Both of us ! When we returned the bikes a day early cause we wanted to get rid of them. They asked how it was and I said yes it was a beautiful day and a great ride but we only enjoyed half of it.. he didn't remark and we were on our way. Wouldn't come to this bike rental again unless I had my own seat with me ready to go or my own bike and I was just going for repairs. I'm gonna spend the rest of my short vacation hobbling around with bruised bones.

Here are the highlights of the process; worked with 3 different sales people showing an amazing amount of collaboration, worked on confirming pricing, as I was leaving for California the next day rode the bike to their repair center to have it cleaned and prepped, due to a minor repair needed they needed an extra day and texted me by 9am the bike was ready, to top off an already great experience helped find a way to fit it in the car. I try to avoid downtown, but parking over by the library meant only a short walk over to the shop. I bought an e-bike from another store in town and it had nothing but problems. They could never resolve the problems, so I took it to Hutch's. After a while, they recommended I go with a different bike and get a refund. They did not try to hard sell me on one of their bikes at all. I did see one I liked in the store and bought it. Not one issue for over a year. When I did take it in, I was told it is still under the warranty. I can't praise this business enough. They know how to treat customers, work hard to get you back on your bike as soon as possible, and always have a smile for you! They are a 12 on scale of 1-10!

Nick made me feel so comfortable trying out the gorgeous Surly bikes they have. Not once did he make me feel uncomfortable for asking questions, or treat me like I was subhuman because I wasn't a man wearing all spandex riding a full carbon bike. Erik and Nick stayed late to help me ship my bike back to CA because I couldn't live one more minute without my new Surly Straggler!! Very helpful and had great advice for us. We rented for a hour (you can rent by the hour or in block times) Wife had a flat tire about 20 min into the ride. Called the number on the map and got ahold of one of the owners. She was very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. She made arrangements and had Sevrin bring us another bike, we were several miles away. After getting the new bike we continued on and explored all over downtown and had a great time. We ended up having them for 3 hours and upon returning them we got 2 of our 3 hours comped. Thank you guys. Our whole experience was amazing and even the flat tire was good because we were able to spend that down time at Drake Park. Definitely will use when we can make it back to Bend.
