Brought my Lectric e-bike in for a tune up, super happy with quality of service, speed of service and overall quality of the shop. My bike is running great! Prices were appropriate for the service provided. Would highly recommend this shop in the future. read more

I shopped for 2 summers before I bought a Urtopia from John and Sam. It's the perfect bike for me! Also, I bought a used hitch rack from them, which had issues that made it impossible for me to safely use. John discussed the issue with the owner and I was given a refund. Their customer service is excellent. Thank you Pedego. read more

I went in today seen that they were open, customer service was absolutely spectacular! Sam & John were working & they were great to speak with they were very helpful & knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend this company if you are in need of any repairs & looking for an electric bike! read more

We had a terrible guide & no real tour, apparently something has changed since prior trips. We paid essentially for a 2 hr bike rental around Bend with no information of use from our "guide." Our friend had done 2 prior tours with Scott as tour guide & said they were fabulous. Sadly, he was NOT our tour guide & if you are the owner, you should know that your new "guide" needs some help on how to give a tour. read more

Did the short and sweet tour with Scott. Had a blast and learned a lot. Highly recommend doing this tour as soon as you get to Bend!

We had a great short and sweet tour with Scott. All bikes were in great shape and ready to go. He let us use the cargo bike so we could bring the kids along also. Fitted us with helmets. We stopped at a park and let the kids run for a few minutes while we took a break. He also told us some awesome history and facts around the city. The few extra dollars for the tour was worth it, if we had rented alone, we'd just be driving around looking for paths and such. read more

Scott gave an awesome 2 hour tour. He's a very friendly local who really knows the area and is very knowledgeable about Bend's history. My wife is 6 months pregnant and was really worried about comfort. However Scott takes the time to train us in parking lot and the Pedego seats are so comfortable. read more

Best ebike store in Bend with the best staff around! Affordably priced, friendly staff, great shop!

Nicest group of people ever. I originally brought in another brand of bike for repairs. It was a strange warranty which had to get the part from Hong Kong. The mechanic did a great job repairing it. I sold that bike since I really wanted a bike that was from a locally owned bike shop. They put up with my idiosyncrasies ( OCD ) when choosing between 2 of their bikes. I ended up with the interceptor platinum 29" Great bike, comfortable. I will be shopping here for all my bike needs for a long time. E-bikes are fun to ride, Pedego Electric Bikes of Bend make it more fun. Hello, Fun :) read more

Wonderful customer service, and friendly staff! I just came by to get some air in my tires, but the store was closed. The nice gentleman working in the back heard me and came out, brought me in, filled my tires and pointed me in the right direction to the bike path. So helpful and friendly! read more

While my husband was away for work I decided to book an electric bike ride for myself to get out of the house. And boy lemme tell you, it was amazing!! Absolutely loved scooting around town with minimal effort and with a lovely guide! Would 100% recommend anyone do this to have fun and get to know Bend at the same time. read more

The staff was knowledgeable and encouraging. I was nervous as I haven't biked in a while and have bad balance but our tour guide, Scott, was patient and encouraging. We took the 2 hour tour and saw so many cool things. Thanks for great experience! read more

We had a great self guided bike adventure when in Bend, OR thanks to staff at Pedego Electric. We got there close to end of the day, but we were able to sneak in a tour to see folks floating and surfing on the river and ride through the beautiful park. We really felt like we got a glimpse of this beautiful city in just under an hour. We highly recommend exploring the city and using this company for your experience. Bikes were fabulous and we received great instruction and direction. Bruns Family from VA read more

Just got back from an awesome weekend in Bend (we'll definitely be back soon). While walking around town on Friday afternoon we thought it'd be great to see the town by bike. Ended up walking into Pedego to ask some questions (Michelle, Ryan and Scott were all great) and left their 30 minutes later renting e-bikes for the entire weekend. Our sole mode of transportation and was the best decision we could have made. Highly recommend! And Michelle made it clear we could call her on her cell should we run into any issues (we didn't) and she'd resolve immediately. Thanks much Pedego Bend, we'll most definitely see you again sometime soon. read more

Do the tour! Ask for Scott!!! It's fun and informative and worth every penny! What a great way to experience Bend and learn the history!

We did an ebike tour with Michelle and had a wonderful time. Michelle was very good at stopping at interesting spots and with telling the history. We really enjoyed the path along the river. This is a great way to see parts of Bend. I would highly recommend this tour. Scott, who works at the shop was very helpful and nice. read more

My sister and I booked a 2 hour bike tour with Pedego. It was our first time using electric. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. They adjusted our bikes and went over on how to use the electric bike as well as safety of roads. Michelle was our guide. She was very knowledgeable about Bend and it's history. We made several stops as she pointed out historic landmarks, places to eat and popular local spots. She tools through historical neighborhoods as well. We enjoyed our tour and Michelle's friendly attitude. If you book a tour I highly recommend booking with Michelle. read more

So much fun, bikes were dialed in and got us through the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

First time in Bend, and my tour with Courtney was nothing short of perfect. She was so friendly, informative, and thoughtful, flexible too! Since I had done another tour the day before, she catered our trip route so I could see the other side of Bend. It was awesome! We checked out the surrounding areas on a Pedego Electric Bikes, which made all the difference in my understanding of Bend as a place. We were comfortable, could stop, take pictures and chat whenever we wanted. Plus, since just having ankle surgery, the electric bike made it easy on my healing ankle. **What a wonderful way to check out the area if you are thinking of moving here. read more

This place is amazing. They have the best customer service ever. They fixed my bike when no one else would. They treated me very well even when I was frustrated. Scott worked hard to fix my bike and they have our business forever. read more

New to Bend, we decided to take a bike tour through the neighborhoods to get a better feel of the area. We had a blast! Courtney, our guide, made us feel very comfortable and safe riding through town. This was our first time riding the electric bikes and we were impressed; this made riding up hill in the older neighborhoods more enjoyable. We loved our tour so much that we came back an hour later to rent the bikes for the rest of the day! Highly recommend checking them out. They also offer Cycle Pub tours, Segway rentals and several other recreational activities. read more

We booked the 2 hour river tour with Michelle, who was super friendly and laid back...took us on a nice ride out toward Mount Bachelor to the forest visitor center along the excellent bike paths, then through the riverfront park district and some back streets, explaining some history about Bend and the local historic buildings. Good way to see some parts of Bend you might not see as a visitor. E-Bikes were in top shape with full-charges and good brakes and tires. The only improvements we would suggest are some more instructions on the use of the gear shifter and the relation to the e-power with the throttle. We were experienced e-bikers, but for beginners or those new to e-bikes with gear selectors, more thorough walk-through of the operations of the controls would help the newbies who could get confused heading out into roadways with cars and stop lights right out of the shop location. Overall a fun and nice way to get out onto a breezy bike-ride tour to see some nice parts of Bend. Thank you Michelle! read more

I don't often give 5 star reviews but the service here is one of the most exceptional I've experienced. Everyone we met was extremely helpful and the two electric bikes we rented were in great condition. read more

This was a dual purpose event. We wanted something fun to do, and my wife really wanted to check out the powered tandems. We booked a morning history of Bend tour and arrived just before 10 at the shop. We were greeted by Courtney who opened the shop and had us come in and finish the paperwork while she got the bikes ready. There were two other people on our tour, so a small group for the morning tour. Once everyone was ready we headed out on our little adventure, making stops along the way so Courtney could show us some historical photos and talk about the history of some of the more famous locations in Bend. Most memorable was the talk about the "Floats" that took place each year along the river ending in Mirror Pond. She also provided us with insight into the early lumber mills, and some of the homes of the early workers, and upper class. Overall it was a very enjoyable tour and the electric bikes took most of the work out of the travel. We did enjoy the tandem and will probably look at adding one to our collection. Highly recommend this tour if you are looking for something fun and interesting to do while you are in Bend. read more

Pedego Electric Bikes Bend - Beautiful place for a bike ride - Bike Rentals Near Me - Bend, Oregon

my boyfriend and I booked a trip to bend for his birthday weekend & wanted to go on a tour that would enable us to be active & see the city, so a bike tour was perfect! this also motivated me to try to ride a (non-stationary) bike for the first time since elementary school to make sure I could still ride one. FYI, it's true--you don't forget. anyway, Courtney was a great tour guide & we enjoyed the hour & half we had with her. the bike ride is pretty relaxed, though I got nervous when we were around pedestrians & other bikers on some paths. got a good tour of bend & heard some cool stories from Courtney. it gave us a chance to explore neighborhoods we otherwise wouldn't have ventured into. I definitely recommend this tour for anyone who wants to explore bend. don't worry if you're not an intense biker--it's totally doable. read more

My wife is not an avid biker so the idea of an electric bike ride during our short stay in Bend was inviting. The fact that Pedego offered tours made the decision a no-brainer. Scott, the manager offered us a choice of bikes that best suited our comfort and allowed plenty of time for us to familiarize ourselves to this new bike before the 1-1/2 hr tour started. We learned so much about Bend, enjoyed the bike trails and riding these bikes is super fun. What a way to spend our 50th wedding anniversary. Can't say enough about Scott. He was super and loves his job (it shows). Scott is knowledgeable, super friendly and easy to be with. As a plus, Pedego bikes have so many different styles that if you wanted to buy one they have it! Perhaps one is in our future...who knows. read more

Was in town for a class reunion and took the local history tour to have some fun and reacquaint myself with Bend. I had such a blast that several weeks later I drug my wife and daughter along for another tour. We had a great time! Bend is very scenic, the bikes were a real pleasure to ride, and Kevin had the scoop on interesting spots and stories. He even volunteered to ride a tandem bike with my daughter who is autistic and won't ride a bike on her own. Kevin made her feel great and my normally introverted girl raved about how fun and interesting it was to take the tour. I definitely recommend the tour, it was huge fun. read more

My partner and I did a bike tour of Bend Saturday morning after seeing it on the website for some fun activities to do in town. Our tour guide Josh was awesome. It's an 8 mile tour ride that takes you around the Deschutes river, Old Bend, Old Mill District and Downtown Bend while going over the rich history of this city. Their bikes are one of a kind with little motors on them to make the tour more luxurious. The views of the river and the snow on the mountains were stunning. I would recommend this tour for anyone with a sense of adventure and new to Bend. You can purchase these unique motor bikes with a starting price tag of $1850.00! Their tours involve anywhere between 2-6 people per tour and typically do one tour a day. This is a great way to spend a weekend afternoon. read more

My friend and I had an electric bike tour with Scott this weekend in Bend. We hit up four breweries in the area and had an awesome time. It's hard to explain how much fun the bikes are... I didn't quite get a grasp on it until I pulled that throttle and I was hooked. Now I need to find a really good excuse to buy one. Scott was awesome, gave us some good brewing / Bend history and made sure we enjoyed each stop. Highly recommended. read more

Let it Ride Electric Bikes Rocks!!! We ditto what Tet wrote about Josh being an awesome tour guide! We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful vistas, fascinating history and fun bike ride. We had researched electric bikes, and chose to visit Let It Ride because they were a dealer for both of the bikes we were interested in buying (Igo based in Canada & Evelo, from New York). Kevin, the owner of Let It Ride was so helpful and gracious in his correspondence with us prior to our visit, as well as in person at the time of the tour. We were thrilled to be able to test ride both bikes, and happily bought the Igo Urban which will help my wife ride longer distances and over more difficult terrain (to keep up with my mountain biking self) in CA. Wait no longer, go check out electric bikes at Let It Ride ~ you'll be glad you did! read more

This was our first time in Bend and we were looking for a tour to give us a better flavor for the city. Based on positive reviews, we took a tour with Let It Ride. You ride on an electric bicycle, wow, what a blast, and its so easy to operate anyone could do it. Kim was out guide and its obvious she is very proud of her city and very knowledgeable of the area. If you want a fun tour of Bend I highly recommend Let It Ride. read more

I did Let It Ride's tour in July on my first trip to Bend and I can't think of a better way to take in the city's beautiful sites and history. Let It Ride's owner, Kevin, was our guide. Kevin is really knowledgeable about Bend's early days and takes you back in time with the vintage photos and stories he shares at the different stops on the tour. Riding the electric bikes is super fun too. Love being able to motor up the hills! read more
