This was our first Crumbl experience and it couldn't have been better. Located conveniently across the street from hotels, Trader Joes, and shopping, this Crumbl bakery is bright and cheery with lots of space. The baked goods are custom made, when ordered, and they're all deliciously tasty. And the employees were friendly, cheerful and attentive. We can't wait to come back! read more

Coming from a part of the country where Crumbl does not (yet?) exist, let me say first that my rating is 1) based on one cookie (their "ice cream" flavor), 2) based on my visit to their Corvallis shop, and 3) based on personal tastes. So there's lots to like about the place. It is bright and clean. Whites and pinks dominate, in almost a fanciful child's vision of what a sweets factory should look like. The place smells wonderful. The staff are very helpful and enthusiastic (if slightly a bit cultish in their devotion to their product). They helped me with the process. There were touch screens to order your cookies ahead of time or (since it was empty when we arrived), the staff can take your order for you. First rate service. The price is perhaps a tad high ($4.25 for a single cookie, $10 for four), but as I will note below, a single cookie could probably feed an entire village in Equatorial Guinea. Compared to other similar products, the cost was well within reason. Their product is attractively packaged. Why then two stars? Basically, the product itself. It is a symbol of everything that is wrong with America: too big and too sweet. The cookie itself was massive: most are in the 500-700 calorie range per cookie, and meet or exceed the RDA of saturated fat! They are so large in fact that I don't believe mine was thoroughly cooked in the middle. The icing on top, to say nothing of the cookie itself, was a diabetic's nightmare. I have a sweet tooth, and I couldn't eat more than half of the thing. I recognize that this rating is very much a matter of personal taste and many like their food big and sugary. But for a gourmet cookie shop, these things are pretty problematic. I appreciate the thought and energy that's gone into this chain, but if I ever see one open in my home town, I am going to give it a pass. read more

I love getting a cookie once in awhile and tonight my boyfriend and I came in and noticed a disorganized mess behind the counter from the floor looking like it hasn't been mopped in a month to the busted ipad on the wall. They didn't greet us, they didn't look up and the music was loud. You know how they're supposed to open the box and show you and ask if it looks right.. they passed us the closed boxes and turned away fast. I got 2 so i didn't have enough hands to open each to notice one had what looked like a carrot shaving on it (carrot cake wasn't on the menu) and the other looked smaller than normal. idk.. for $4.99 each what's insomnia like? read more

Most of the time the cookies suck. It's hit and miss but a total sugar trap good luck on not getting diabetes eating here

The fact you make your employees work in that lighting torture chamber is ridiculous. Every time I've entered I feel like my retinas are going to burn off. It's quite literally like staring at a solar eclipse. I've talked to several of your employees and they complain of headaches and lightheadedness. It's not healthy to make people work in that environment. read more

The cookies here are very good everyone says that they are too doughy or not crunchy enough but I think they are perfect. the only problem I have with this place is the workers. I've only talked to one nice person everyone there is kinda rude and barely speak I never get a "have a nice day" each time I leave I try and be nice to them but then end up being like "mhm" or just "ok" I've gone quite a few times and each time it's the same. One employee also just took for ever to take my order she was walking around the whole place completely ignoring me until I called her over. Not good cookies. Probably about 20 people working when we came in, but I really couldn't see a reason why they would need that many people, or even half that many people. And the funniest thing about having that many people working at once is that the only staff interaction we had was someone yelling out our names to grab our order. Not a big deal, just seemed super silly. The reason for 1 star is because this business serves absolutely no purpose that isn't already fulfilled (much better) by other Corvallis businesses. I placed an order to be delivered to Albany and the store gave it to DoorDash for delivery. The driver delivered it to the wrong address - actually an empty building and just left the order on the doorstep or outside this building. When I contacted the driver he suggested that I go down to that building and see if the cookies were still there. I told him that I wasn't going to do that and called the Corvallis store. I was told that there was nothing they could or would do as when they turn the order over to DoorDash their responsibility ends and that I should contact DoorDash. This is in spite of the fact I placed the order with them, had no idea who they use for delivery. In the end they said if I drove over to Corvallis they would replace the order but that is all they would do. read more

The cookies are fine, the blueberry crumble was really good actually. However, I ordered a large catering order for my work and the charged a "handling fee". WTH? I paid$400 for cookies and you need another$14 for a handling fee? Hope this doesn't catch on, next time I'm in a cafe and order a coffee I might have to pay extra to get it handled to the table. read more
