It used to be Bombay House for date night until they disrespected their ancestors and went boneless chicken tandoori. This place keeps it authentic and it did not disappoint! This place has gone through too many different places, recently. I really hope Haveli makes a go of it. They have immediately tied, or become the best Indian in the County, or likely State. The standard dishes like the Saag kick up the clean flavors over most places and having dishes like the lamb chops only a few have. I expect Haveli to become a place on my regular rotation. read more

This place is WONDERFUL! We were visiting family and took a quick detour for lunch and I'm so glad we found this place! The service was so nice and fast, our waiter made suggestions to help us decide what to get, which was amazing. We got the butter chicken (our barometer menu item) and it was so so flavorful and you can choose your spice level to fit your preferences. The chettinodu was something we've never had before and I would 100% get both of these every day the rest of my life! We were sat by a big window in a sun room area which I liked as well and suited the vibe. It's definitly a must-go spot in this area! read more

Me and my wife came here for our 3rd anniversary and was greeted by our waiter Jasper. Really kind and great customer service. He sat us by the window in the back with a beautiful view of the Provo hills. (Which it started to snow so that was great) we then ordered all the food we would get at other Indian cuisine restaurants and it was All amazing. The Sample platter was the best option to eat with all the food we had. I recommend the food we ordered if it's your first time and get it all medium because Jasper said if it wasn't hot enough that he would bring a hotter sauce to mix and it was All perfect. Next we will be ordering other food to leave more reviews for this great hole in the wall. All and All we will be coming back soon with our family who also loves Indian Cuisine. Wow wow wow!!! My husband and I decided to try this place out for Valentine's Day this year because Indian food is his favorite cuisine. We had the Samosa chat and we immediately in awe at how delicious it was. We then ordered cheesy naan, aloo naan, mango chicken curry, and chicken tikka masala for our main course, and we were amazed at how great everything tasted. The cheesy naan was our absolute favorite food of the night! The tikka masala tasted absolutely delicious, and then the mango chicken curry was pretty yummy, as well. We had enough leftovers to feed us the next night, too! The spices were soooo good, and the service was excellent, as well. Plus, it costs about the same to get one serving of naan and an entree as it does to get two costa vida or cafe rio meals, so it's pretty inexpensive AND amazing quality food!! My office is right next to this and so we thought we would give it a try. This place is phenomenal! The Bullet Naan with green chiles is a must try. The butter chicken was super good as well. Be careful with the spices. I got medium and it had a good kick and I love spicy food. The chicken biryani was also delicious and had a great flavor. Service was great and our waiter was very friendly and super helpful. Never been to a northern Indian restaurant but it was great. Will definitely be back. read more

Solid spot for Indian food. I've been here a couple of times now and the quality has been pretty consistent. We ordered the vegetable samosas, butter chicken, and garlic naan. The samosas were crispy and had good flavor, though nothing out of the ordinary. Butter chicken was creamy and mildly spiced probably a safe pick if you don't like too much heat. Garlic naan was fresh and came out hot, which I appreciated. Service was friendly and fairly quick, even though it was a bit busy. The place itself is clean and comfortable perfect place for a satisfying meal. read more

I ordered chicken tikka masala (which I've eaten at every Indian place in Utah County, and it is fairly similar at all of them). I am fascinated by the fact that what i just ate was clearly the same dish as always (pieces of chicken tikka in tomatoey sauce with delicious spices) and also decidedly not the same. This masala was much more... robust? than it is in the default version I've had so many places. More rustic? More tomatoey? I can't figure out how to explain. Homemade by somebody's grandma, not a store. And made out of actual tomatoes, not just the idea of tomatoes. Anyway, I really liked it. I won't start refusing to eat the regular kind, but this will definitely be "the *special* tikka masala" in my mind from now on. The Platonic Ideal of tikka masala, perhaps. Two heat warnings for you: 1) I ordered medium spice level to be safe on a first visit. It was close to what usually qualifies as hot at other nearby restaurants, IMO. (Not a problem for me, but I'm glad I didn't order hot, since that might have been *too* hot for me.) 2) The ambient temperature of the restaurant was also warmer than expected. It was 74 F, so I was glad I wasn't wearing a sweater. Other thoughts: The garlic naan was delicious, as were the vegetable pakoras, which came with both mint and tamarind chutney. On first glance, I thought the leafy stuff on the plate with the pakoras was just a garnish, but it was actually a tiny salad! That was a nice touch I didn't expect. Field greens, thinly sliced tomato and bell pepper. There was even a light dressing on it. The location was once Chef's Table. There is little decoration, but they were making a clear effort to seat people in the areas where you have a beautiful view through east facing windows to the mountains. All seats are tables-- no booths. Indian music was playing. The price seemed equivalent with other Indian restaurants in the area. I just drank water, but I heard someone order a Coke, and it was brought first in a can, then in a glass with ice. That made me think I should caution that perhaps they don't have soda on tap? I don't know either way-- I'm just mentioning it because I would hate for anyone to be disappointed about soda and then miss out on tikka masala that can change your definition of tikka masala. read more

We love East Indian and have patronized other East Indian places in town - and one in particular - with delight for many years and we always try to give newbies a try. This was a disappointment. We ordered the veg assorted platter so we would get to try several appetizers.. The Samosa had a beautiful, thin, flaky crust, but the filling was bland, like they forgot to season the potatoes. The Paneer Pakoda was pretty good, but the spicy filling was on the high side of spicy, which only worked for one of us. The vegetable pakoda was greasy and spicy but not flavorful. The mango lassi was very sweet, too sweet. The garlic and peshewari naan were particularly disappointing. The dough may have been commercial, but in any case the peshawari naan was very sparsely filled with something pink and no identifiable raisins or pistachios. We had the Navratan Korma with Paneer and the Goat Coconut Korma as entrees. The former was pleasant enough, but lacked the depth of flavor that is the hallmark of great East Indian cooking - and I'm pretty sure it was made with very American frozen mixed vegetables, at least in part.. The goat dish was darker than a typical coconut korma and darker in flavor, as well. Not particularly pleasant. Overall, pretty sad. read more
