Terrible, mobile order supposed to be ready 20 minutes before I got it, and multiple in person customers got the same sandwich before, fire your fucking chuds subway read more

okay, hands down, this was the best subway i've ever gone to and here's why: my sandwich artist was emma and she was the best. super down to earth, patient with the fact that i was actually ordering off of a text that required a phone call to clarify and super upbeat attitude. my day was made! thank you for making this a subway experience i'm not going to forget. (also, hi, if you're the owner of this location, please take note: kindness goes a long way. it looks like some other yelpers haven't had the same experience as me and i hope that changes!) read more

I stopped at the Monroe Street Corvallis OR Subway tonight. Before ordering, I should the preparer an on-line coupon for Buy-One-Get-One Free. She said that was fine. She made 2 sandwiches. But at the checkout, the other worker said they were no longer honoring the coupon and I had to pay for both sandwiches. She offered a free cookie as an apology. The coupon had not expired. They just woudn't honor it. I explained I would not pay full price for both sandwiches - they could accept my money for one sandwich and give me both OR they could get no money at all and throw the food away. They offered another deal, which would have cost me $4 more than I had planned on paying - and than they had accepted before preparing my sandwiches. They said they didn't have a key for a BOGO offer. I suggested they ring up just one sandwich but they refused. So two entirely good sandwiches became garbage (unless maybe the second worker figured they could be her dinner) and the Subway got NO money. This may be the worst service I've ever had at a sandwich restaurant. Unless Subway can compensate me for the lost dinner - and my lost time - I guarantee, I will never eat at a Subway again. I will tell explain experience to everyone I can. With all the stories in the news about hungry people and wasted food, Subway should be ashamed to throw food away. They should be ashamed to tell customers they will accept a coupon, then renege. I know the customer isn't always right, but in this case, the Subway is wrong from every direction. I am still in shock that anyone would choose to run a business this way. I gave 1 star because 0 was not an option. JMA read more

Alright. This was kind of crazy. So first off, there was 3 people ahead of us and it 32 minutes to get through. And while you may think it's the fault of the sand which artists you'd be wrong. The guy making the sandwich was maybe 20 at most and obviously very worn. End of a long shift? Not sure. But he was being very genuine with the guests and was trying his best, honest to god. However, the older, bigger guy with glasses and a hand tattoo was maybe the laziest worker I've ever seen. And he appeared to be a manager. When he saw a line starting to form (it's Monday of finals week at 10:15 pm I'll remind you) he goes to the back counter and takes his hat and gloves off and proceeds to just ignore the fact that he works at a place that serves customers. In my extended visit at this subway I never heard this big, lazy dude say a word to a customer or his coworker other than checking out a single order when we first got there. The only interaction I had with the guy was when I said something to the kid working about it being hard to work alone and he continued to STARE ME DOWN like I was threatening his obviously fragile masculinity. I hope that kid working gets a good raise because he was working for two. read more

The Veggie Delite is my favorite food in restaurants period. I am vegan and I have the option to put the veggies I like in a sandwich. It's healthy and delicious. read more

Best subway ever. The employees are always so nice when I go to this location and make the best sandwiches. Highly recommend.

Employees are nice and are careful with food. They also talk like the rest of the college students nearby

Subway - Sooooooo good. - Sandwiches Near Me - Corvallis, Oregon

Let's start off with the employees, there was a guy with pink gages and short hair, this guy was super rude and snappy for no apparent y reason! Then the food looked bad the workspace was really messy. This was the worst experience in a subway ever! Even worst sub way in the west coast! read more

This Subway was clean. They ran out of lettuce at 9:xx pm, and the staff was unprofessional.

When walking into this Subway restaurant, I was sorely disappointed compared to other Subways that I have been to. The employee helping me was listed as Jonathan on the receipt and was making my sandwich and the vegetables were inedible, when another employee went to check the dates they were approximately four days old and they took the old vegetables to the back. As I was leaving the store, I saw the employee who had been helping me put the old container back with all the veggies to be served. I was appalled. read more

While the staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean, the prices are borderline ridiculous. $6.50 for a tuna footlong? Yikes. Hard to justify coming in here anymore. read more

I've eaten at this subway maybe 10-15 times. The staff has been very polite each visit. However my complaint is with the way they measure portions and their consistency. I'm one of those guys who orders the same sandwich every time, a buffalo chicken foot long. The scoops they use in this restaurant would be fine if they used them properly but all to often the amount of chicken they use come far from filling up the scoop. This by itself isn't that big of an issue. but if you combine this with the way they handle their sandwich as you order it you end up with a sandwich that has no meat. All to often I see employees remove chicken from scoops before putting it on the sandwich, or neglect to put chicken back into the sandwich if a piece falls out. At first I thought it might have been a one time thing so it didn't bother me. After coming back quite a few times I've found that this is being done by almost all employees and really makes the visit a waste of time and money. As an example the last sandwich I had was alright on one side, but the other side had 2 pieces of chicken because the rest fell out while the they were making it. read more

Going to preface this with the fact that I have not stepped foot inside a subway since I was like 10 and GENUINELY never thought I would. However, after studying with a friend until after midnight and a rough week, we decided to stop in to drown our sorrows in Subway. (You can imagine how bad the week was.) While it was a normal subway, we were absolutely taken aback by the staff member working there. She was blonde and middle aged, and while we were sitting down eating, we witnessed some of the most selfless kindness to someone else, and ended up putting all of the cash we had on hand in her tip jar before we left. Just wanted to send out a kudos for that. A+ staff, brightened our week to see her treat the marginalized populations with such kindness and respect. Probably never going back to subway, because it's subway, but... good people! read more
