The high ratings are justified! This is a good place for food and spirits at reasonable prices. We had both the steamed burger and the smoked chicken sandwich. The rest of the family got the burgers with fries. It's the opposite of a smash burger, it's almost like a slice of meat loaf, which is a good thing! The fries are addicting, with a choice of sauces. I had the smoked chicken sandwich which also was very good, along with the side salad that's surprisingly above average (includes shredded carrots and beets). Both sandwiches featured toasted buns which complimented the sandwiches nicely. My spouse indulged and ordered a cocktail, the "Sailor's Delight" featuring their dark rum. Quite tasty, a drink which would cost significantly more at a bar in the big city. For our next visit the Reuben sandwich looks like a viable option, indeed we look forward to returning! read more

Played some golf at Tristin tree in Corvallis and decided to drive a few miles to try this place out due to good reviews. Glad I did. Service was great, food came out fast and was very good. They had a nice selection of whisky's, and cocktails options. I just had a Mexican lager but it was very good. A decent amount of both indoor and outdoor seating and it's right next to block 15 which is another cool restaurant/brewery. read more

Our family had a really nice visit here. Always nice to find distilleries, breweries, etc that are family friendly without being overrun by raucous kids, if you know what I mean. I had a flight of their whiskeys plus aged rum, followed by a special Manhattan that was recommended as I was struggling to pick a cocktail. The Manhattan, made with Aztec chocolate bitters, was fantastic - totally hit the spot. (If you don't have Aztec chocolate bitters in your home bar, I highly recommend you remedy this situation immediately.) Kids got pizza, which was excellent, and I got a French-dip type Reuben, which was excellent. Fries were perfect. I forget what my wife got, but she was also happy with her meal. Great interior and great patios, including cornhole and ladder ball. Cool open-air detached building with additional seating, which we took advantage of. Only request, and I almost took it to 4 stars because of this: please add some higher proof stuff for the whiskey connoisseurs like myself. Everything is 80 proof, and that's just so watered down that it's hard to appreciate your product. I get that this is a commercial decision, made to appeal to more people who want light easy-drinking whiskey, but couldn't you add one or two higher-proof offerings? 90 proof is still pretty easy and 100 proof would be awesome. They could even be single barrel offerings, not requiring a bunch of barrels to release. As a whiskey head, I felt flirted with by flavors that could have had so much more. The malt, for instance - definitely some interesting character there, but just a hint. So light, so hard to really get to know your distillate. Surely I'm not the only customer who feels this way... Still a fun visit with solid food and great staff, but next time I'd skip straight to the cocktail as the whiskey was too light for me. read more

We had a staff outing here for work so they reserved a few large tables for us ahead of time. This is a cool spot with great food and drinks! You order at the counter and they bring out your food for you. I had the 4 spirits cheese pizza which was cooked perfectly and the perfect size for one person! The Harvest Moon cocktail was soooo good! I was really hoping to try the Stuffed Tots but they were unfortunately out of them. My favorite meal in Corvallis so far. We ordered their stuffed tots, chicken & waffles, Caesar salad, and smoked chicken sandwich. The stuffed tots were amazing, perfectly fried and filled with tasty queso cheese. My entree was the chicken & waffles. I was a little hesitant about the Parmesan and pepper waffle, but it was the best waffle I've ever had! The fried chicken was also good. My wife and mother-in-law liked their Caesar salads and my father-in-law loved the smoked chicken sandwich. We also order two rounds of drinks. My first drink was their Old Fashioned. I thought it was just okay. I also tried the Spicy Strawberry, Thank Gourd It's Fall, Barrel of Berries, and Prickly Punch. I liked all four and would order them again. read more

Staff was outstanding!!! VERY helpful and laughed at my jokes. True keepers!!! Food was tasty and portions were just right!! Lots of things you can share or just keep to yourself!! The skillet cookie was awesome!!! Get it. And the wings were darn good!!! No one in my party of six had one thing they didn't like or feel wasn't amazing! Definitely a good sign this place is on target!!! Now. Part 3, the Distillery goods!!! Get the sampler fight 10 bucks, $2:50 a shot!!!! This is a no brainer!!! And WOW!!!! It was ALL good. Service was good. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, which was fine, the chicken and waffle, also just okay (see note below about the chicken), the roast dip and the kids chicken and fries. The chicken is apparently a boneless thigh so it's very sinewy and chewy. We didn't have any spirits, so maybe that's a reason to go, but I wouldn't say the food is worth it. read more

I really liked this place. Very open and airy. We stopped by on our way back from a hike and while it's a bit off the beaten path the signage for the other closed brewery next door led us right to this place. They have a order at the bar, pick up your own drink at the bar situation. You pick out your own place to sit and they give you a placard for your food. There is a water stand and nearby the bar if you want water. You also must bus your own table. I had the burger with a great side salad very worthwhile by hubby had the chicken sandwich also very good. I had ice tea to drink and when I wanted a refill I had to go to the bar and wait in line with all the newcomers coming in and ordering. Not preferred by me. All in all it's a great little place with plenty of outdoor/indoor seating. It looks like there is a room you can rent for events as well. I would go back again as the food was great. I hated the cattle call at the bar but if you are drinking alcohol (which I wasn't) it will definitely slow your roll on that as you have to go up and order and pay each time. read more

Brought my dog here and the outside patio was spacious. The dragon sauce wings were flavorful and came with 1 carrot/1 celery but was not filling. Also ordered the steamed burger which I do not recommend. It came with ciabatta buns and the patty tasted like a thick slice of meatloaf, which did not taste like a burger at all. Came here on a Monday afternoon and there was plenty of outdoor seating - shaded and uncovered, fire pit, games, everything you'd want for a relaxed atmosphere. The spirits were great but the food was even more amazing. The food was not an after thought like at most other wineries, distilleries, and cideries, but genuinely delicious. While touring Corvallis with some friends, they wanted to head to 4 Spirits Distillery. I went along for the ride, although I do not like straight whiskey, vodka, rum, or gin. I was pleased to know that 4 offers mixed drinks as well for those of us who don't dabble in straight spirits. The ambience was very casual and I love the openness of the tasting room. High tops and tables are offered both in and outside, along with a game of corn hole. Recommend both the bees knees and the super shandy if you like lighter, fruiter drinks. If you want some snacks they will not disappoint- stuffed tots were amazing. Only downside was the steamed burger was not the best. Pieces of the burger fall out of the bun when you pick it up. But plus side- the fries are amazing. read more
