We tried 6 chicken sandwiches
Tony L.

This review is only for their chicken sandwiches - there was an Uber Eats promo for a bogo chicken sandwich and we ordered a total of 6. We were so surprised how delicious all of them were. We couldn't decide on which ones our favorites as each sandwich had its own unique flavor. Their dipping sauce were also tasty (ranch, cheese, blue cheese, honey mustard) This is my order of preference (Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, Hawaiian, Cajun, Spicy Korean, Plain). The Cajun corn is also worth getting too.

I've been to Wing Stop at other locations before and I really liked it. This is the first time to the Traverse Mountain location, and have decided this is my go to place for wings from now on. Got 10 piece bonein wings, half Cajun dry rub half Cajun BBQ. And what?! Fried corn with cajun seasoning, worth getting. All super delicious. The sauce and the seasoning got great flavor, and they stayed on the wings very well, the wings are very crispy and they were crispy throughout the entire meal. Of course need some vegie sticks on the side.

Cajun chicken meal

It was my first time eating here. The food was surprisingly super good. It took a while for it to come out, but the wait was sooo worth it. The wings were crispy on the outside and the meat inside was juicy. I got the 8 piece Cajun chicken meal that came with the fries and a drink. It wasn't too spicy as I thought it would be. I also got the garlic Parmesan bone in chicken wings. It was just as good or possibly even better than the Cajun chicken. This place is a must if you are in Lehi. Everyone should try here!!!

a tray of fries and a tray of hotdogs

I've always loved Wingstop growing up, so I loved when they came Utah and loved it even more when they finally came to Lehi! We always get the boneless wings, tenders and fries. The chicken is high quality and I love the sauces and rubs. My favorite is the hickory smoked bbq and garlic parmesan. The lemon pepper is also really good! When ordering you have to get the ranch! Depending on how many wings you get, it's extra but I promise it's worth it. This location usually isn't too busy yet, which is nice. Our order is always right and the staff is nice!

No, it was not what I was looking for... wings felt really greasy, and super processed. Service was good, but not my type of food or wings.

Im convinced its artificial. Mids flavor and rubbery texture. Ramsey would be dissapointed. The Celery was good though!

The chicken sandwich had a distinct fish flavor so we wasted 5 of the 7 strips and I had 3 bites of the sandwich which I usually love at the Popeyes in midavale. The fries were hot a fresh. The biscuit was old and therefore hard. The mashed potatoes and gravy fine as was the Mac and cheese. I was hungry as it was 2:00 and I had not eaten at all yet. I left hungry as I ordered the sandwich and had 3 bites my husband didn't eat anything except 1 piece of his chicken my 3 grandchildren wouldn't eat the chicken they did eat the fries and Mac and cheese . 33.00$$ waisted oh the Diet Coke was good and the place was neat and tidy. Our male friend had to take over and received slightly more respect/ wasn't asked to repeat himself or talked to like a child. -The food was good, so I am at least grateful for the cook. -I can't speak for the ambiance since I went through the drive through.

Very obvious with the back to back to back 1-star reviews, the franchise owners don't care about…read morethis place at all! Clearly no attempt to improve the service, the food, the terrible experiences people are consistently having. If you're *that* apathetic to your guest experiences, just sell the place and move on. I went in last night. 7pm. As you walk in there's a stand where a front-of-house person normally would be, seating people, directing traffic etc. Not a soul there tho. Waited there awkwardly for a good 5 mins before someone showed up. Clearly understaffed, I noticed the same girl later in the evening running drinks, serving tables and doing the seating etc. I told her I needed a table for 6. Looking at the restaurant, there were *multiple* tables to accommodate 6 but she made me wait and told me a story about some guy who's sitting alone and he should be done shortly but I need to wait for his table..uhh what? There's 4-6 tables cleaned and empty near him. So I wait.. 15 mins. In a relatively empty place. I don't get it. Eventually got seated and the Waitress disappears. She didn't return for another 15 mins. This was a theme. We barely saw her the entire time we were there. The food was in a word: Terrible. Shrinkflation has hit BWW hard. Some of our parties food was laughably small. ie) Cheesesteak? It came on the smallest bun and was dry beyond belief (it was meant to be covered in melted cheese sauce). It was insultingly small. That guest was MAD. And the Wings? Had to have been yesterdays leftovers. DRY! Both the bone-in and boneless were clearly old / precooked, re-sauced and served..barely warm. Our server came once to refill drinks and we didn't see her for an hour. No silverware. No napkins. The list of failures of this place is lengthy! We were there to watch a Jazz game. The big screen near us was playing golfing ads. We asked her to change it to the Jazz game. She said the guy that can change it was "in the kitchen".. We asked a second time 10 mins later.. and again 20 mins after that. About an hour later, it changed--toward the end of the game. Nice. This review is lengthy but serves as a warning. Dirty tables, terrible service, terrible food. Your money is absolutely better spent elsewhere. The tables filled up with college-age "Bro's" slapping each other and high-fiving clearly caring little for a good dining experience and more about a place to sit and talk about their latest door-to-door sales pitch.

They scan ID's upon entering. We took a seat at the bar and had our ID'd scanned yet again. We also had to wear a red wristband. Never experienced that before. We ordered some drinks, then a 30 order of boneless wings and wedge fries. For NOT being busy ... 40 minutes of waiting for some wings was ridiculous! The bartender was pretty non existent and we had to wait till she came back to reorder drinks, after our food was delivered by another server, we had to eat off napkins until the bartender came back and we could ask for plates. They gave us plastic silverware which I thought was odd for a restaurant. The wing sauce we ordered was Original Buffalo, Honey Garlic & Parmesan Garlic. The original Buffalo made my lips and mouth be fire! My favorite was the Honey Garlic, followed by the Parmesan Garlic. I had a hard time telling the difference between the Bleu Cheese and Ranch Dips. The Potato Wedges were good. We paid extra for the beer cheese and it was awfully runny. It hardly stayed on the potato wedge. As far as service goes, I don't know if I'd come back. The bartender was by far from friendly and didn't really seem in a good mood or on top of orders. She did correct a pricing error on drinks thankfully. They do have plenty of tv's with everything from basketball, to horse racing, to old baseball games, and we were able to get the football game on when asked.

I'll tell you - it's freaking delicious food! I'm so excited to have discovered this place. I've never heard of it. My fiancé and I are visiting from California, immediately after the second bite I looked online for their "locations" hoping to see something in Orange County. To our delight, there are two locations we can visit when we return home. Anyway! I ordered something that had brisket, beef, and bacon with cheese (single). It was mouth watering. I savored every bite. We also ordered two sides: French fries and Brussels sprouts. Warning - both items are addicting! Fries and Brussels were cooked to perfection, the crisp mmm! My fiancé also said his burger was good! To drink I tried the strawberry dragonfruit. It was flavorful and just the right amount of sweetness. Upon entering we were kind of overwhelmed by the many options the menu has to offer. The super kind and helpful staff made some great suggestions. Being our first time, the shared exchange made it for a memorable experience. Special thanks to Trevor. The establishment itself is clean, spacious, and made having our meal there enjoyable. We're looking forward to eating at smashburger again whether it be in Utah or California or anywhere else!

First of all, on a Saturday evening there was only one person take orders, making shakes, and serving food. We waited 20 minutes to just place our order. When looking for a table, all tables were dirty and we noticed that the walls were filthy as well as the condiments on the table. When food was finally ready after 20 minutes, it came in a bag even though we were dining in, a little inconvenient with a bunch of us. Trying to figure out whose burger was whose was not ideal. We asked for some fry sauce and were told they could get us some in a few minutes, we never got any. I honestly felt bad for the cashier. All in all, we won't be back. Even though we had a gift card we still spent a good chunk of money on a less than ideal and mediocre meal.
