Now don't come to conclusions with out trying it first. Pizza can come with what you want on it. They got soft drinks and beer for those colleagues that are old enough to drink. Comes out hot and crispy. Always come here when I am in town. Don't miss this place. Pros: Hot and crispy whole wheat pizza. Pick from the menu or choose your own. Cons: Didn't expect raw tomatoes on my pizza. Thought it would either be small grape tomatoes or tomatoes baked on the pizza. Would I come back? YES. A gem in a small college town to have some great pizza.

We got to the restaurant and appreciated that there was so much parking available. The inside is quirky. It was bright and open and inviting. It was pretty busy when we got there at 5:30. When I got my pizza, I ended up eating the tomato slices on their own (I sprinkled on a little salt). The toppings underneath were good - Italian Sausage, American Bacon, Mushroom, Black Olive, Fresh Tomato. The crust was so boring. If I'm going to eat carbs, I want them to be worthwhile. This crust would have been a waste of calories so I scraped off the toppings and left the crust. My pizza was a thinner crust, so I took a bite of my daughter's thick crust and I had to drink water to help get it down. Super disappointing because it looked so good! Maybe the intent is to dip it in a sauce? I don't know. Part of their claim to fame is that President Obama stopped in for a slice of pie several years ago. The picture is cool to see. I'm not in Oregon much, but I will definitely not be back to eat here again.

The herbs on the breadsticks meld very well with the cheese you could eat them even without the sauce and enjoy them. The pizza was very good too. The sauce and the crust have a nice flavor to them so even though I got just cheese, the pizza was delicious. Even reheated or cold out of the fridge, the pizza and breadsticks both are great to have as leftovers!

The place is huge, with multiple seating areas and bars, and we were immediately greeted and seated on the enclosed balcony with heaters -- super comfortable. Ordering from the table via the app was easy and convenient, and our food came out quickly. We had the clam chowder, fries, and a beer -- all delicious! By the time we finished, the place was buzzing and there was a long wait, but it's so spacious that it never felt crowded. Great atmosphere, good food, and excellent service -- we'll definitely be back next time we're in town!
