Chick-fil-a is just such a well-oiled machine. In the realm of fast food, they just do it right. Ella was super friendly and helpful up front. And then another gal was extremely helpful and friendly bringing needed condiments to us at our table. It was a refreshing experience compared to most fast food. This is our first visit to the Corvallis location and their service was impeccable as always. Ella was super friendly, helpful and provided excellent customer service. The restaurant was festively decorated for the holidays. The food delivery took less than five minutes and was served with a smile. We needed a knife and extra napkins and there was staff walking around to check if tables needed anything. The food was yummy as always, the frosty lemonade seemed thicker than usual but there were no complaints here!! read more

I'm so happy that we have a Chick-fil-A closer to home. When we are in Corvallis, we stop when we are craving it. Love the shakes and the spicy sandwiches. Today I finally tried the breakfast spicy biscuit sandwich and it was amazing. I love the little bite size hash browns. The mocha cold brew was amazing as well. This is a chain Ug used to frequently eat at. Ug try breakfast here. 3 sandwiches for around $14. Basic off the menu. Biscuits were more of a bun consistency than a biscuit should be. Chicken was not fresh, warm and soggy. No crunch at any part of the meal except the o e sandwich that had bacon. They did the bacon right at least. Wait time was pretty bad for how little traffic there was in the drive through. Having a dedicated line only for club orders I could imagine gets annoying for most people during busy hours like lunch from driving by and seeing the line back up past Chipotle. From the good reviews I'm hoping my next experience will be better but my first one at this location was very underwhelming and frankly disappointing. read more

My wife picked up dinner for the two of us and our three year old grandson. Fast, efficient, professional and best customer service attitude anywhere in the US. We have also dined in before, nice and clean, but nothing super special. Parking is easy. We got the big box of chicken strips to share, waffle fries and a drink. 90% of the chicken was the best, but we did have two clinkers that were dense and overcooked. The waffle fries delicious and perfect, soda was almost flat. Grandson's meal was perfect with a small coloring book. I'm loyal, but keep up attention to detail. read more

Staff are awesome. This pains me to say. Lifelong and frequent Chic-fil-a customer.... If you want to watch 10-15 cars get their food before the 2 cars in front of you, use the mobile-thru. It's really, really slow. It completely takes away from the purpose of ordering ahead. They might as well have 2 drivethru lines staffed. In my many experiences the drivethru is at least 3x faster. I've had 10 cars go past me while waiting on one car ahead of me in mobile-thru. Last thing... I'm gonna sound a little entitled here. This is not a hole in the wall. They have a dozens of cops going here. It's clean, not gonna get food spat in, and the employees like them. It's the only Chic-fil-a in the country not doing an LE discount. Like I said it's not a dealbreaker but when they are the ONLY one it doesn't seem like it transferred when they trained the new staff. Still love it. Still go frequently. read more

I travel a lot and visit many Chick-fil-As, and this one was very impressive. Only open for a couple of weeks, my experience was great by every measure. It was very busy on a Saturday night, but the entire team was hustling, smiling, and caring for guests. Shoutout to Aaliyah. She was very friendly and patient as she took my order at the register and repeated it for accuracy. i'm a chick fil a stan so this means a lot coming from me. I sit in line for 25 minutes with only 5 cars in front of me. that is very long compared to usual. but i'm willing to let it slide. then i am not given straws for my drinks and i am given 3 sauces for 2 full meals after telling them to load me up with sauce. on the app they give you two sauces per item. that'd be 8 sauces for 2 meals. but at least give me a sauce for each sandwich and each fry. so now i'm eating a sauceless sandwich and sauceless fries that i waited a half an hour for. read more

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Chick-fil-A. I accidentally entered the wrong car make on my mobile pickup and the employee who brought my food out was unbelievably rude about it. When she realized it was my car, she came up to the window with an attitude and said, "Can you be more specific next time?" in a really snarky tone. I was about to apologize, but her attitude completely threw me off. To make things worse, they gave me the wrong item -- it was spicy, which I didn't even order. I love chic Fil A, and understand this one is new. But I've been here 3 times and somehow it is very very slow. Every other store has been incredibly fast. And this one every time I wait around for 15+ minutes. And there are typically 3-5 employees standing around when I get up to the window. I hope they work out some of the delays. read more
