Lots of trails to explore and you can a get workout on the ramps up to the bridges or if you are feeling motivated and bike up to Deshutes brewery. The owner brought the bikes to us and picked them up! That's for starters. He also included great maps of the area, and he was really reasonably priced. We had gone to Bend for skate skiing, but since the snow wasn't good, we were so happy to be able to check out Horse Butte, Maston, and the Deschute River Trail. The bikes themselves have 29" wheels and cruise right over things. They are on the heavy side, but no matter. They were good tough bikes, so we got over not having our own with us. Like everyone else in Bend, the owner was really nice. I wish him the best with his business. He deserves it. read more

Great place to rent a bike while in Bend, OR! You can't find anywhere else with better prices and service! We called them up and 20 minutes later, they delivered our bikes to our resort. Yes, they deliver! After a long day of riding and over 15 miles of rough terrain away from the resort, for a small fee, they picked us up and brought us and the bikes back to our resort. Nonetheless, we had bikes delivered to us within an hour. Great delivery and pickup service. Nice bike. This my fourth year renting. My only complaint is they now go by two or three different names.

We called to rent and within 15 minutes they delivered our bikes, helmets and a bicycle lock. Then when I lost a brake pad later that day, they promptly delivered a replacement bike. At the end of the rental period we just locked up the bikes outside our hotel room and they retrieved them. The rental experience was so effortless on our part. They provide such excellent service, nice quality bikes (same as my bike at home) at an excellent price! Next time we're in Bend we will rent from them again. read more

How awesome is it that you can just call a company and they deliver you a bike?! They will deliver it to wherever you want it and they tell you to just lock it up when you're done. Plus it's only $15-$20 per bike and you get it for 24 hours!! So you can ride all day or just go on a few trails like we did. This year we flew up to Portland and drove down planning to rent bikes. We shopped around, but some of the pricing we found was way out there. LCB worked out great for us. Very nice folks too. Life Cycle Bikes is THE place to call to when renting a bike in Bend. Inexpensive, nice folks, and 24hr rentals - not this by the hour extortion where you are rushing to get back on time versus get charged another hour. $15 for a decent front shock bike - great for the area and riding near town.
