The staff here were friendly, and the beer-on-tap selection, while not huge, had plenty of variety and I was able to find a nice, cold amber ale that I enjoyed immensely in the warm summer hear. The vibe is always welcoming and fun, and the food carts on-site are consistently delicious. Plus, the Eurosport staff serve up great beverages with genuine friendliness. Yes, they do rent and sell bikes (and do it well). We've purchased a bike from them that we absolutely love, and they've also helped us get one of our older bikes road-ready again. Their service is knowledgeable, thorough, and never pushy. Honestly, even if you're not a cyclist, Eurosport is still worth a visit. Between the entertainment, food, drinks, and awesome community atmosphere, there's something here for everyone. Highly recommend checking it out!

I decided I didn't want one where we lived in a busy city, but recently moved to the country and want to have transportation as I don't drive and just want to be active outside the house. So we were in Sisters and came to Tumalo to check them out. It is by appointment due to Covid, but I was able to get an appointment and the owners were super helpful and friendly and I got a fat tire recumbent with battery assist which is perfect for where I live and will be going with it. I am so excited for my new bike and to have an excuse to get out and be active and get around safely as I don't feel safe on my regular bicycle after a brain injury. We ended up popping the tire before I got to ride it more besides at the shop and they were gone for the day, but they recommended somewhere to go and we did and they will reimburse us so that worked out just fine and my husband is in the dog house for popping the tire but I don't think it was his fault, it just was coming off the bead and popped when he was trying to push it back in but we got if fixed and all is well. I definitely recommend this bike shop especially if your looking for a recumbent or trike. We got our tires fixed at a shop they recommended and it's all fixed and good to go:) The owner will reimburse us for the tube we bought, which is great but honestly it's no worries and the guy at Hutch's struggled to get it on too so now we know it's difficult and he showed my husband how to replace the tube and we ordered 2 more online to have extras.

They asked how it was and I said yes it was a beautiful day and a great ride but we only enjoyed half of it.. he didn't remark and we were on our way. Wouldn't come to this bike rental again unless I had my own seat with me ready to go or my own bike and I was just going for repairs. I'm gonna spend the rest of my short vacation hobbling around with bruised bones.

When it came time for billing, I was surprised to learn that a second technician had been onsite, as that hadn't been discussed in advance. As a result, the labor cost came in about 2x higher than I expected. To be fair, I live on the second floor of a condo (with elevator access), and the installation was more complex due to the flooring, so I don't question the time or effort involved. To avoid any budget surprises, I would recommend confirming upfront how many technicians will be assigned to the job. Overall, I would work with Jason again and would recommend him to others. UPDATE- I had a small leak with one of the toilets and Jason came out right away to adjust it. He definitely stands behind his work! I originally set the review at 4 stars, but have adjusted it up to 5 stars because of this. Thanks Jason!

So basically PB was gaslighting BF for 2 years saying nothing was wrong when the bike was set up like trash from day one. Obviously they are not competent mechanics or they would have fixed this immediately. Instead they just wanted more parts business by letting him destroy his bike.

It is a great shop and they provide terrific service. They could not be more fair. John, the manager, is a great guy and he and all of their personnel know what they are doing with skis, snowboards, bikes and all related equipment. When my son's snow board binding did not work one day out of maybe 35 rentals that we have done with them over the last 5 years, there was no charge for all 3 of us who rented equipment that day. The folks at Chrome Pony want you to have a good experience and they do all that they can to make that happen for you. My daughter is getting married in Sunriver this summer and we are encouraging all of our guests to do their bike rentals through Chrome Pony. The location is really convenient to pick up and drop off equipment. It is a really terrific rental shop!

He pulled out a map and explained to us how floating the Deschutes worked and the start and end points and how to get back once our float ended. He even shut down the shop to drive us to the launch spot with our rental, since we couldn't fit it in my car. Costumer service doesn't get better than that!
