Slices & Spices is a fusion between Italian Pizza and Indo-Chinese cuisines -- in a way I think families with varied appetites and tastes will find appealing. The food is really good, generous and the service is prompt and attentive. I enjoyed the spicy Red Dragon noodle bowl while my partner went for a small Chili Pizza -- so big, that she had to box half of it to take home. It would pass for a medium Pizza elsewhere. They have an uncrowded dining room with a choice of booths or tables and chairs. Nothing to fault, so they get my five stars.

I have been wanting to try this spot for months. I have a deep love for pizza as well as Indian food. The boneless wings were delicious. The sauce was super flavorful and the meat was high-quality. The pizzas were good. The butter chicken pizza was outstanding. The toppings on both were plentiful and of good flavor. The only ding would be the crust. It was very basic and lacked any character or real flavor. I understand they want to let their ingredients shine, but a good quality flavorful crust would only add to the outstanding flavors that they offer. I am excited to come back and try more of the Indian flavored pizzas as well as some of their noodle dishes.

Great food and service! Comfortable atmosphere! Excellent pizza margarita, chili pizza, masala fries, mango lassi, Taj Mahal beer, and poppers. Yum! Friendly!

Super yummy!! Came in on a Sunday evening and service was very quick! We dined in and got our food within 10 mins. Loved all the flavors of both the wings and pizza. The staff checked in on us frequently and was quick to grab anything additional we needed. Would 10/10 come again!

I heard from a friend that this place was awesome, so I had to give it a try. I love Indian food and I love spicy food as well. I was tremendously let down by my experience. I tried 2 things with a friend: the mango tamarind wings and the chicken tikka masala pizza. My alarm bells first went off when we go up to order and I go to pay just to realize the cashier had already selected the "18% tip" option FOR ME. Maybe he thought I wouldn't notice, but I did. Regardless, I didn't want to make an issue so I just paid the price with the added tip and moved on. But, the fact that they selected the tip button for me immediately had me a bit worried. Regardless, I came for the food so that's what I was really looking forward to! The wings did not have spectacular flavor. I tasted mango and tamarind but those flavors were overpowered by just pure saltiness. Overall not something I'd go back for. The pizza is what I was really looking forward to though! I am sad to report it tasted like a basic pizza you'd get at round table or some other generic chain. The chicken did not have the amount of spice or flavor that is characteristic of authentic Indian food. Secondarily, I expected the sauce on the pizza to be Tikka Masala sauce, but it was just regular tomato sauce. I wouldn't have been able to guess it was an Indian-fusion restaurant AT ALL. I'm very disappointed in the food which both me and my friend described as being very bland with no Indian spices/flavor. I will say the ambience was very nice - large booths with comfortable seating. Unfortunately, I will not be returning back.

We just finished eating and I had to rush over and write a review because this place is a new favorite! We tried to sample a bit of everything so we had the Butter chicken pizza, a few sandwiches, the Gobi Manchurian, and Wok N Roll Chow Mein. Everything was absolutely delicious (I am stuffed right now but am still snacking because I just can't stop!), but my personal favorite was either the gobi or the noodles. The rest of the family (picky kids included) LOVED the pizza, and the sandwiches were tasty as well, but we agreed that they were more of a lighter lunch type sandwich. Everything was so unique and perfectly flavorful. As an avid Indian food lover, this place was a fun twist on classic dishes. The costumer service was wonderful as well and everyone was super helpful and nice. Ten thumbs up from us!

Honestly, thank god for authentic Chinese food…read more This is the best place you go to in Eugene for delicious handmade dumplings and noodles. Came in mid-afternoon on the weekend and the place was busy. We were seated immediately and received our food ~10 mins after ordering. We ordered the spicy and sour beef noodle soup, veggie dumplings, and scallion pancakes. There is an option to adjust the spice and numbing levels to your dishes. The food came out steaming. The veggie dumplings were flavorful and the wrapping was just thick enough to make 10-dumplings a hearty meal. The taste profile is similar to what you'd find in Northern China, and there is chili oil/vinegar/soy sauce at the table for you to make your own sauce. Scallion pancakes were deep-fried and on the thin side. They were more oily than the homemade ones I'm used to, but the crunch and flavor on them were nice. The sour and spicy beef noodle soup (opted spicy and numbing) was yummy. You can tell the noodles were handmade and they had a good bite to them. The beef was tender, the bok choy was a nice refreshing balance to the bold flavors of the dish, and the tea egg was a nice addition. The soup was quite sodium-heavy and oily, but the flavor was quite authentic and still yummy with the numbing spice kicking in towards the end. The interior is clean and has a viewing window at the front where you can see dumplings being made in real time.

Very flavorful and not too spicy - sichuan spicy dry noodle - mala spice which numbs the mouth a little but not overbearing - sweet and sour pork - I always order this dish. It does come on the saucier side so I recommend a side bowl of rice

They did not ask if we wanted spicy, and it came not spicy. We had assumed it would be, given the name. We tried to get any waitresses attention for about 30 minutes, then when we did, she argued with us for quite some time about how it was our fault it wasn't spicy and should have requested that. She went back to talk to someone in the back, and came back and argued more, so we finally just ended up paying and leaving and not eating our food. We didn't go back for about 6 months. Another time we ordered to pick up, we showed up at the scheduled time, and still had to wait an additional 30 minutes for our order. We weren't sure if they had forgotten us since there wasn't any acknowledgment after we had initially asked for our food. Again, the quality of food is great if you eat there or pick it up yourself, but it's starting to feel like more work than it's worth. (I wouldn't recommend DoorDash, but that's not the restaurants fault).

Broccoli with garlic sauce--this is the version with a white sauce, I prefer the version with brown, dish was OK overall, just not to my liking. Negatives: Orange chicken noodle bowl--the noodles were quite sour/tangy, definitely not what I was expecting. General tso fried rice bowl--chicken was good as I noted above, the rice was full of cumin and essentially inedible for me. Crab puffs--there was no crab, and I don't mean there wasn't enough crab, I mean these were wontons with cream cheese, and the cream cheese was spoiled...I ate two before I decided something was very wrong and it was not just a preference thing....unfortunately, this resulted in me becoming sick later that evening. My final rating is two stars, primarily for the spoiled crab puffs made with no crab, and the cumin in the rice

Have tried things such as the dumpling that seem to be in soup most of the time and loved that offering along with the more usual suspects like kung pow dishes and general tso. So far the only thing that really did not hit for us was the choices over noodles (choice of noodles or rice), they could be a bit greasy and too much sauce. I would avoid those next time (Maybe we got the wrong ones) and stick with other parts of the menu.
