Delicious!... cozy!... creative!... my family and I took a detour on our return home from a trip and fell in love with the town. We did not hesitate to find what may be the best breakfast spot in town and we found it!... great service, reasonable pricing and location. The only struggle may be finding parking, but defenetly worth the extra time looking for one. read more

Small menu, but good options for brunch. I ordered the avocado toast and added the egg. I ate this meal with a fork and knife thanks to all the watercress/arugula on top! Sourdough bread as the base was great. Avocado spread was deliciously seasoned. It was yummy and felt like a healthy yet filling breakfast. The restaurant is super cute and very hipster. Service was good. Probably not somewhere I'd frequent, because I can make this breakfast at home, but I would recommend as a tourist visiting Historic St Augustine. read more

I've eaten at Sunday twice now while waiting for my car at Firestone. Unfortunately both times have not been great. No one is typically at the host stand so I walk in, wait, am told to wait for the host, then I wait in the heat, then I get seated. The people are always absolutely kind I must say. I've never had a bad server to customer interaction. The restaurant itself if beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The sunroom gets a little warm so they've sat me near the AC. The food... unfortunately the food has been the most disappointing aspect. I have not had a good entree there and the food is expensive. I haven't tried anything memorable. I love their toast and preserves though. I typically add toast/preserves to my entree and it's the only thing I end up enjoying. read more

I had some of the best food for breakfast in a long time here. The atmosphere is really nice and cozy. Staff is super friendly. The bread is DELICIOUS. Another little gem are the potatoes, they are crunchy but also still soft on the inside. I ordered the avocado toast which was really tasty since all the greens were very fresh. French Press Coffee is the way to go. Highly recommend this little hipster hideaway. read more

You had me at Eggs Benedict! It is one of my favorite dishes and here it has pulled smoked meat on grilled sourdough instead of Canadian bacon on English muffins. So delicious! If you're looking for a great place to eat during your next trip to St. Augustine, consider Sunday for a brunch or coffee stop. The restaurant has a wonderful ambiance located wonderfully on Marco avenue by many antique shops. There is ample seating both inside and outside. I enjoyed the shakshuka while my friend devoured a breakfast sandwich. My favorite part of the restaurant is the concept that it is also an art studio. This is the cutest little brunch spot in St Augustine! My husband and I sat outside and enjoyed the sunshine. Our service was prompt but the waiter never hovered which we really appreciated for a Tuesday brunch. My husband had the BEC and I had the patty melt. Such a perfect brunch spot for a weekend morning by the water. The service was amazing. I thought the wait time would be long, however I was pleasantly surprised that my boyfriend and I were seated instantly. The food was pretty good and just the right amount to not make you uncomfortable full. The decor and environment of Sunday is boho and I'm obsessed with all the designs. Was pumped and ready to try a new brunch place with some friends who gave a great recommendation. Was left wanting more for the prices. The Eggs Benedict was ok, definitely was looking forward to the smoked pork, instead of ham, but the smokiness was overpowering and was not very satisfying. Heads up, a large portion of micro greens was pilled on top the potatoes and meat & eggs so it was a search to find my mains. I had seen this spot on Instagram and my husband & I had a week day off coming up together so we decided to give it a shot. First things first, the location is super cute. The whole vibe is very clean and well done. Very light and airy and the art and decor inside is beautiful. Husband got the shakshuka & I had the eggs Benedict- both were incredible. The servers were all very friendly & attentive and we appreciated the hand sanitizers on the tables. I'm always really interested in restaurant concepts so I appreciate when the servers are knowledgeable about the backstory on a place and explain to you details about it which our server definitely was. Since we were there for breakfast she even made sure we got a menu to-go in case we wanted to check out their lunch options, too. Fantastic little brunch place. Clean, simple, inviting aesthetic; very Instagram vibes. They even have artwork from a local artist decorating the walls and available for purchase (her studio is behind the restaurant that you can visit). The food was wonderful; lots of fresh choices. I had half the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich which was fresh and delicious. I also treated myself to the cinnamon roll which was huge and decadent. I found this spot through Yelp while we were in St Augustine. It's about a 10 min walk from the downtown area. If you blink you'll miss it. It's tucked away in this quaint little part of town. When we walked up it was very welcoming and I loved the feeling of it all. We were sat quickly and brought menus. However, the wait to get a server was a little time consuming but that's the way of the world right now. I get it. Our waiter was nice and helpful in helping my husband decide on a beer Option. I opted for the French press coffee and once I poured it, I could tell it would be weak. I was delightfully surprised that it was not. On to the meals, my husband got the BALT, an enormous sandwich, on homemade bread. I honestly didn't think he'd finish it but to my surprise, he did because of how delicious it was. I got the eggs Benedict and was very impressed. I love a good eggs benedict but this surpassed my expectations. Such a delicious lunch spot! A great spot for locals and tourists like, the food was absolutely amazing. Not a great variety of selection but the perfect menu that will hit the spot for brunch. The whole atmosphere is amazing, it's attached to an art studio with a local artist in Saint Augustine. The outside area is dog friendly and wonderful for a nice brunch/lunch outside to enjoy the weather. The service was a little slow which was my only complaint, but the waiter was extremely friendly and attentive. My daughter drove up from Orlando to spend the night with me while I'm in St. Augustine for work. We tried this little place for brunch one day and it did not disappoint! Atmosphere was great as was the friendly service. She had the eggs Benedict and I had the BALT (bacon, avocado, lettuce and tomato sandwich). We also split a side of grits. I love this place! I'm so glad I found it. From when you walk onto the property if you feel a very welcoming vibe. The food is fresh and delicious. Homemade sourdough bread and pastries. If you want ambience this is a cool place withy Art paintings and cards available for purchase with a minimalistic atmosphere- free of excess and very clean Upon receiving the checked there was a request fo give the cook/chef ad extra 3.5% tip. We didn't know that a would be requested and it happened o quickly - it was awkward, and this is in my opinion objectionable. Best brunch spot in town. If you're looking for a picturesque setting with a well rounded menu and reliably satisfying meal, look no further. The Shakshouka is my favorite. Eggs stewed in tomato sauce with peppers and chunks of tomato. It comes with their house made sourdough bread which is so flavorful and has a nice crunchy crust. Soak it in the sauce and use it to wipe up what's left on your plate at the end :) The eggs Benedict is another favorite. Definitely recommend subbing for the salmon. Hollandaise sauce is always on point. Of course this is also served on a slice of the wonderful sourdough. Their sides go quite well with all the dishes we've tried so far. Bacon is a medium thick cut and sometimes we go for a side of pickles. Also, they sell their sourdough bread by the loaf separately! Looking forward to trying one of their sandwiches but I can't stay away from that Shakshouka to give them a try lol 10/10 every time read more

I was the lucky person who ordered the Amsterdam, which, much to our surprise and delight, was served on a hook with melted cheese stretching down to the tray it was served on. Everyone had to take a photo of my sandwich! It contained a variety of cheeses, so while the taste was fairly classic, it was a bit more nuanced than the Classic sandwich, which only had cheddar cheese. Everyone else thought their sandwiches were delicious too. And we all loved the homemade tomato soup! I tend to be a bigger fan of creamy tomato soups, but this one was rich with umami flavor and had a bit of a kick. While this is a counter-service restaurant that's pretty much no-frills, the employees were friendly and helpful. One of them refilled our water cups at the table, even though the pitcher she had was leaking, and I didn't get the sense that they normally did that. Sadly, they don't sell soft serve ice cream any more, but there are so many ice cream shops in this part of St. Augustine that you can easily walk somewhere else for dessert (which we did). The place wasn't crowded on a Friday evening and had lots of menu choices, so if you like grilled cheese sandwiches, whether creative or simple, be sure to stop by the Grilled Cheese Gallery on your visit to St. Augustine!
