My only complaint is that they are not located closer to me. What a dream to have such easy access to a place like this. My ADHD brain often has me holding off eating until my stomach starts clawing for food. Which mean I am, ultimately, reaching for food that is fast and unhealthy. However, if this within my neighborhood, I would be able to order something fast and healthy. So far I have only had their smoothies but I am looking forward to trying their smoothie bowls or salads.

Woohoo! I just discovered this place the last time I drove through town. It was a perfect way to break up my drive. Due to logistics and pet-care reasons I had to drive down from Portland to Grants Pass (about 4 hours) on a Friday, and then I had to turn around and drive back the next day! This spot was the perfect little rest stop. It was very quick from i-5 and the food was healthy and quick! I enjoyed both their savory, vegan garden bowl as swell as their more sweet smoothie and Acai bowl options!

Nice bowls snd smoothies. We really enjoyed the Dragonfruit Acai Bowl and also smoothy. Perfect level of sweetness. We love the order online and curbside pickup service.

By far, the best smoothie place anywhere! Their bowls and juices are also outstanding! I appreciate the clean ingredients, never trying to hide sugary or artificial ingredients. I ALWAYS feel safe bringing my children here, without having to worry about what they might choose to eat/drink. Service is always friendly and personable. The atmosphere is clean and bright.

I always enjoy vitality bowls! Their smoothies are obviously delicious, but what stands out here is the food as well. Usually smoothie joints have lackluster food because it's not their focus, but vitality bowls is different! Fresh fresh fresh whole ingredients and vegan options! The vegan bowl is loaded with veggies, greens, dollops of hummus and guac, and crunchy pepitas. Yum

The first time I went in I tried the Warrior Bowl (added bee pollen), avocado toast with egg and the Detoxifier & Rehydrator juices.

They have…read moregluten-free and vegan baked goods and a nice selection of savory and sweet food items as well. The toast on the side of an egg dish felt homemade (or at least locally sourced). The service was friendly and they have a welcoming little space that doesn't feel too crowded and feels nice to linger in. BUT the thing I can't get past is the price. I thought maybe because they make many of their ingredients or because it could be organic or gluten-free or something that drives the cost up? But then I looked at other comparable places around town: also locally-owned and homemade-focused. CPR is still way more expensive! $7.50 for a 12-ounce mocha PLUS $1.25 to sub oat milk. That's $8.75 for a small drink. The most I can find alternative milk costing per drink is $0.75 in town. No matter how good your food is or how much you've put into it, I cannot justify spending $8.75 for a 12 ounce treat more than once or twice a year. I'm sorry I can't visit more often. :(

The coffee is next level--you can really tell they take their roasting seriously and care about quality. The food is just as good as the coffee, which is rare for a coffee shop. If you're in Eugene and want top-tier coffee and great daytime food, this is the spot!

Turns out it…read moreis more of a hotel restaurant, as evidenced by the atypical seating arrangements, limited menu options, and the "traveler-adjusted" prices. I don't think they are expecting people not staying at the hotel to eat here. That being said, the food and overall experience was solid. I'd definitely recommend the place to those staying in the hotel. At 7pm on a Saturday, we were the only ones there, besides a couple people at the bar. This is probably due to the hotel being new and not very busy. Kicked off with a chips & guac ($10) that was really good and nicely presented, served with blue corn chips. I enjoyed the shrimp tacos ($13) which had a decent bit of heat. The shells was some crunchy-soft hybrid, strange but not bad. There was a bit too much sauce which dribbled out when taking a bite, but overall it was a nice satisfying meal. The cobb salad ($15) was also well put-together and a good amount of food. The breakfast options looked pretty good..quinoa & spinash breakfast hash ($9), egg white/avocado wrap w/ fresh mozzerella cheese, cilantro slaw & chile verde ($12), could be worth stopping in if you're in the area and looking to avoid crowds...
