We visit Sunriver for an annual trip each summer. Each time we visit we stop at 4 Seasons for bike rentals. Over the years we found their prices have been quite reasonable. Additionally they are very reliable. At the end of each year they sell the rental bikes, so each season the bikes are top notch. They have plenty of different rental options, ranging from cruisers, which are perfect for the bike paths to high-end mountain bikes. Inside, they have a store with tons of bikes and other cycling apparel. In the winter, they transition to primarily selling skiing and snowboarding gear. We live in Sunriver and have loved frequenting this place over the years, unfortunately the last time I visited not only did one of the staff not have a mask on ( one of the guys behind the counter) but there was a customer standing at the rear checkout talking to away with no face covering, this made me feel unsafe. Had it not been that I had my 8 year old with me, and we had already given them are snowboard to wax, I probably would have been far more vocal, turned right around and walked right out - and never come back. As it is, we won't be giving them our business again. This time is really showing us who cares about our health and safety... and who doesn't care at all. read more

I like higher end ski gear. I'm an aggressive skier and I'm kind of a a snob. At the same time, I only ski 6 times a year so I can't justify owning skis. I just have boots. The demo ski's are always model year new and in great shape. They've got nearly any model I want to try on a given day so I fly by the night before and pick up whatever hot rods I want to ride the next day no problems. Great prices too. read more

They carry a wide selection of summertime bikes for tots, to 3 wheelers for the senior types. If a mountain bike is your pleasure or a fatty seat for a comfortable ride, they have it all. The shop is filled with many outdoor necessities from bike shorts, hats, sunglasses etc. The staff is so friendly, it's like they're willing us to have a great time! 5 stars all day. Super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Got exactly what we were looking for and it was ski boots and you know how that is...sometimes have to try many pairs on to get the right fit. Never once did he seem to mind or get impatient. Just kept digging to get the right ones. Showed us other items that were on sale but no pressure to buy whatsoever. Will be needing a new bike for my husband next spring and know right where to go. I highly recommend these guys. They really saved my bacon when they helped me get tubeless sealant in my fat tire bike. The other shops "had no time" or "no sealant for sale". Best bike rental prices in SR if you only want to ride for few hours. Other places do not offer multi-hour rentals less than 24 hrs. Bikes are decent and lots of options. Nice guys work there. You may want to make sure tires are filled at capacity you like before taking off on long ride. Mine were ok, but partner said his really needed air. Personal choice. On vacation and needed to get my son's mountain bike repaired. They have a white board with all prices clearly listed. I figured being in a resort town would equal high prices...I was wrong. The cost for a derailleur adjustment and brake adjustment was just $15. They were really busy but helped me right away and everyone was friendly. They called me later and indicated that new cables were needed for $20. I just picked up the bike. They also needed to adjust and repair additional parts and said that they essentially did a full tune-up. They could have charged me more, but just charged me the quoted $35! They were friendly, honest and very reasonably priced...and the bike literally rides like its new. I highly recommend their services. read more

Came here to rent skis and snow boards before heading up to Mt Bachelor. Their prices are better here than on the mountain and no lines. The staff is great. They gave us good gear that fit properly. The bike was great. However be very careful when checking out and in, they changed the price they quoted me and I was charged 20% more than thought I owed. I tried to talk with them and the staff, the same one who checked me out had a totally a different attitude and charged me in a different category when I returned the bike. They were giving me a 10% discount and initially he tried to deny that, but fortunately it was noted on the receipt and I did get it. My cousin was with me when I checked the bike out and she could verify that I tried t be very on which category of bike I was renting. She wasn't with me when I checked it back in, so I was out of luck on back up. I would not use them again. read more

If you're visiting Mt. Bachelor for the weekend and need any gear rentals or equipment, or even if you live in the area, I cannot recommend renting from these guys highly enough. My girlfriend and I went for a weekend skiing trip, and after getting bled for cash to rent directly on the mountain, we thought we couldn't afford another day to play in the snow. But when we looked at these guys rates, we realized that we could actually afford another two days! On top of having incredible prices, the service staff was so friendly, efficient, considerate, kind, and fun, to boot. Truly a business that makes one believe in the idea that not all businesses are just selfish crooks. These guys are the real deal and I implore you to rent from these guys on your next trip! Great people and very knowledgeable about both the gear and the nearby places to use it. Highly recommended.
