Amazing sandwiches, super fast, made with care and such sweet employees...kudos Jersey Mike hiring manager!!!!

This is the first Jersey Mike's with a decent rating. 6 people ahead of me in line. Menu is pretty basic. Service was slow. Lotta standing around waiting for meat to be sliced. The guy putting produce on the sandwiches threw a handfu of peppers into the pickle bin and fished them out, I almost didn't order at that point. I love pickles and hate the flavor of most peppers - bell or otherwise. Haven't tried my sandwich yet, but the root beer is delicious. read more

Really great location, consistently great sandwiches. Service is also great, but I keep coming back to this store for their quality sandwich building. Ingredients are fresh, good size portions. The place is clean, the staff is polite, courteous and friendly. One thing I'd say for something I'd like to see change: the store is remarkably cold. I've came in three times over the last month and each time I dine in I am freezing while eating. Not worth taking a star away from, I judge based on the food and how well I'm treated and that could be ten stars. Keep it up guys, see ya soon. read more

Great service and I love the decor! Food was also amazing and clearly fresh and well prepared!

First time having jersey mikes and I have to say I am not disappointed. I got the #9 club supreme and it was amazing. There was so much meat on it and plenty of cheese with both complementing the bread so well. I didn't change anything about the sandwich and it actually was great! The brownie they have is extremely rich and after a few bites felt very dry but it was good non the less. The only thing about the sandwich is that it's a little on the expensive side so I'd only look into getting it sometimes. read more

Food is exactly as advertised. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is exceptionally clean. 5/5

Friendly, efficient staff. Sandwiches assembled nicely. Got the Big Kahuna chicken cheesesteak and the veggie. Both were very good.

I'm from New Jersey. Yes, they're subs are just like the ones I have eaten in New Jersey. Point Pleasant, NJ I have had subs there too. Same as here delicious . I'm going get my NJ sub fix this week. read more

Always delicious and friendly workers quick and do it the way that you ask it to be great rewards program too

Great food.Very Jersey style vibe in Corvallis College district .Great interior.Clean feel.Good customer service.

Bf got a sandwich and the worker was throwing up outside the store then came back in and made his sandwich...he threw away the sandwich. That's literally insane. Didn't get his name. Only had good experiences here before that. So crazy. read more

Always can get a reliably good roast beef sandwich here. Great staff, good service, clean restaurant.

So, having nearly given up on chain store sub style sandwiches, I gave Jersey Mike's a try and I am pleasantly surprised. My one gripe- Parking is not awesome at this location. It's cramped and off a weirdly narrow side street. Several reviewers have noted they don't love the bread compared to a "Jersey" sub... which is fine and dandy if you live in Jersey... but ya know, Corvallis ain't Jersey and if you compare the bread to the local competition it is as good or better than the rest in my opinion. The toppings are what make the sandwich and I had zero complaints with any of them. The meats tasted good, the veg was fresh, the sauces were delicious. I love the spicy cherry pepper relish. The service was typical for the style of restaurant. Not awesome, but not horrible. The kids making the sandwiches got the job done and were pleasant. My lunch was $13 for a sandwich, chips and a soft drink. At that price point I would say it was a good value. I am told that if you sign up for the "club" you will get coupons and can earn points for free food, so I will download their app and see how that goes. Only 4 stars was mostly for a difficult parking lot and just ok service. read more

Absolutely slow and it's sad when a company is all about speed yet they can't get their orders out in a timely manner slowest jersey mikes in comparison to south salem and Albany would not recommend if you don't have time to wait! read more

I know NJ hoagies and I wasn't impressed. I would say not bad, but the bun was blah and the rest of it was pretty good. If you ever visit NJ, go to a Wawa store and get a real hoagie. How could a convenience store do that? I don't know, but Wawa has it down. Crisp lettuce, spicy salami, great chewy bun and. . . oh maybe this is it . . . Jersey tomatoes! Can't get those here. read more

Best subs in all of Corvallis! Everybody knows this is true. Big fluffy rolls, lavish on the meats -- and nothing beats that Mikes Way vinaigrette with fresh crushed herbs! Nothing! read more

6 employees standing, do nothing, and gossiping yet they messed up my sandwich order twice.

Food was average but the area was a little sketchy. A fight broke out right in front of us. Crazy!

My partner and I frequent this place and the revolving door of employees are a mixed bag. A few of them are really charming and engaging--then there are a few who want you to leave before you ever step inside. I understand not being stoked on work, but it doesn't really excuse being outright rude when someone has a question or request. I've lived here for 6+ years so I guess I'll just wait it out and see when newer crew members are rotated in. read more

Love their sandwiches! I always have it 'Mike's Way'. Reasonably priced. For a quick bite to eat I will get the kids meal which hits the spot too! read more

The bread just ruins the over all quality of their subs. The bread is no better than Subway or Togos on 9th street. The ingredients they use are excellent, but it would only be 5 stars if they put the ingredients in a quality baguette.I'd suggest they buy ciabatta bread and put their ingredients on that. The problem in Oregon is that few to no one has ever had really good baguette like you get in Philly, Boston, NYC, or France/Italy. The BREAD is what makes the hoagy or sub. mike's subs get mushy soon after being made. try this.... take one home, pull out the ingredients and put on some fresh made ciabatta bread or baguette. That will be 5 stars. read more

Always great service and great sandwiches made. Love the vinegar & oil on sandwich if I eat close by or I ask for it on side so it won't be soggy. Small building for small setting area but outside seating undercover. Small parking and not good for big vehicles. read more

I use to come here every Thursdays with the boys and indulge in Mike's delicious sandwiches, but lately things have changed. Every since the boy Jeremy left things have been going south, they use to honor a buy one get on free deal via pocket points which was amazing; it was the only thing that got me through a tough Thursday. Jersey Mike's has essentially pulled the biggest snake move of the century (bigger than KD going to the Warriors) by removing the buy one get one deal, this was the driving force that brought the boys and I in. All good things must come to an end, and this is where my long standing relationship with Jersey Mike's comes to an end, I will miss you always. But for real the sandwiches are pretty good, would recommend if you're not balling on a budget. ***Update: 10/11/18 Jersey Mike's has brought back their buy one get one free deal. This is a must claim for their delicious sandwiches at a great value. I would recommend this place to just about anyone who likes food. read more

10/10 would recommend!!! The employees were super friendly and the food was delicious and fresh like always!!

Seriously, I refuse to eat a sandwhich from any other place of this kind. I dont know how they do it, but this place is really really good at making a mouthwatering, delicious, high quality, take me to a special place kind of sandwhich. I suggest an isolation chamber for your endulging purposes. There should be a new word invented for the way these will make you feel. The meat is specially sliced for each sandwhich. Forget about subway or that other place down the street. They are not worthy of consideration. I dont want to eat ever again after this sandwhich. It's no joke the most fullfilling meal one can consider. I want to explain why except I dont think it's possible. For one there is the oiliness of the piece. Truly an art form to beheld. I cannot explain this any better than you should put a visit to this place on your bucket list. Getting the pickles and jalapeños may have been a bad choice because I could barely contain my sincere overwheling feeling of enlightenment. I'm almost ashamed to go back because I could slip up and eat something of a lower caliber. From the time I walked in those doors I was a changed man. Never again will I succumb to eating out at the place with the lowest cost. At least I hope not. read more

Ordered l lunch from jersey mikes . Prompt delivery! I had an Italian sub with oil and vinegar on the side.. it was fantastic ! The veggies were fresh and the meats were excellent as well ! I was very happy !! I wish we had jeresy mikes on the coast.. seriously id eat this all the time ! read more

I decided to give them a try today and picked up a grilled pastrami. It smelled good in the car and when I got home I was ready to maul that cheesy sucker. Just as I started to unwrap it I came across my first issue. The cheese had been placed on the top and when wrapped it had all cemented itself to the foil. Well shit, I wanna gobble this sucker down and here I am peeling cheese and meat flecks off the wrapper for five minutes first. Once peeled from it's wrap I couldn't help but notice it was a little weak on the toppings. Flavor was ok, even if the bread was a little chewy, but all in all just an ordinary sandwich in a town with tons of better options. Combine that with the fact this corporation muscled an established local business out of their lease and for me it's a pass. read more

I love these vinegar and oil sandwiches. I go there often. The price is pretty good and the people there are great.

Jersey Mike's does it again. This place has the most bomb sandwiches in town, excluding maybe a few local secrets. If you're looking for a chain with a great sandwich, Jersey Mike's is the stop. Friendly service and it's easy to rack up "shore points" that get you free sandwiches. It's a treat to check out, type in my phone number, and walk out with a free sandwich semi-regularly. read more

Great subs... Need more staff! Two people working lunch rushes during the semester just doesn't work. I shouldn't have to wait a half an hour for a sub sandwich. Second review... Due partially to my impatience and the struggles associated with establishing a new business, I gave jersey mikes in Corvallis 2 stars for the length of time it took for them to get their product to my belly. I was personally reached out to because of my Yelp! review and have noticed a great improvement in the service since then at the Corvallis location. Still amazing subs! Keep it up... read more

Absolutely the best sandwiches in town. No skimping on the cheeses and meats, and the ingredients are as fresh as it gets. Fantastic service. read more

Have not been impressed with the service. Staff seems to be in too big of a rush to get to the next customer. While my food has always been tasty my orders have yet to be correct. Additionally, the staff is very sloppy when making sandwiches meaning my sandwich has typically had parts of other sandwiches attached. read more

I can't give this place just 2 or 3 stars because I'm not a huge sandwich person? The place is too much bread really but the people when I did go there were super funny and nice and I enjoyed my experience. s/o to the staff that make me want to go back read more

No stars what so ever, i just put one star because 'no star' was not an option. Workers were new, clueless, and forced me to order. I told them it was to go but they asked me six times if it was for here or to go. Over all super rude employees and the sandwich was inedible. Never coming here again. read more

Great spot to grab lunch if you are on campus. The meat selection is really good and they slice it nice and thin right when you order it. Line can be long at lunch rush, but it moves quickly. Order online and skip the line! read more

Initially I thought this place was overpriced. Then I ate a chicken philly... Wow, how can these guys pump out superior sandwiches faster than subway? Even when many are freshly grilled? Effective staff speaks volumes. read more

My family visited the Corvallis location on 7/26/2022 for a late lunch. While placing our order with a young lady behind the counter, she became extremely rude and impatient while writing down the order. She would not even let me finish ordering two sandwiches for my kids before rudely saying, "Anything else?". I then tried to order myself a sandwich and when I changed what size I wanted, she ripped up the paper slip and would not even make eye contact with me before saying again, "Anything else?" I calmly walked away while my husband and daughter ordered. She then became snappy, short and dismissive towards my husband. She wouldn't even let my husband finish ordering his sandwich and told him to just wait down by the counter. There was no one in line behind us either - so really there was no reason for her to behave like this towards us. We did not react towards her despite her unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. When I looked over at the other two employees standing by the veggie section, they gave me a "Sorry" look. I've only eaten here a handful of times and I'm not super familiar with the menu and we were ordering 7 sandwiches. I'm completely blown away by how horrible her service was and asked a worker on our way out what her name was. He said her name was Annalise, and she was the manager. I was absolutely shocked!! I know we all have bad days, but it's your job to provide a customer with excellent service so that they return. You should never make a customer feel the way she made my entire family feel. We will not be returning to this location due to her awful customer service!! read more

Two of us went in to grab two subs today. The first, a regular #17 Jersey Mike's Famous Philly and a #43 Chipotle Cheese Steak. The service was fine and the food as expected until. We got them back home and started eating them and found multiple chunks of bone in both subs, not just one. We were afraid we had broken our teeth on the bone chunks. read more
