Fair prices, friendly staff. Easy to work with. Rented a kid's bike (helmet included). There were tons of bikes available.

Great place to rent bikes. Super convenient location and bike mechanics that know what they are doing. What else could you ask for?

Clothes, shoes, outdoor gear, hiking gear, freeze dried backpacking food, energy bars, if you are looking for something for the outdoors, you will find it here. I bought a bicycle sometime back at REI, and it did me very very well. I'm on a "road trip", so I didn't buy anything today. Prices are definitely on the higher end, but hey, you get what you pay for. If you are an REI member, you get offers, and discounts throughout the year, and a rebate in the form of a gift card based on the amount that you spend every year. Not a bad deal. I really enjoyed the store. Thanks.

The rack was a little disorganized and I found a harness I liked and checked the price on the box: $94. When I left the store, I noticed I paid $104 for the item! I returned to the store and did a price check and was told by the clerk this was a tariff price increase and they never bothered to update the sticker on the item. They claimed they had the correct price on the shelf, not the item. (Due to the disorganization of the shelf, it was hard to tell which item was which and I went with the price on the box.) Please consider updating signage to warn of tariff price hikes or something to better manage customer expectations and avoid wasting time.

I recently (this past weekend) bought one of their liners and gave it a full-on test ride, in hot conditions, over a long (100 mile) ride. I usually wear another brand of "sweat guard", but sometimes got headaches from it. The SweatHawg was comfortable (I couldn't tell is was there) and worked great. On the hottest part of the ride (90+F) on a long climb, after hours in the saddle already, SweatHawg was still working hard (and I usually fight to keep sweat out of my eyes).

This sweat swilling swine has it all over the drip-sipping options already out there. Our helmet liners have a generous comfy layer of hydro-philic felt that absorbs ten times its weight in water. Revolutionary absorbency is sewn into aggressively wicking fabrics that disperse, evaporate and cool. Wicks Wet Away SweatHawgs are helmet liners. Originally intended for cyclists, they have since found homes in skate helmets, ball caps and cowboy hats. A wicking brow transfers moisture to hyper-absorbent fabric. Then the wicking head cover aggressively disperses moisture, where in evaporates and cools. Double Cool Bye-bye bandanna! Second "cool" is the clean stealthy look. SweatHawgs hide in helmets. Black material is barely visible. The hook and loop attachment option is pretty cool too. Pads come out, liner goes in, attaching to the pad system's hooks.
