warm. Our server came once to refill drinks and we didn't see her for an hour. No silverware. No napkins. The list of failures of this place is lengthy! We were there to watch a Jazz game. The big screen near us was playing golfing ads. We asked her to change it to the Jazz game. She said the guy that can change it was "in the kitchen".. We asked a second time 10 mins later.. and again 20 mins after that. About an hour later, it changed--toward the end of the game. Nice. This review is lengthy but serves as a warning. Dirty tables, terrible service, terrible food. Your money is absolutely better spent elsewhere. The tables filled up with college-age "Bro's" slapping each other and high-fiving clearly caring little for a good dining experience and more about a place to sit and talk about their latest door-to-door sales pitch.

Same with the toast--it's already not the special kind of toast that's soft and buttery; if it's not fresh & hot, then it tastes pretty bad. It looked like it was just made from regular bread. I feel like I could make better toasts at home. The chicken tenders were average. The Slim Sauce was pretty good. It's kinda like fry sauce but on the sweeter side, which I liked. The fries portion given was generous, though, so I was happy about that. The place is pretty big and clean.

Don't waste your time at this location -- just drive to Saratoga Springs instead…read more I placed an order on the app for delivery and we received wings absolutely soaked in sauce. I'm talking a pool of sauce under and all over the wings... which would've been fine if we hadn't ordered dry rub for everything. When I called, the girl I spoke to told me I'd have to bring the wings back in so they could "check them" -- really? I figured we'd get fresh ones if we drove over, but nope. She said they would only replace the wings they decided were "messed up" (by their standards). I asked about the fries too, since everything was soggy at that point, but was told no because "those weren't wrong." When I asked for a manager, things somehow got worse. She basically told me it didn't matter that the wings were drowning in sauce because the flavors were technically correct, so no replacement. Instead, she wanted me to drive over just to prove how bad the food was -- then tried convincing me that "this is just how they are." Absolutely not. We order wings often, and this was flat-out wrong. This was supposed to be our cheat meal, and it was completely ruined. I asked for a refund and of course, that was declined. Honestly, "ridiculous" is an understatement.
