Convenient downtown location--directly across the street from the Courtyard hotel. Friendly service and great quality coffee and food. Highly recommend as a breakfast spot and it looks like it would be a fun lunch or early dinner spot as well with the outdoor seating. read more

Bodhi Bistro - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Corvallis, Oregon

Came here on a beautiful August evening and the ambience is incredible. Phenomenal outdoor seating with plenty of space overlooking the river with decent parking. Inside is a decorative interior with plants and wooden walls in the summer time that looks very bright and inviting. Service can take a while because there are usually 1-2 people running the front and carrying out food. I didn't mind it at all because the place is so nice. Menu is decent size with lots of options to choose from. I got the Cajun Penne which has Tri color bell peppers, house made sausage, chicken,, chorizo, andouille, cream, garlic, parmesan, Cajun spice, and 2 slices Bodhi Bread. Cost me about $20 bucks and worth every penny. Good amount of spice, rich and flavorful. Overall a lovely place to eat and more than happy to come here and eat again. read more

All Bodhi locations are a staple in Corvallis! Great food and people, I will say their sandwiches could use a bit more seasoning, other than that it's a solid choice in town. read more

Bodhi Bistro - One of their breakfast Sandwiches. It was delicious! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Corvallis, Oregon

I do think that I like the Bistro better than the Bodhi Cafe and Bakery a few blocks away. The coffee between the two is pretty equivalent but the food choices are more plentiful at the bistro and more of what I expect from a breakfast/brunch place. Plenty of street parking nearby Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. You can have dogs outside. They have blocks and chalk to keep the kids entertained if you're meeting up for a social gathering. The staff will announce your name over the intercom so that's helpful if you're outside or not paying attention. Food and coffee didn't take too long to come out. At most waited 5-10 minutes for everything. Got a regular latte and the chilaquiles. The latte is decent. The chilaquiles were definitely enough for two people! It ended up being two meals for me. I like the combination of the crunchy tortilla chips and the flavorful tender meat. My friend enjoyed his carnitas hash. The menu is a bit different from the website so just be aware. read more

Delicious and with ample servings! WOW! Super clean facilities, friendly service. What a surprise. Do not miss this gem.

This is a great spot for fresh and delicious food and quick service. Seating is available both inside and outside as you place your order at the register and they let you know when it is ready. The plates are served with HUGE amounts of food, and likely can be shared (at least sandwich, and salad-wise--so we all enjoyed leftovers!). Food is fresh and handmade to your order. Everything was truly delicious. However, the grilled chicken added to the beet salad was extremely dry and hard to chew; the flavor was fine, it just made for a difficult dining experience. read more

This location was tucked at the end of the farmers market on 1st. Large outdoor patio and absolutely loved the lighter and healthier options available. Really nice variety of iced tea as well. Staff was very friendly, the outdoor space was enjoyable and food was flavorful and healthy. read more

Clams and arincini are our go to. We also would get the chorizo but they took it off! Please bring back the chorizo! Recently tried the burrata and we enjoyed it. We like the outdoor tables. You order at the register and bus your own food so can't really comment on the service but the cashiers are nice. read more

Bodhi Bistro is a wonderful addition to the riverfront in Corvallis. There's so many options here, from full lunches/dinners to cafe beverages and pastries. It's a great place to meet up with a group who has various dietary needs, as they offer gluten free and vegan options, as well as meat/dairy options. The menu is fun and eclectic, and I enjoy exploring it. Food is ordered at the register and picked up at the side counter when ready. There's a good amount of seating both indoors and outdoors. I've never eaten outside, but I've seen that the seating area is covered and there are several heat lamps out there. The food and drinks are tasty, and there's free WiFi for customers. Thus, I'm happy to put Bodhi Bistro on my list of places I can potentially do some work while enjoying a treat. read more

it's harder than you might think to find vegan options in Corvallis. Was so pleased when I discovered Bodhi Bistro which had several vegan options. I had the Vegan Reuben and it was wonderful. Fun space, casual but not too loud. I know that I will be coming back soon! read more

Bodhi Bistro - Vegan Reuben - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Corvallis, Oregon

I'm very particular when it comes to my morning coffee. The good news is that the drip coffee is good all on it's own; a solid start. The bread is worth the carbs, tastes fresh baked and rustic. No fillers here. The food here is Fresh and Delicious! Clean eating is easy to find here. Vegan and Vegetarian options are readily available; I'm not either but good to know. There is something for everyone *whew* IF you are unsure what to pick, look for the tiny crown next to the menu items that are most popular. You can't go wrong with any dish, but I was pleased with the ricotta eggs with the GTF salad and sourdough toast. The salad was beyond expectations and worth the trip all by itself; so many fresh ingredients from fancy greens, pickled onions, sunflower seeds, fresh chopped cucumber and tomatoes and MORE! I tasted the ricotta in the eggs and the sourdough toast is rustic and flavorful (no butter or jam needed). For $14 it was a Full Meal *thumbs up* I would order this again and again :D The veggie omelet was as expected for $14. The mushrooms were meaty and not at all greasy. I like that every ingredient is easily identifiable. No surprises here. Good clean ingredients. Feels like they are sourcing ingredients from the local farmers market, it's just that fresh *smiles* The waffle and berries is great for someone with a sweet tooth. There is no shortage or berries and berry sauce. I would suggest adding the pork belly for $4 more to balance out the sweetness of the waffle, berry, sauce, cream that comes standard. I wouldn't order it for breakfast due to how sweet it is on it's own. This place came highly recommended from our local family. Come visit the farmers market on Saturday and eat here half-way though *thumbs up* read more

Really liked this place you walk up to order and the food is really good. Pay attention to when they call your name. How are you going to miss that your food is ready I got the huevos rancheros, we also got eggs, Benedict and the açai bowl. The food was really tasty, but also quite healthy not too rich, but not too bland either. they have a whole complement of hot sauces that you could add. It might be a little on the expensive side, but totally worth it. read more

The menu has so many options to offer. The quality of the arancini was very good and had great texture and flavor! Was planning on having dinner but that filled us up well. As always, the food at Bodhi is incredible! This was our first time visiting the 1st Street location, and it absolutely lived up to expectations. We stopped in for Happy Hour and were blown away by both the prices and the portion sizes. CORVALLIS -- if you're not coming here on a Tuesday or Wednesday for all-day Happy Hour, what are you doing? The portions are huge, and the prices are shockingly low! We expected smaller servings, but ended up with a feast: Queso Fundido, Steamer Clams, Arancini, and the Beet Salad. The portions were so generous, we didn't even make it to the salad. And $5 pours during Happy Hour? Total steal. Keep it up, Bodhi -- we're hooked! read more

The food here was amazing! We got the burrata to share which was so good and had some unique flavors. Then I got the short rib tacos with white grits, sweet potato, black beans, avocado. The meat was so tender and I loved the way it all came together. Everyone loved their food. It's counter service, but then they bring it out which is nice to be able to just leave when you're done. Drinks were yummy too! read more

When it opened and was called Bodhi on 1st it was awesome. They had great breakfast all day. However, since changing it to Bodhi bistro they have a new menu and there's no breakfast now during the day. The lunch menu isn't very good. Hard to find anything a normal person would eat. Most of it is vegan or vegetarian, and it's still pricy. Would recommend they bring back the old menu. The inside is also always freezing. It's uncomfortable to even sit and eat a meal. read more

Made an unexpected stop here after our morning run. So glad we did! The açaí bowl was true a standout item for me. I absolutely love açaí bowls. This bowl had oregon grown fruit that included blackberries , blueberries, raspberries, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, chia seeds, shredded coconut & a house made gluten free granola. The consistency of the açaí was 10/10! The salad was also very fresh. Beautiful scenery & weather as we opted to sit outside on the patio. Friendly people. Absolutely loved it . I will be back again. Bodhi Bistro has become a place we always stop when in Corvallis. The food and coffee are excellent and the service is quick. Even on busy Saturday mornings we have never had to wait long and have always found a table. read more

Cute ambience, but the food was mid and extremely overpriced. Bathrooms were dirty, and the girl at the counter was rude. When I asked where I could find the food menu, she said " You see the really visible one right behind you on the shelf? It's there. She then criticized my friend for getting soy milk and soft top. Overall not a great experience for the money spent. read more

I've gone to the Bodhi Cafe every time I'm in Corvallis and decided to try the Bistro. It's lively with a cozy feel. I went here with friends to see a live set tonight. The vibes were perfect. It was very relaxed and the temperature was perfect for sitting outside. It wasn't busy at all so we got to just chill and take our time. I didn't get any food or drinks but my friends did and they looked really good. The music was good and it wasn't too loud inside or outside. The area was nice and clean too, as were the bathrooms. I would definitely come here for a meal! read more

Most of the food was nearly ice cold. The fish tacos were decent, the vegan Reuben was actually terrible. I really enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Ordering at the counter is easy. I got a raspberry hazelnut latte which was too sweet for my taste. We came here for breakfast on a weekend when staying at the Courtyard Marriott. If you're traveling with kids this is definitely a great choice. Easy walk on one long sidewalk from the hotel with a little climbing structure at the end and great views of the river. Kid friendly menu, kid options for drinks, and just overall very accommodating and kid-friendly. Wide variety of things for the adults, food, drink, and baked good wise. You do order at the counter, pick up your food from the counter, and bus your tables... so there's that. My only complaint is that they didn't have a water station although the food looked amazing and for the most part tasted really good, it was a little bit on the bland side. We would definitely try it again and highly recommend it, especially if it's a family trip. read more

Had the banh mí and it was legitimately the best we've ever had. My meatophile husband was also an enthusiastic fan (or so I gathered from his wordless grunts of approval and requests for more napkins). Also a decent tap list (for meatboy), interesting cocktails (moi), and friendly staff. You have earned a pair of return customers, and perhaps next time I can encourage my spouse to use full sentences. read more

Don't get me wrong the food is good but there's so many factors that come into a review. I ordered a veggie omelette that comes with a piece of toast. It took THIRTY MINUTES for that omelette. My two friends who we ordered at the same time got their food at least 10 minutes before me. You can see on the picture, it's a simple plate. And then i got it with coconut oil on the bread !?!? I went to the counter asking what is that and i got a sarcastic "sourdough?" no shit but what's that on it, as if it normal he said coconut oil. bro who puts coconut oil on their bread?
