Great local donut shop that has been voted best of the valley for multiple years (and for good…read morereason!). Small shop with a lot out in front, and you are greeted with a wall of sugar when you walk in. Service is always friendly and helpful. They have a standard rotation of donuts but sometime there are some special ones. The donuts are this soft pillowy texture on the inside and just the smallest amount of bite on the outside. The icing can be a little overly sweet (if you're sensitive to that sort of thing) depending on the flavor but I've found that the passion fruit is always a solid choice. I also enjoy their maple bacon and marionberry. I'll have to try their filled donuts next. They also have savory croissants, get the jalapeno ham and swiss if they are available! Overall, definitely my favorite sweet treat location in Corvallis.

I always enjoy my latte here. I've also tried out their sweet and creamy cold brew (a little too sweet but as a treat it was great!) and their cortado which are both solid. My go to dish is usually the acai bowl. Plenty of textures, flavors, and a good amount of sour and sweet that makes it's perfectly balanced. The only downside is that the spoons that are provided are a little big for the bowl that you are given, so you are bound to spill a little bit. The Mexican bowl is okay, but not quite my personal preference since there is more of a curry taste to it. Overall come and give Bodhi a try!

All of our family was arriving before the bad weather hit, so we decided to have the celebration Friday at our home instead of Sunday at the reserved location. It was a scramble to have everything in place on Friday instead of Sunday, but the best part was the beautiful cake I had ordered from Tami of Sassy Cakes. Over and beyond the call of duty, she made it possible to have the cake delivered on Friday as well! I know it was a great effort on her part, but I was thrilled she could make it happen. Tami is a delight to work with, and her cakes are most exceptional! She is a true artist and the birthday cake was scrumptious and expertly custom made. I am spreading the word of how pleased we were, and I know you will be pleased, too!
