I've been here twice now and enjoyed a Buddha bowl both times. They were very helpful with substitutions (I'm not a fan of raw bell peppers). The dressings were very good (I wanted more!) and I like the grain with the massaged kale. My mom is a big fan of their açaí bowls. They have a variety of toppings and other smoothie bowls to choose from. They also have a nice selection of toasts, bagel sandwiches, and salads (which I plan on trying next time). Our one hiccup was with getting our food in a timely fashion. Even when it doesn't seem that busy, food might take a while, so plan accordingly. We had a tough time when one in our party tried to order a waffle. They tried making it twice but it burned or didn't come out right. They said they were taking it off the menu and offered something else but it did put a hitch in our experience. The food is good and fresh and we will continue to come back. A quick Yelp search showed us what we were looking for and where to get it, an açaí bowl here at Unrefined Wellness Bar. We had tried an açaí bowl while traveling and couldn't get enough. We walk in and the shop has a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, soft overhead music with plenty of comfortable tables and chairs. Looking over the menus we see they offer smoothies, soups, lattes, teas, oatmeals.... Check out the menu pics. Everything here looks to be organic, natural and, of course, unrefined. We both ordered the Bliss bowl. It has a satisfying granola crunch from the toppings. There are also huge blueberries and fresh cut banana. This was a satisfying and healthy meal. The store is clean and well lit with overhead lighting and large windows. The restrooms are spacious and clean as well. I tried the Life Force Bowl and felt very nourished and satisfied by it! Lots of fresh veggies, savory grains and beans, plus a delicious dressing. I also grabbed the Sunset Cliffs smoothie which has a good balance of sweet and a little spicy from the fresh ginger. The staff is friendly and the space is open, clean and modern. Huge fan of this spot! We were looking for a coffee shop to work and this one checked all the boxes. Drinks were tasty, there were food options, and there were plenty of tables to choose from to work! Outlets were readily available and accessible. Service was SUPER friendly and they made their own mylk here! Food options were plentiful and YUMMY! Parking is easy as you'll probably find free street or lot parking. Free wifi is also a plus - and it's fast! Ask the peeps for the wifi password. Music was great, but might be noisy for those who may need to take calls. Tropical heaven with the Pineapple, mango, banana base flavor. This is our fam favorite - my son constantly asks to go get the "Smurf bowl"! Get this one. Bliss Bowl and Kids PB&J - Earthy berry flavor with the peanut butter mixed in. Cacao nibs, yes please! Not your typical açaí bowl ...they kicked it up a few notches. All the bowls are brilliantly crafted with either a vegan protein powder or nut butter to create a meal. Love this place! I'm just going to get this out of the way 1st... it's spendy, however you get what you pay for. Everything here is all organic and fresh! It's unlike anything else we have here in Eugene. I unfortunately have a bunch of food allergies, so eating out is stressful. Everything here (except the toasts) are gluten free (including granola) and seed oil free. I'm always thankful when I find a gem like this. Food took forever and the noodle bowls were not available so I ordered a waffle, the waffle was terrible and it came broken into multiple pieces. Service was awful no heads up on the 1hr + wait times. They brought our food at different times so we did not get to eat together. They also provided a plastic fork for my waffles that required cutlery to be able to cut through. read more

The smoothies I got were delicious once I took steps to reduce the sweetness. And the service was good, except when I told them my first attempt at a smoothie I would enjoy was too sweet, they charged me fully for the second attempt. I've never experienced this in the USA-- I'm used to smoothie places replacing a smoothie that is too sweet at no charge. This why I gave 4 stars rather than 5. The smoothies themselves (once I tweaked them to be less sweet) are worth 5 stars! They do not skimp on materials! My friend said that the smoothie was good as well, although maybe not as much of a stand-out.
