The counter and a nice view of where the magic happens.

Super good artisan roaster in the heart of Eugene. Not only was the coffee excellent, the baked goods made for a wonderful breakfast as well. All ingredients are thoughtfully prepared and lean into healthy choices and home baked goods. My daughter had an iced latte with caramel and vanilla and loved it, and my more "purist" Cortado was rich and delicious. I also had the breakfast biscuit with chicken sausage, egg and cheddar and I could barely get my mouth around it. It was filling but the biscuit itself was flaky and unbelievably good in that way that homemade biscuits are. You can even choose between vegan biscuits and the buttermilk biscuit we had which is a nice touch. Truly recommend coming here before you head out to the bigger more well known mass market places.

Tucked away behind some ivy and trees is the Farmers Union Coffee Roasters. Offering several custom designed coffees, drinks, and pastries both sweet and savory. Inside they're are several tables and chairs and can accommodate large groups. The private patio also has a few table and chair sets for up to 2 people each. Parking is available for free on the street or between the 2 buildings. There are a few other businesses in walking distance so stay a while and shop around.

If I lived up here, I would definitely come here every morning and have a great cup of coffee. Everything here was super yummy and I believe all house made. The coffee of the day was the Cultivator Blend. It was so flavorful, I enjoyed it black to savor the roast. Everyone working there were all so nice and personable. They were very open to making small talk, which I loved. I didn't think about it, but I should have picked up a couple bags of coffee while there. I figured that I wouldn't use it because I have a Bruvi and Nespresso at home. But now that I'm home, I realized that, I should have bought the coffee and then get a new machine! For sure when my child starts up school again next month, I'll have her send some to me.

What a cute spot!! I LOVE trying new coffee roasters and ugh this one was so good! Syrups are made in house and well as the pastries. We got their Vanilla and Honey Latte with Oat milk and the sun-dried tomato basil and parm croissant and it was to die for! I can't wait to come back here when I find myself back in Eugene!

I would absolutely recommend this place it has a cool vibe here with indoor and outdoor seating. It's right on 5th street so on Saturdays come enjoy coffee and then hit up the Saturday Market. The service was very helpful and the drink was delicious

In town from Ca, Really enjoyed this coffee shop. Got a mocha, brownie and sausage biscuit sandwich. Brownie tasted like a cinnamon bread but overall loved the vibe and coffee!

What a cute place to stumble on. The vibes are so good and the servers friendly and the menu ... what happened to just a cup of coffee please . We enjoyed my spinach feta croissant and toasted biscuit with honey butter . Definitely coming back if we drive thru Eugene again

my favorite roaster in eugene! Here every chance I get to meet with friends, study, or work!

I mean, I'll still eat it.

They're slammed, maybe just never come on a Saturday. They're handling it quite well. This is the worst sandwich I've had here. The biscuit is falling apart in my hand. The sausage/schmag is saltier than normal. Hideaway's Parisian takes the throne in FUCRs place.

It was ok. For me it doesn't work, but if you're a coffee person I'll bet it's a good spot. They just focus on coffee and high quality coffee, but don't have a lot (that I could tell, anyway) for non-coffee drinkers. Which I am. I had a cookie though and it was good and service was friendly.

Everything bagel, biscuit w/ butter, sausage & egg breakfast sandwich

Coffee: delicious (had a reg iced coffee w/ milk and an iced vanilla latte) Food: also delicious only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the egg in my sandwich was so overcooked it was like green in the middle Service: great

10/10 favorite coffee shop in Eugene. From the music, to the interior design, to the phenomenal biscuits and gravy, Farmers Union is my go to for remote working, a casual hang with friends, and anything in between. The baristas are friendly and make fabulous drinks. Always a treat to visit!!

Ask the Community - Farmers Union Coffee Roasters

What is in your blue expresso sweet and salty yummy espresso drink?

Hello Wendy, I think you are are asking about our miso caramel latte. That's our house made caramel with miso, espresso, and the steamed milk of your choice. This is a seasonal drink and may not be around forever so please enjoy it while it's here!

Is there a kids play area? Can someone add a photo?

No. There's an outside area. But not a play area.

With sleek glass walls and plant life that could make a greenhouse jealous, this place is serving up serious fern-tastic vibes. I walked in and immediately thought, "Wow, this place is un-be-leaf-able." Now let's talk coffee. I ordered a cappuccino so smooth, it should've come with a tuxedo. My friend got a pour-over and said it was grounds-breaking. And don't even get me started on the pastries -- flaky enough to ghost you after one date, but so good you forgive them instantly. The baristas? Friendly, fast, and full of beans (literally and figuratively). One even told me my dad jokes were espresso-nally bad, which I took as a compliment. Whether you're a caffeine connoisseur or just need a place to espresso yourself, Glass House is the kind of spot that makes you want to linger, laugh, and maybe adopt a succulent or two. Bottom line: great coffee, great vibes, and enough plant life to make your mom say, "You should really get one of these for your apartment." I'm already planning my next visit -- it's brew-destined.

Food portions are huge and so is the building surprisingly, so there's a pretty good amount of seating too (especially compared to other cafes in the area). The parking lot is a little narrow to navigate but I'm mostly grateful that they even have a lot. I think their tempeh is very delicious and flavorful, kind of a sweet maple-y vibe, and again, can't emphasize how big the size of everything was compared to my usual expectations. Their menu is pretty vegetarian friendly and they have pastries, breakfast options, smoothies etc. Price is on the higher side but I do think you get what you pay for. Also tried their seasonal lavender pistachio latte and the regular chai, both drinks were really nice. They don't have a huge variety of flavors in the coffee menu (2 house made syrups) but I was still happy with there being a fun seasonal option. It's decorated well and I love the tall ceilings. Would come again!
