Very obvious with the back to back to back 1-star reviews, the franchise owners don't care about this place at all! Clearly no attempt to improve the service, the food, the terrible experiences people are consistently having. If you're *that* apathetic to your guest experiences, just sell the place and move on. I went in last night. 7pm. As you walk in there's a stand where a front-of-house person normally would be, seating people, directing traffic etc. Not a soul there tho. Waited there awkwardly for a good 5 mins before someone showed up. Clearly understaffed, I noticed the same girl later in the evening running drinks, serving tables and doing the seating etc. I told her I needed a table for 6. Looking at the restaurant, there were *multiple* tables to accommodate 6 but she made me wait and told me a story about some guy who's sitting alone and he should be done shortly but I need to wait for his table..uhh what? There's 4-6 tables cleaned and empty near him. So I wait.. 15 mins. In a relatively empty place. I don't get it. Eventually got seated and the Waitress disappears. She didn't return for another 15 mins. This was a theme. We barely saw her the entire time we were there. The food was in a word: Terrible. Shrinkflation has hit BWW hard. Some of our parties food was laughably small. ie) Cheesesteak? It came on the smallest bun and was dry beyond belief (it was meant to be covered in melted cheese sauce). It was insultingly small. That guest was MAD. And the Wings? Had to have been yesterdays leftovers. DRY! Both the bone-in and boneless were clearly old / precooked, re-sauced and served..barely warm. Our server came once to refill drinks and we didn't see her for an hour. No silverware. No napkins. The list of failures of this place is lengthy! We were there to watch a Jazz game. The big screen near us was playing golfing ads. We asked her to change it to the Jazz game. She said the guy that can change it was "in the kitchen".. We asked a second time 10 mins later.. and again 20 mins after that. About an hour later, it changed--toward the end of the game. Nice. This review is lengthy but serves as a warning. Dirty tables, terrible service, terrible food. Your money is absolutely better spent elsewhere. The tables filled up with college-age "Bro's" slapping each other and high-fiving clearly caring little for a good dining experience and more about a place to sit and talk about their latest door-to-door sales pitch. read more

Decided to stop in here to kill some time and watch some sports while enjoying a few alcoholic beverages. We arrived shortly after 1pm. It was pretty dead. We asked to sit at the bar. They scan ID's upon entering. We took a seat at the bar and had our ID'd scanned yet again. We also had to wear a red wristband. Never experienced that before. We ordered some drinks, then a 30 order of boneless wings and wedge fries. For NOT being busy ... 40 minutes of waiting for some wings was ridiculous! The bartender was pretty non existent and we had to wait till she came back to reorder drinks, after our food was delivered by another server, we had to eat off napkins until the bartender came back and we could ask for plates. They gave us plastic silverware which I thought was odd for a restaurant. The wing sauce we ordered was Original Buffalo, Honey Garlic & Parmesan Garlic. The original Buffalo made my lips and mouth be fire! My favorite was the Honey Garlic, followed by the Parmesan Garlic. I had a hard time telling the difference between the Bleu Cheese and Ranch Dips. The Potato Wedges were good. We paid extra for the beer cheese and it was awfully runny. It hardly stayed on the potato wedge. As far as service goes, I don't know if I'd come back. The bartender was by far from friendly and didn't really seem in a good mood or on top of orders. She did correct a pricing error on drinks thankfully. It's been a long time since I've been to Buffalo Wild Wings. I stopped by recently to pick up an order of 6 piece boneless chicken. The sauce I chose was honey barbecue so pretty basic and traditional. I mean, my order was not bad. As I mentioned, it was basic. Each nugget was pretty sizable, which is nice. Also, they do not skimp on the sauce. Each piece of my chicken was covered in sauce, with much to spare. Speaking of the sauce, their honey bbq sauce is good. I do feel like bdubs used to be really good. However, their quality is now comparable to fast food quality. I remember their mini corndogs being good. Next time I'll order that, if I return. Of all the places I have been, this is probably the most disappointing. I love bdubs. Some of my best memories watching sports was in a bdubs. But after this last experience, I think this may be the end. I am 100% sure after reading this and seeing the photos, you may not want to go there too. A week+ ago, I was running errands and decided to drop by the bdubs by Costco. The bartender was nice, but was clearly overwhelmed. I order some wings the same way I always do. Light dry heat with a side of mango habanero with carrots and celery. So I'm gonna start with the most non issue part of the story... My wings arrive and I have half plain and half heavy seasoned dry rub. I let her know thinking she would just season the other wings, but instead she brings me more seasoning to do myself. Look I get it, she was busy and maybe misunderstood. But rather than fix the issue, she wanted me to do it. Strike 1. The main issue comes from the liquified and rotten celery I received. I just moved from Hawaii so if u have ever seen the inside of an aloe plant, u now have a visual. It was brown on the edges and liquid in the center. Like u could stick your finger inside and it would keep going. Who is manning the pass!!! There is no way you could look at that single celery and not know it was anywhere close to being acceptable. The best comment though from the bartender was when I decided to take the wings to go, she told me she grabbed the vegetables from the to go area, so they should be fine. Strike 2. I tried waiting to speak to a manager, but no one was around. After leaving, I called the number on the door with the General Managers name. But after going through their automated system, if no one picks up it just hangs up on you. You can't even leave a message. I called 3x and no answer. I then went online to their website and requested to speak to someone, but I only got an automated email saying someone would try to reach out to me. We have had some poor experiences here in the past.. but this experience was great. Our waitress was exceptional. We had two little kids and they were being rambunctious but nobody complained. She actually had us take our plates off her tray when she delivered our food because she had the meals for another table in the tray and I guess she couldn't find a tray jack or something. There's so much to say so I'll start here. First of all the soda is VERY watered down. It doesn't taste like Dr Pepper at all, it took forever for the food to even come out like an hour and a half, and my food was the last to come out, she didn't even bring out what I ordered which was a spicy chicken sandwich. Not that hard to make it spicy. I also asked for bbq sauce and she didn't bring it out after I asked twice. Its not busy at all so they need to do better. I arrived at 9:30pm on a Saturday night. Wow this place has a 2 star average overall, and I can see why. The manager doesn't seem to care. The bartender Colton is a stressed out person who is not nice. Half of the building is a bar area with hightop tables and a bar counter. Colton alone is in charge of serving it all. And he likes to keep it half empty. He'll yell at you that none of the empty hightop tables are for open seating (first come first serve). He says that only the bar counter works that way. Then you ask the manager how long the wait is to sit at one of the many empty hightop tables, and as the manager shrugs his shoulders, Colton overhears you and yells at you again. Colton also keeps the bar area very messy. I had an empty gallon of Mott's Apple Juice sitting in front of me on it's side for the couple hours that I was there. There were also several straws strewn around me and other people's abandoned eaten plates of food near me. And of course there was somebody's (Colton's?) XXL drink cup from Mavericks sitting there too. Colton also never asked me how I was doing or if I wanted another drink. I only had one drink the entire time I was there. I bet they can't afford to hire more staff because they don't get enough business. But at the same time they're preventing more business by preventing people from filling all of the empty seats. There were also people waiting in the lobby to be seated in the other half of the building that was the restaurant area. I didn't even try the food, and I'm hearing bad things from all the other reviews about that. But their problems start before you even get to the food. I wasn't going to write this review but after two fails I think it's necessary. Firstly I'd highly recommend going to a different location. That's what I will be doing going forward. It's not worth eating in filth and not getting any service. Second time going to this BWW: I waited 35 minutes at 7:30 pm on a Tuesday and nobody helped us. Literally walked in the door and nothing. Nobody checked us in asked us how many people were in our group; mind you it was only two of us. I waited 35 minutes to feel like I walked into someone's house uninvited. First visit to BWW: I wish I took a picture of how filthy it was. We went in around 2:00 pm for lunch. The place was filthy! At least 9 tables had tons of dirty dishes sitting on them. Seriously there was 8 people working that day plus I think two or three cooks and nobody was clearing tables or doing much of anything besides being on there phone or joking around in the back. And when I say joking around I mean they were cracking jokes about customers who were there earlier that day and watching reels on the phone. Jumping around and cracking up. I wouldn't care that they were behaving this way except for the fact that again the place was filthy and the service was god awful. I ordered boneless wings and when they came to the table they were cold. We didn't get forks or napkins when we got our food. And the staff was no where to be found as they were littering and joking around near the kitchen entrance. Besides the hostess checking ID's who was literally only checking IDs and nothing else besides on their phone. I had to get my own plastic fork and napkins from the take out counter. The General Manager needs to step it up and do a secret drop in on this place. Because if all these employees have to do is show up and do nothing while being on there phone and joke around then damn I'd think more people would be applying to do nothing and get paid for it. I have tried to like BWW three times now, and every time it's a disappointment. What do people see in this place that I'm missing? I skipped on the wings this time since they've been a miss each time and went with the all American burger. It was so-so, but at least I was full after. The fries on the side were sad though. I think I get more fries that spill in the bottom of a bag at McDonalds. Also ordered a $6 side of rings that was small as well. And the ranch dressing?? Even my kids wouldn't eat it. A word of warning: Tuesdays and Thursdays are wing special days--1/2 price bone-in wings on Tuesdays and 1/2 price boneless wings on Thursdays--so unless you get there early or are patient enough to wait for a table (and a good deal on wings), try coming another night of the week. Because today was Tuesday, the place was packed. We waited about 40 minutes for our two orders of wings, which were great. Our group had to wait outside in the cold, even though there were numerous empty tables in the dining area and open seats in the entry area. My daughter has loved Asian Zing since she was 2, ever since we gave her a chicken wing in hopes for a filmable reaction and instead we got a naw-eating carnivore with a forever love for meat. I have always had a good service at this location, food comes as expected, and the noise level is just the right tone-deafening loudness as a sports bar should. They always let us sit on the patio even if it's technically "closed". I love coming in just to purchase a trio of sauces; I love that you can select any three of there many flavors.
