Don't waste your time at this location -- just drive to Saratoga Springs instead. I placed an order on the app for delivery and we received wings absolutely soaked in sauce. I'm talking a pool of sauce under and all over the wings... which would've been fine if we hadn't ordered dry rub for everything. When I called, the girl I spoke to told me I'd have to bring the wings back in so they could "check them" -- really? I figured we'd get fresh ones if we drove over, but nope. She said they would only replace the wings they decided were "messed up" (by their standards). I asked about the fries too, since everything was soggy at that point, but was told no because "those weren't wrong." When I asked for a manager, things somehow got worse. She basically told me it didn't matter that the wings were drowning in sauce because the flavors were technically correct, so no replacement. Instead, she wanted me to drive over just to prove how bad the food was -- then tried convincing me that "this is just how they are." Absolutely not. I've been to Wing Stop at other locations before and I really liked it. This is the first time to the Traverse Mountain location, and have decided this is my go to place for wings from now on. Got 10 piece bonein wings, half Cajun dry rub half Cajun BBQ. And what?! Fried corn with cajun seasoning, worth getting. All super delicious. The sauce and the seasoning got great flavor, and they stayed on the wings very well, the wings are very crispy and they were crispy throughout the entire meal. This review is only for their chicken sandwiches - there was an Uber Eats promo for a bogo chicken sandwich and we ordered a total of 6. We were so surprised how delicious all of them were. We couldn't decide on which ones our favorites as each sandwich had its own unique flavor. Their dipping sauce were also tasty (ranch, cheese, blue cheese, honey mustard) This is my order of preference (Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, Hawaiian, Cajun, Spicy Korean, Plain). It was my first time eating here. The food was surprisingly super good. It took a while for it to come out, but the wait was sooo worth it. The wings were crispy on the outside and the meat inside was juicy. I got the 8 piece Cajun chicken meal that came with the fries and a drink. It wasn't too spicy as I thought it would be. I also got the garlic Parmesan bone in chicken wings. It was just as good or possibly even better than the Cajun chicken. This place is a must if you are in Lehi. Wing Stop has got to be the worlds worst at taking care of the customer. It's seems the two locations I've visited (PG and Lehi) have the same customer care mentality or it's wing stop corporate on the whole. Had to switch my order after realizing I ordered wrong. To process a refund they had to take my info down with pen and paper (remind you it's 2025) and told me the refund could take 5-7 business days. They then processed a new order entirely. They don't provide me any sort of proof that a refund will be issued even when I asked for it. I guess I need to "trust" it will be issued and as the customer spend the next few days checking my account and verifying they do what they say they're going to do. If not, then spend time on the phone hunting down my refund with zero proof I should have received one? Is this backwards? I didn't see an option for no stars read more

Have gotten my take out order wrong 2/2 times. Once they forgot all our orders of fries the other they gave us chicken tenders with no flavors though we ordered them with. Both times they were really hard to work with and would old refund the a portion of what was missed. So weird and just bad customer service read more

Messed up orders sometimes but ALWAYS slow. Tonight was a 40 minute wait for 10 wings and a sandwich. I wasn't the only one upset. The crew moved with no urgency. Imagine a 14 year old cleaning his room when told by his Mom. That was the level of hustle. Again. 40 minutes for wings. Go practically across the street to Strap Tank. I've always loved Wingstop growing up, so I loved when they came Utah and loved it even more when they finally came to Lehi! We always get the boneless wings, tenders and fries. The chicken is high quality and I love the sauces and rubs. My favorite is the hickory smoked bbq and garlic parmesan. The lemon pepper is also really good! When ordering you have to get the ranch! Depending on how many wings you get, it's extra but I promise it's worth it. This location usually isn't too busy yet, which is nice. Our order is always right and the staff is nice! read more

I love spicy food and I love wings. I make my own usually once a week. I was excited to see a Wing Stop open up in Utah County near work. Unfortunately, these wings just aren't great. I did the boneless lemon pepper, korean BBQ, mild, and cajun. They have a 70 cent boneless Monday and Tuesday, which is a good deal for boneless wings. We added the cajun corn, the voodoo fries, and a brownie. $27 for enough food for around 3-4 people. The wings were okay. Nothing too exciting about them, but they were fine. The fries and corn were also average. While it was nice to pick it all up and not have to make it myself, the flavor just wasn't there. The chicken quality was okay as well. I really wish we could get more good wing places down here, but the chains just don't seem to hit that wing craving I have. read more

I am really not sure if I should report that getting a Wing Stop within a mile of my house is the greatest thing ever or the worst thing ever. I think it is the greatest thing ever, but my bank account and dietitian that I don't have are going to strongly disagree with that. For those that don't know, Wing Stop has some of the best ranch and that is the main reason I love going to it so much. The Wing Stop on Redwood in Taylorsville was my go-to until this one recently opened up. I ordered through the app from my house to save some time and make it easy. Now, a new thing about Wing Stop is they have started selling "thigh bites" as well. I thought there was an equal amount of wings and legs on a chicken but evidently there is not as we are experiencing a wing shortage and are replacing it with thighs. Maybe chickens actually have more than two legs and my life is a lie. I figured out that the thighs are actually cheaper and I am all about saving $1.27 so I decided to try the thighs for the first time. I got it in the regular thigh bite combo so it came with one flavor, a side, and a drink. I also got an extra side of ranch; imagine that! My total came out to $10.69. I got there and went inside. My order wasn't quite ready yet which also just proves how freaking close I am to this Wing Stop. I placed my order in my room, dilly dallied for several minutes, left, and was still early. I asked for my drink cup and then filled up my drink and sat at a table. They have an even fancier drink machine than the other places, the button you used to need to press to dispense the drink is now also a touch screen. Oh and if you're looking for extra work, you can scan a QR code and dispense the drink from your phone because it is so difficult to tap the screen and choose a drink. Lol I get that it is for contactless stuff but I just feel like it adds extra steps and is less convenient than just using the screen. One thing that stood out is how clean everything is. Probably because it is nice and new but I still appreciated it. I got my thigh bites and I must say--I like them more than the wings! Allow me to explain why. I am weird and I like small pieces of breaded chicken. It gives a better breading to meat ratio. I really don't like the big pieces. All of these pieces were small and had great ratio. One thing that is different about the bites is you can only choose one flavor. It would be nice to be able to choose more than one. They were still full of sauce and the fries were fresh. The ranch was good but my batch could've used a bit more mixing as there were a few chunks--runny ranch is typically better! I do worry about parking and seating when it is busy, especially because it is in such a top tier location. The service was great and so was the food. Absolutely disgusting place with terrible customer service, when I arrived the manager was on the phone with an issue and kept saying that he can't issue refunds. Let's call them tweedle dee and tweedle dumb we're behind him doing absolutely nothing. Then when he hung up the phone they both sprung to action. I was picking up an order. My kids spoke so highly of this place - but what I got at home in the bag was nothing short of tragic. Fries were soggy- I can see what were trying for here for 'soggy' is the best I can come up with. I got the Louisiana Rub and it tasted no better than Walmarts chicken- Sigh. Our super amazing sauces were exceptionally underwhelming. Cheese sauce is like straight gas station cheese more plastic than anything else.
