I'll weigh in. In general, burgers are good. So there's that. Today was my second visit, both via Door Dash, with each being a 4/5 experience. Just being a burger makes the review start at 3/5, at a minimum. Today's double burger with cheddar was very photogenic...big and sloppy, impressively falling out of the bun. Plenty of mustard (awesome). Photogenic. But, the meat was overcooked and dry, and there wasn't a single napkin in that huge bag. So, 4/5 stars, which was rounding up from 3.75/5. read more

Yummm! I hadn't tried Bo & Vine and it's a complete travesty that it's taken me this long for as many times as I go to Corvallis/OSU for sporting events. We weren't super hungry so my husband and I split the Hulk Smash Burger with a side salad and garlic Parmesan piles. The burger had avocado, pepper jack, pickled onion, cilantro and house aioli. This flavor combination was 10 outta 10 and it was cooked to perfection! I loved all the sauce options too! It's a walk up, seat yourself, clear your tables yourself and the food service didn't take too long. Staff was prompt. They do charge a 3% fee when using a credit card! Let's start with the most important. The Hulk Smash burger was a 5-star bomb. Dang that was good. So flavorful and uniquely tasty. I liked the crunchy little "wings" that were on the edges of the burger. The buns tasted fresh too. The salad for being basic was tasty as well. The fries are definitely shareable with 2+ as they are substantial in size. There is a wide variety of drinks to choose from that are unique as well. The vibe and interior is cool and fun. Beware that there is a 3% fee on credit cards. Debit cards do not have this fee. The service was prompt on this not terribly. Just day. I'll Definitely be back! read more

Solid burger spot. I really like their patties, they are smashed and the buns are also really good. They did put too much sauce though so if you don't like that maybe get that on the side. They do have a sauce bar with many yummy sauces too which is a nice touch. My boyfriend said the chicken sandwich and shake he got were good. We came on a Friday around 7pm and there was a bit of a wait because it was crowded. Gets busy here weekends and Fridays. Employees are friendly. Good ambiance and seating. read more

Had lettuce wrap burger, lettuce was dark and wilted, returned it to cook, requesting "fresh" lettuce, it came back with worse lettuce than we returned. And it wasn't "wrapped" at all. Two pieces of old wilted lettuce, meat in middle, two pieces of old wilted lettuce laid on top. Oh and the wine, tried to give me 3oz for $11.00??? My high school classmates and I drove through Oregon State University while visiting Oregon for the first time. We passed by Bo &Vine for a late lunch. What a gem! The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially since this was our first visit. The decor is modern and the food was uniquely inspired and delicious. My classmate had the Sweet Caroline fried chicken sandwich. She thought it was huge. She enjoyed the beer battered chicken breast sandwich, but thought the side salad's price was a bit steep. My Willamette burger and fresh cut French fries were exceptional. The basaltic reduction and the feta made this burger unique. The spicy ketchup dipping sauce for my fries rounded out the meal. I wish I had a Bo & Vine in my hometown, but if not I will settle on a return visit when I come back to Portland, Oregon. read more

I went here with my fiancé and we had a wonderful time. The service is a little strange but the food is WONDERFUL. Some of the best burgers we've ever had. They had good music playing at a reasonable volume and some cool wall hangings and cohesive decorations. I loved the extensive sauce menu and my sweet potato fries actually had some crisp to them! If you live in Corvallis Bo and Vine is a must try. The food is good, but super heavy and fairly expensive. I wouldn't go weekly, but every month or two this place seriously hits. The staff are very friendly and students can get discounts on certain days of the week. The resturant is clean and nicely organized but when it gets busy it can be a bit of a pain. read more

Yummy!!!! I had the special Yellowstone burger- perfect blend of flavors... give it a try. I specifically came for the tots. I love tots and these were tasty but honestly too doughy for a tot. I still liked them but I think they need more potato. I think here I would stick with fries... the serving is huge- plenty to share. Nice and crispy. Perfect saltiness to! Come for sauces.... The first few times I went here they had the good buns like brioche with the logo stamped into it. The last couple times I've gone they stopped doing those buns and I had a regular bun that tasted like it was gluten free. It was dry and without the stamp. Don't care about the stamp but it seems like they are cutting costs. The tots also consistently come out semi-burned. Like they are kept in a little too long and come out blackish. After moving closer to Eugene I tried that location and they make the tots perfectly so I'm not sure why they always come out overdone in Corvallis. They also served the good bun in Eugene. Maybe they just ran out of the original buns at the Corvallis location when I went? They are also nicer in Eugene. Maybe I just have bad timing bc there is such a high turn over with the college kids and they always say "they just started working here" when I ask a question about the menu. Now that we're back in Corvallis my sister and I recently went to pick up spicy tots and saw they weren't on the "updated" menu anymore. When I asked the girl she had no idea what I was talking about. Such a bummer! Not sure why they took those off. My sister specifically went here for those all the time. But the star of the meals definitely were the burgers- we had two of the the O Canada burgers and two Pitmaster burgers and everyone loved their choices. Gf and I were out rubbing errands and got hungry and decided to try out Bo & Vine. We'd heard such good praise of the one in Eugene. Not at all impressed and have no real interest to try then again. The burger (Hulk Smash) was meh at best. The highlight of our meal was the strawberry shake and the Jones RootBeer and that's it. We ordered the 1/2 tots and fries. The center of the tots were still gummy raw and the fries were no bigger than 1.75" long. That's all well and good if they are smothered fries and you are expected to eat them with a fork. We left realizing we should have just continued driving to Lil Big Burger. This meal was a total let down. Bummed, because we had such high hopes. So not worth the $$$ $pent. read more

Meh Great place for younger kids whose arteries can handle this type of food. For my 40+ body, not so much Parking is almost none existent but we came in the evening when the bank next door was closed, so there we parked. The food actually looked good but super greasy. The fries' piles were enough to feed everyone, unfortunately we all had a pile so we wasted a lot of food. I did like the garlic and parmesana added to the fries. Flavorful without being over salty.
