I guess, as I found out too late, they are supposedly blended into the acai, but there is zero flavor of those two fruits... threw away about 3/4 of the bowl... never will go there again... read more

Excellent customer service and help with the menu. The ingredients were fresh. The restaurant was so clean, super cute kids corner, kids menu and kid friendly environment. Sometimes that's hard to find. Such cute details from the crayon holders, to the water jug. They sell coffee, tea and our favorite BNF Kombucha so that's a bonus. This place is amazing! All the bowls I have tried are super tasty. I usually get warrior bowl with pb on top and its soooo good. The customer service is great, they are super friendly and helpful. They also have a loyalty app where you get one point for every dollar, bday bowl etc. So that's pretty awesome. Stop by and try and you won't be disappointed! read more

Ordered the dragon fruit bowl and added on acai, but when I drove home and pulled out my bowl, I noticed that there were no raspberries, pineapple, banana orrrrrrr dragon fruit. Why did I even bother? I'm pretty sure there was no mango juice in there either. I ordered the breakfast açaí bowl and avo toast with an egg. The delivery was great and timely. But the food... my egg was barely warm by the time I got it. I was not satisfied with that. I ended up throwing it out and just ate the toast alone. I was pretty bummed. Overall good experience though. read more

Honestly I'm not a big fan of their advertising I dunno why but it reminds me of like a Asian massage parlor I dunno why. After going there a few times to try them out I have to say they make some great Acai bowls not too sugary which is a reason I am not a fan of everyone they are definitely much better than Big Kahuna Bowls which I think might have closed. I really loved the panini that was only $5 extra which I thought was a good deal. Nectar doesn't have food which used to be my go-to place but I guess this will be my go to place from now on and also Green Leaf in Portland is still pretty awesome! Try everything out I suggest and yes Neckar is still good but a bit pricier. read more

I've tried this place three times now and I really want it to be good but it just isn't. I am a huge açaí bowl fan but the bowls they make here are just mediocre. First, they put bananas in almost all of their bases which makes them taste like baby food more than a fresh açaí bowl. Once I discovered the issue with the bananas I subbed them for strawberries but that didn't seem to help. I think their fruit is frozen so it leaves the bowls tasting watery/icy. Just not as good as other places like it. :/ read more

Don't get me wrong, the nutty bowl was good...BUT I asked for strawberries INSTEAD of bananas...and was charged .75 cents (although I didn't know until after I checked the receipt). She said she could add chocolate chips...I was like..heck yes...and another charge (but BARELY any chips added for another .75 cents c'mon). The bowl is already over $10. Not worth it in my opinion. Wow. I've been waiting for a place like this to open up for a while now. Seriously, INCREDIBLE food! I got the Sirlion Panini which was to die for! And the Immunity Bowl, which I thought was super! Because I love ginger and it had raw ginger in it. Amazing. The menu is so large, you'll find your favorites but never run out of options. The service was fast and friendly. They offered me avocado on my panini which really set it off. And you can add or take away anything from a bowl...free of charge! I will be back as often as I can. My new favorite. Super friendly service! I use the app to order ahead as there can be a wait (reasonable as it's made fresh to order). I really like the matcha madness smoothie, and definitely love that it's sweetened with dates and I get my fill of veggies too. I can't say enough good about vitality bowls! Such a clean modern restaurant that feels so inviting and comfortable. The customer service is fast and friendly and all of our orders came out exact, the owners are also very friendly and took great care of us. No detail has been overlooked, from a cute corner for kids complete with toys, changing table in the men's room, and then there's the food itself! Everything I've tried is delicious, our food came out fast, and looked perfect! I've tried several of the bowls each one is fresh and filling, the paninis are perfect! A few items offered i was excited about they have nutpods creamer for their coffee if you need dairy free this option is also whole 30 compliant as are many of the salads. Also they carry coconut sugar packets for your coffee if you are staying away from processed sugars. Everything on the menu has clean ingredients! The honey they use is locally sourced from a farm and the kombucha is from a local company. Such a great addition to Eugene! read more

When I was asked if I was an app member, I was then rudely asked if I had a phone number before I could even think. The smoothies are ok - texture is never very consistent and tastes were a bit bland. There are better options in town. Juices were served warm on a hot summer day. I am so impressed with the wide variety of options this restaurant has to offer. I have multiple food allergies and intolerances which makes it really hard for me to eat out or grab food on the go. The staff was super informative and helped me customize a bowl that fit my diet and was also a lot more filling than I expected. They also had paninis with gluten free bread! I used my Loyalty App to redeem my free medium birthday bowl and they also had an $8 medium bowl deal for today. I called ahead of time to ask if the bowls were entered as two separate orders, if that would work, making the total for my partner and I to eat $8. I was told yes, that would be fine. So I enter the orders through the app. Then my partner goes to pick up the bowls, and all of a sudden, that "doesn't work", and only one deal can be redeemed, despite them being entered as separate orders. I always find it frustrating when I am told one thing by one person who works somewhere, and I try to operate off of the information they give me, only to be given an entirely different story by another employee. Super disappointed, and it is very unfortunate, and unfair, that I was forced to pay $12.49, when I expected to pay $8. This is the middle of a pandemic, and I singlehandedly provide for myself AND my partner. The customer should not be penalized because there is lack of policy understanding by an employee. read more
