Best butter chicken in town!! It's my favorite place to go! Can be a bit pricey but it's worth it!

I was so excited to try this local Indian place, but found that I was a little disappointed. Service was attentive and the food was brought out quickly. I ordered the chicken tikka masala and it was very different than I've ever experienced at other restaurants. This one was super runny with a few chunks of meat. The flavor was ok-kind of bland. But the naan was tasty. It might not be my new favorite Indian place, but I'd be willing to come bac and try something else. read more

An easy five stars. It's a fast casual place, but don't let that deter you. The drill is you order and pay at the counter, and they bring the food to you when it's ready. The guys working behind the counter are friendly and display a genuine desire you enjoy their food. We both ordered combos that include your choice of entree, rice, and your choice of Naan. I ordered the Butter Chicken with medium spice and she ordered the Chicken Masala. We shared our entrees, and all of it was first rate. One nice thing is you can specify what level of spice you want when you order. I chose medium spice, which was spot on for me. Some folks think of it as an American Fork place, but it's actually in Lehi. Don't let that deter you, either. American Fork and Lehi are adjacent towns. Namasthe is a top lunch date locale for me. The curries are full of flavor with tender meat, lamb being my favorite. The Naan is yummy. Came here for a work lunch! Plenty of seating, good location next to a lot of the shops in AF. The service was quick and attentive. We all got the tikka masala combo and enjoyed it. Portion size was good, as was the taste. Not sure what their recipe is but it wasn't the signature red coloring like other places. Excited to try more dishes here next time! read more

What a surprise & delight! We were not expecting much from Cafe Namasthe strictly based on the storefront but they taught us a lesson in judging a book by its cover. You may think you're going to get a fast-food version of all your Indian food favorites but it turned out to be some of the most flavorful Indian food in the valley. We shared the Chicken Tikka Masala Combo, Butter Chicken Combo, a Mango Lassi, and the Butter Naan and Cheese Naan. Great little Indian Food Restaurant. We came here on a whim last night and we left full and satisfied. The service was great, the inside was clean and well maintained but the one complaint I had was the amount of time it took to get our food. We were already hungry when we arrived and after we ordered it took 25mins to receive our food, mind you there was only two other couples in there so they weren't busy, so we were starving when we started to eat. I ordered the Chicken Korma and it was delicious, I don't really know good Indian Food but this definitely hit the spot and tasted great to me. I would say this is a great take out spot but not a great order and dine in type of place if that's what you're looking for. read more

We were trying to go to Little India but the wait was almost 2 hours long on a Friday night and we had a movie to catch ( btw if you are watching demon slayer the newest movie is not that worth it, it is basically the entire last episode of the newest season and maybe 30 min of new material ) We got the paneer naan, garlic naan, palak paneer medium spicy, chicken tikka masala, and rice. We shouldn't have ordered the extra rice because the dishes already come with rice. The paneer naan here is delicious, the cheese is melty and stretchy. The palak paneer was really good, very tasty and yummy with the rice and naan. Great place to come for your curry fix! Side note, everything is served in reusable plastic containers. read more

Ordered takeout on a Saturday night and it was ready very quickly after placing the order. The employee was very helpful and kind over the phone as well as the one who gave us our food when we picked it up. We have had Cafe Namaste before but it has been over a year. We were really looking forward to giving it another chance since it has been so long. This place has great reviews and I am personally a little confused as to why. I ordered the chicken tikka masala with the medium spice level. There was not very much chicken at all in the masala. It also did not have a ton of flavor in my opinion, and seemed very watered down. After putting some of the masala over the rice, there were piles of water that were surrounding my rice. It was definitely a lot of liquid. It just tasted like it was lacking seasonings and flavor overall. The rice was fine, it's rice, and there were no complaints there. The garlic naan was decent, but there were quite a few pieces that were pretty chard and burnt so we could not eat them. Unfortunately, I do not think I will be returning to this establishment. In my opinion, there are better Indian restaurants with a lot more flavor very close by. read more

Yummy! Big fans of Indian food, and this one hit the spot. It's a nice different concept of the ease of fast food, with the deliciousness of good Indian food. The samosas were top notch, the mint chutney with the samosas wasn't the best, couldn't really taste the mint, only disappointment . The Tamarind however was delicious and made up for it. We ordered tiki masala and butter chicken, and we were happy with both. The mild is VERY Mild, I'm used to mild having a touch more spice. I would go with medium or higher spice next time. The location is great being easily accessible from I15. The service was prompt and friendly. We would be back. read more

Okay. I'll be honest before eating my food I wasn't very impressed with the wait time of my food and the location. But that's mostly because I didn't do research on the place before showing up so the environment is definitely not what I was expecting. Here is a tip. This isn't really a sit down restaurant. Most people do takeout orders and they will make the food as the order comes in so you will have to wait for you food after to go orders are made. I would suggest just ordering takeout. Although there are spaces to sit. This food is made sooooo fresh. It's amazing. The butter chicken was my favorite but I don't think I ate anything I didn't like. The mango lassi was great and the naan was made right in front of me. I seriously loved the food. So next time I will order to go and see if that made my experience better. I ordered food on UberEats per my company's lunch option for my office, and I chose to eat some Indian food! My order consisted of butter chicken (mild), a side of a rice, and butter naan. The food arrived very quickly and super hot despite traveling up to Lehi. The first bite was delicious! I appreciated the warm food. As I continued to eat it, I did notice the butter chicken was a bit sweet and did make it difficult to eat as I continued. The naan did help cut the sweetness. I wasn't able to leave feedback of the meal on UberEats so I thought I'd leave one here. Maybe I should try a different spice level so it isn't so sweet? Until next time then. read more

Good selection of Indian fare. Not as expensive as the normal sit down restaurants. This is more like fast food where you order at the counter and then sit down but the food is fresh to order. The staff was nice and helpful explaining the different dishes. The ambiance is no frills. There were a lot of dirty tables but I think they were short staffed. They really need to clean their soda pipes in their machine because the water was awful and it bled into the soda. You can tell the Sprite tasted funny. Overall good place to get a quick meal but I suggest you get it to go. read more

We came here after doing some shopping at the local shops and being drawn in by the bright colors. We ordered the Malai kabob, Garlic naan, lamb curry and Chicken fried rice. The malai kabob was soooo good. It was so creamy and flavorful and delicious. I honestly had zero expectations going in and it was amazing. The chicken fried rice was intended for my toddlers, but since it was full of veggies, one of my kids rejected while the other ate a pretty good portion of it. I really enjoyed the rice though because it had so many flavors. The lamb curry was pretty spicy so I didn't try it, but I was informed it was very good! The only thing I didn't like was the garlic naan. It had a lot of chives and the flavor was too overpowering for me to enjoy it. Everyone that worked their was nice and the service was fast! My kids were loud and they just smiled back at them like it was nothing. The food came out in to go containers which honestly was nice as it eliminated a step for getting ready to leave. I did feel bad throwing a way a lot of plastic though. We also had the bottles of mango juice and the mango smoothie thing. They were all good. This was a great little Indian restaurant in Lehi. It was basically like "Indian To Go" which you can't find very easily. The restaurant was very clean and had lots of different decor. I got the vegetable tikka masala and it was delicious. Lots of veggies and it comes with a big bowl of rice. By the time I finished it looked like I had barely touched my food, they give you a BIG helping. We also got a few appetizers and our favorite was the garlic cheese naan. Food isn't out yet in spite of us sitting here for half an hour so that's already coloring my experience. We're sitting in the absolutely arctic dining area. I'm so cold I've zipped my coat up and am tempted to put my hood on. It's actually ridiculous. Why have a dining area that your customers can't enjoy? The food came out piping hot and delicious. The naan was mediocre but the lamb korma and the chicken chettinad was absolutely perfect. The samosas were also wonderfully spiced and yummy, but I could take or leave both of the chutneys that came with them. They're pretty pricey, $20 per person, but for the amount of food it's acceptable. If I'm in the area hankering Indian I'll be back. read more

The website mentioned having to have a reservation. Made one on OpenTable and showed up to a completely empty restaurant with a million delivery orders waiting to be picked up. They have a nice menu with a lot of items. Sadly one of the curries was too sweet which is taboo in Indian cuisine on a savory dish. The Gulab Jamun Trifle dessert was excellent! North Utah County until this week has been a bit of an Indian food desert, split about equidistant between good options, but just far enough away to be inconvenient. I was excited to see a new choice close to home. This being a pandemic, their menu is smaller than it'll probably be later, but I was able to try two curries, two varieties of naan, and the gulab jamun dessert. All were fresh and high quality, though the curry tends to be spicy and the butter naan was a little bland. Still, pillowy and soft--just get the garlic one, steeped in butter. Very spicy!! We did take-out and it was hot and fresh. The naan was light and tasty. The rice was good. My only issue is that it was too spicy. Full disclosure: I'm a wimp when it comes to spice, but it definitely had a kick! I did request in my order that they make it VERY MILD, but maybe what they gave me was the most mild they could do? I could tel that it had great flavors to it though. I got the Butter Chicken Curry. My husband loves spice, but even his Mutton Curry was burning his mouth! If you love spice; definitely try them out. I'm hoping that with time, they'll be able to get some milder dishes! I'm all about supporting local and new restaurants! Please get some more mild dishes. Perfect for sharing! We brought our family of 5 and we feasted like kings and queens. We each got our our entrees and we were able to taste all the different flavors! Their butter chicken was silky smooth and the tikka masala was delicious. The naan was good but could have been fluffier. We had plenty of leftovers for the next couple days. The location is on the end of a strip mall in Lehi. Right behind Texas Roadhouse. They have a variety of fountain drinks and authentic drinks to choose from.
