As soon as we entered the store we noticed how clean and inviting it is. We were greeted upon entering and we knew what we wanted, but got a little twist. I must say that Jamba Juice isn't the most frugal item you can purchase. It is for me a occasional treat. My drink of choice is the Ahola drink, but I always get blueberries instead of banana. If you haven't had it I strongly suggest it. The only thing about this location that is a bummer is the parking lot. It can get busy at times and at night isn't well lighted. Other than that I highly recommend Jamba Juice for a refreshing, semi healthy drink! read more

I got a free small smoothie coupon yesterday from a staff in Moda Center Portland while after watching the Portland Trail Blazers vs. Hornets basketball game. Got there very early in the morning but the staff was very kind and nice, he greeted very politely and asked me to try the flavor first to see if I like it or not. I can choose whatever in the menu but there just too many great flavors to try! I couldn't decide and the staff said that I can take my time. So nice!!! I chose the Aloha Pineapple one (forgot the exact name lol) and he made it very fast and nice. It's very full and almost ran over the lid! I love Jamba Juice. The smoothie I chose to always get is the Raspberry Dreamin' smoothie which is a very sweet smoothie that I have gotten for so long and will always be one of my all time favorites. I come here every Thursday for Thirsty Thursday which is where you get a large smoothie for the price of a medium which I love that they provide. I went with my dad this trip as he got a Strawberry Surf Rider, which was a little too sour for my taste but it was medley of flavors that were prominently pronounced. I suggest Jamba Juice to anyone. They have all sorts of smoothies and it's a great environment in there. I love this Jamba Juice! The girls that work here are really, really nice and my smoothie has been perfect every time. If you take something out they are really good about subbing in another ingredient which I love because I have a lot of food sensitivities. My favorite is the Peanut Butter Moo'd Smoothie. I remove the banana and add extra frozen yogurt and it tastes like a Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup. SO good. Also, the watermelon smoothie this super was crazy good - hope they add that permanently to the menu! read more

I love this particular Jamba Juice location. Even though I only stop in once in a blue moon, whenever I come in the service is friendly and VERY fast. I really appreciate that they still make old favorites that have been taken off the menu (my personal favorite is Banana Berry), and never seem irritated to do so. My only complaint is the prices have gotten ridiculously high, including charging $0.25 for once free boosts, leading me to knock one star off. That said, I started using their Jamba Insider Rewards, which provides some nice perks (like a free birthday smoothie!). Especially on a hot summer day, nothing works better than a Huge Acai Super Antioxidant! or any other of their drinks of course. Staff is always friendly, Your normally greeted by the whole staff, A short little, "Hello!" It's kinda humorous. Tuesdays they have 2 free boosts!! Boosts range from Antioxidants, Soy protein, Vitamin boost, and other ones as well. They have that funky green grass that people drink, I dont dare mess with it. Also they offer samples quite frequently, kind of a nice way to sample other drinks without paying the price for them. After working out I come here for a dose of carbs, calories and protein! I went in today with my friend, and I really wanted a certain drink. I had been thinking about said drink all day. So we get there and order, no big deal, and wait about 10 minutes. Finally, our two drinks were up for grabs. We happily walk out the store and take our first sips. They do not taste right. We both thought maybe they mixed our drinks up, so we ended up going back inside to have them remake it. We explain our mishap to the person at the counter, and she said they'd just remake them. So when we get our "new" drinks, we taste them, and they happened to just be the same exact drink. I was very disappointed. My friend and I went here today and the drinks which are usually good tasted pretty rancid. The drinks were not their usual color, and the consistency was chalky. My Peach Passion tasted like old candy and my friend's Aloha Pineapple tasted like canned pineapple that had been sitting out for days. When I got to the bottom, there was even a chunk of what looked like moldy banana! We won't be going back for a while, if ever. We'll have to find a new smoothie place. read more

The staff at Jamba Juice in Eugene are SO great. I went in this morning, for the first time in years, with my daughter. Not only was the food even better than I remembered it to be (and the choices multiplied), but the staff was so attentive and helpful. The main cashier walked me through all of the changes to their menu, and had such a great disposition. I also had a gift card, so I got more than a few things for us to eat and one of their employees offered to help me take it all out to the car.
