There's nothing like a fresh pair of all white Nike's straight out to the box! Thank you to the staff at the Nike Factory Store-Bend. I appreciate the hard work, and high octane energy. Everyone here treated me like a king. The level of professionalism, friendliness, and kind gesture was unmatched. Flying around the country is a rewarding experience. My time in Bend was incredible, especially when I visited the Nike Store. No tax! Wait, what? No taxes on sneakers. Give me a few pairs haha :). If you're in the area, I highly recommend you make a stop here for an hour and carefully take time to walk the store. Had to check out this Nike store when I was in Oregon. They had some shoes I hadn't seen in a while (including some Jordan's). I gave it only 3 stars because I didn't have a single interaction with an employee except when one basically almost ran me over when he was rushing to the cash register. I'm guessing he was helping someone up there but he almost walked into me because he wasn't aware of his surroundings. read more

Christmas shopping for my teen boy and he just HASSSS to have the new Nike tech fleece set. I get it.. we were all there as teens.. Well, I got the wrong color for the pants and the wrong style apparently.. so the wife took them in to try and fix my blunder and the woman that helped her went above and beyond. Charmaine helped navigate the new style and colors, return the wrong pair, order the new pair online, keep the "black Friday" 30% off discount and get it shipped to us at home. The wife was very impressed with Charmaine's customer service and knowledge of the products. This lady went above and beyond by helping her find the correct style and color and free shipping to our home AND on top of that we got to keep the discount! I love me some Nikes and I especially love me some Nikes on sale! The selection here is very limited but what do you expect from a factory store? The staff is friendly and helpful. The merchandise floor is clean and organized. I think they had 6 (maybe less) spacious dressing rooms. The women's and children's clothing is to the left of the store as you enter while the men's is on the right. All the shoes are towards the back wall. It's a good find in Bend. If you're in the military ask for your 10% discount! Score! read more

Nice location in Bend next to many other company stores. Easy to get in and out with plenty of parking. Directly compared to the Portland Nike store this place is superior. Their employees actually asked if we needed help, weren't just standing around talking to each other and looked like they were working. The selection is also better here versus the MLK store and there were equal amountnof sale items. I always like stopping in Nike because there's almost always something for a great deal and it's my favorite brand of athletic wear. read more

I have never experienced worse customer service or felt more disrespected. Check stand workers are too busy carrying on personal conversations to be any help at all. Is it just me or does every Nike location hire those teens and college kids that think they're better than everyone else because they're "sporty" and "athletic"? I came in before I had to go to work to look for some new shoes. The entire time I was in the store not a single employee greeted me or asked if I needed help. There are a lot of negative reviews about this place but for me I had a great experience at this specific Nike store! Their customer service was absolutely amazing that is the main reason why I would travel anywhere just for the great customer service. When we went to the Nike store we went to the back of the clearance section and I found a gray Nike jacket after the discount about $60 which was a little bit out of my range. There was a customer service rep around the corner and I think she heard me talking and she told me that Jacket was a little bit cheaper and did a price check for me in the same jacket ended up being $18. Her customer service was absolutely amazing because she told me the same jacket she rang up for a couple of customers and he ended up being cheaper. That's when I know this place has great customer service when they lookout for their customers. Again for me small things add up. We had a bunch of shoes and clothes in our hands and another customer service rep ended up giving us a black bag to put our stuff in. Again it's all about the customer service and how to treat people. There were a decent amount of sales on specially on a woman's shoes and if you go back in the clearance section you can definitely find good deals we will be back to this Nike outlet for sure keep up the great work! read more

Factory Stores and Outlet Malls are definitely on the decline, but our local Nike Factory Store here in Bend seems to be doing a bang up business. And why not? It's Nike. Fitness is in vogue these days. From yoga pants to dri fit to running half marathons to......just looking cool in fitness clothing with name brand recognition. This store has all the selection you could want with a price break that....well....isn't one that will make you feel like you just got a screaming deal. In other words, it's just a store. It's a Nike store. Great stuff, but..... Are you gonna walk out of here saying, "Yippee, look what I just got for ten bucks!?!?" Not likely. You'll probably be telling the cashier, "Oh wow...charge it, please. Guess I'll be paying for that pair of shoes over time! And this cute top. And these shorts. And this jacket. Yikes! Two hundred dollars? Really? Oh, go ahead." Yes, we are fans. I roll my eyes every time my wife or daughter mentions a "need" to come here, but in the end, everyone leaves happy. On a more serious note: Lots of sales staff on hand to help and for you late night shoppers, they are open past 6pm on weeknights when their neighbor....ahem...Columbia....is closed. We were in the need for some new hiking shoes and were originally headed for Columbia. They were closed. Nike was open. Nike had what we needed and...tah dah... GOT THE SALE. I drove my Sons girl friend to Bend last week for her Birthday because she wanted to shop over there instead of up in Portland. I really wished she wanted to go to the Woodburn outlets over the Bend outlets. The selection was horrible, and I hated the staff!!! I felt like I was being followed around, and asked at every rack every two seconds by the same employee if she can help me find something! Now I am the kind of shopper that likes to ponder, and wonder around! Leave me the heck alone in my thoughts! I am trying to decide on what I want to purchase! Well now you have pissed me off so I don't want to purchase anything! Really, I am not a rude person! But I finally was so annoyed at this point that I actually got rude and said you know you already came up to me at the last several racks and asked me the same question! And the answer was the same! Thank you! I had a tiny purse, no jacket on as it was a warm day, and I feel like I look like an honest person so I don't get what the need was to be followed around and treated as if I was doing something wrong! At least that is how that employee made me feel! I was pretty pissed about it! I get that at a retail job you need to ask people if they need help. But is it necessary to follow them around? Surely she can't have been suffering from short term memory loss and didn't realize I was the same customer each time! They just lost a great customer....for life! My suspicions were first aroused when I was not greeted. Hmmm. This place always has a great and friendly staff. We had bought some shorts the day before and called and hour later to say we would like two pairs held and the gent who helped us said they would be 50% off list as was the pair I just bought. We came from Sunriver which is a good 20 minute drive and when we got there we were finally helped and when it rang up they said it would not be 50% off list. It was the manager, Dani, who proved that Nike does not care much about integrity with their people as she finally said she would give us the discount on one pair but not the other. We left and when we left, we took hundreds if not more of business s year away from this store. This person should not be working with the public and I wish Nike all the best if they think this is a successful business model. read more

Oblige in central oregon and this is the only store I will go to buy my shoes. They have awesome deals on casual shows (which is my preference normally) and what a large selection! I have 3 pairs of shoes over a year old from this store that I still continue to wear. He rest of their stuff is beautiful as well just a little more pricey for my taste as a college kid. They have a large selection of golf, basketball, and casual apparel as well. Overall I love this store especially during winter holiday sales. read more

Cool store! Lots of choices for shoes and clothing. On this trip I purchased a pair of running shoes. They were comfy and exactly what I was looking for. Hubby also purchased a pair of running shoes and court shoes. Employees were helpful at least on the sales floor. The cashier was nice enough, but was pretty much in a ring them up and get them outta here zone. Not that there was a big line or anything. I was a bit disappointed with my purchase in the end, as the a couple of the shoe lace holes broke out within 2 months of having the shoe. I didn't wear the shoe all the time either, as I prefer anything but athletic shoes normally. The shoes hubby bought are still going strong, so I probably just got a lemon. I don't know if they would have taken them back at that point or not. We live out of the area, so taking them back wasn't an option. read more

The Nike Factory Store has lots of sales, and it's best to buy when they have them. Sometimes the clearance sections are 20% off. Sometimes they run an employee discount sale (30-40% off). Many of the shoes are about what you'd pay anywhere else, but if you're a shoe hoarder like me, a really funky pair tricolor of suede Nike's is hard to beat at $24.99. read more

Recently bought a pair of Nike's here and the bubble popped in them about 20 days, making them useless. As I discovered this, I was in the area, so I stopped by and asked for a refund. I didn't have a receipt, so they offered a store credit to the lowest amount they sold at or a replacement. I bought them for $89 and they offered store credit for $49. However, they said I couldn't do it because I was wearing the shoes and they couldn't "take the shoes off my feet." That didn't really make much sense to me. But OK, whatever, I'll come back with shoes that aren't Nikes. Few weeks later I go in and I'm offered the same thing, store credit of $49 or replacement of the same shoe. Unfortunately, they didn't have the same shoe so I opted for store credit. After looking around, I found a pair and went to the register. Then, I was told their computers were down and they couldn't do anything for me. Bummer since I just spent all that time shopping. Overall, not a great experience at this store. I got defective shoes, then I'm obligated to buy shoes of less value or spend more $ to buy another pair of potential defective shoes. Then, once I found a pair why couldn't the manager make an exception or find a way to make this right despite the computer not working. You need to have backup plans in case the computers go down. Everyone was nice about it, the staff is nice and helpful, but I wouldn't recommend buying shoes here. read more

As a business student at the University of Oregon, I have learned techniques about how to be a good manager. The managers here, specifically Dani, is a prime example of how not to be a manager. This gal never greeted us when we walked in the store and was extremely rude when we asked for her help on an issue. I hope that Nike reviews her management position because this is not the way the Nike brand should be represented. This factory store needs to review their employees as well because they are not up to par with Nike standards. Yaay for the Nike Outlet Store in Bend, I got my flyknits for about 75% off!!! This place is quite smaller than the ones in California but their customer service was incomparable. They had so many different kind of shoes to choose from, especially for my size, size 5. I was lucky enough to find the last flyknits with my size for discounted price of $82 and eventually got it for about $36 because the lady was pretty awesome! Due to the last pair of shoes and being size 5, she offered extra 20% off. It was such a steal. Other than that, this place is organized and the workers were very welcoming and upbeat. read more

I visit this store a few times a year mainly for shoes and sometimes active wear. This store typically has a decent selection of active apparel. You can find some pretty good deals with the clothing, if you look around. As you would expect from an outlet store, you want to try things on before you buy. The shoes that I have purchased here seem to be fairly durable and take several months of abuse before wearing out. My visits here have ranged from what I would consider a 3 to a 4 star experience. It really depends on the sales promotions that are going on at the time. read more

I would give zero stars if I could to this place. I was just in and not greeted at all to begin with. Then I had two pairs of shorts on hold and they wanted to charge me 15$ for each then what I paid yesterday when I called to put them on hold. If I heard one more time from the manager "do you want me to write my name down for you." That's all she kept saying. I have called Nike service department as I shop and wear all Nike for my athletic clothes and have never had this bad of treatment. The manager was Dani and I hope none of you have to encounter her. She was not customer forward at all she could care less about me as the customer or the amount of money I just spent yesterday before this event occurred. I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS NIKE TO ANYONE SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE THEN THIS OUTLET. The manager was trying to argue with me and I was just simply asking why I wouldn't get the discounted rate. Very tacky and not about the customer. She should not be working in customer service what so ever and maybe that's why they are hiring because no one wants to work for a manager like her. I love this store, but just last weekend when I was in the market for new shoes for track and because I get many pairs of nike shoes each year, I thought I would stop by. I was accually looking for the men's nike free flyknit 4.0, but they were out!! They were in womens, but mens were not to be found!! So I found some other shoes that the staff recommended and that were my previous pair, nike free run 5.0... I instead used a similar model, as I had bad expiriance with my old free run 5.0's. This is because they thought it would look cool and help COOL you down, (this was 2014's model) with a mesh back, but all it did was get mud and durt in the net... I would not recomend the 2014 version of these shoes, as they get dirty too easily... So I ended up geting the nike flex fury, which I have to day are my best pair of nike shoes ever, and I have been a costomer of nike and this bend outlet since I was very young.... The shoes are very comfortable, and great for P.E and track... And a big shout out to the stafff and store, because they were supposed to close at 6:00 pm that night, and I got there at 5:55 pm.... I was in the store for about 20 minutes and they wete supposed to close, but kept open for me... Thanks nike!!! read more
